We were last year in march and were so impressed. The food is so sick as you even got sick. And we weren't the only ones. From some of the other that was confirmed. A shame... By bad food this nice friendly hotel down. Take tablets for gastristis with, because that everyone gets 2... Itself the staff has itself about the food complained read more

We were 3. as a family in this hotel, the staff is very friendly speaks german well and is very happy to help with any request. Our little princess has the mini club on the complex visited, the programme for kids is perfect, very creative and with very much love, our small Thalia had a lot of fun the treasure hunts of the mini disco in the end of the trip get every child a certificate and you can get a cd purchase with all the songs the singing and was played. Our small is in the couple of days ... correctly aufgeblühnt and the joy and fun every second in their eyes i can with children absolutely recommend this hotel and the mini club to visit. We really enjoyed it we want to in the autumn back ☺ thanks to all the us cared for. read more

Price-performance ratio was absolutely right. We were at the beach, have but also neighboring towns. By bus very convenient and quick. We would any time book this hotel again. Room large and clean. Entertainment put in the effort ☺ one of them however also not 'troubled ' ☺ gladly anytime again! Have on the first day complained, that the door in the bathroom did not properly shut. Lack was taken care of immediately! read more

A special mention for the entertainment team. A lot of variation in the daytime activities program, great choice of music from dj Fernando ferhan, there has one direct holiday feeling. Thank you! They are all on the wishes the vacationer received, in particular on the children. However the adults were also not too short. By the pool with a great good morning songs welcomes. I ask myself why you always asked how big the hotel is, how much room there was. I have the rooms not counted, but it is with every tour operator how many there are. The fact is that the right wing is new, or completely newly renovated was. Also the pool there is newly opened when i was there. Condition and cleanliness is good. Inclusive services were limited, also for all inclusive. One of many beverages had to pay extra. The new italian restaurant 3 Euro mood pay, this had but not open yet. It is located in the new ... hotel. Wireless internet is after desire and mood, which meant. Can forget, if then early in the morning. Average age was very young, as many clubs were there, boys and girls from 15 to 20 i thought the first days i am in a better hostel, saw something on 30 years of travel i have never experienced that. read more

    My room was new, large, tv, small balcony, i had a view of the sea. Safe costs, how much i don't know. Good air conditioner. Clean, clear was new, brand new. Water digester for dte and café available. There was, is for many important some german programs. Bath with a big shower, also new.

    Just a restaurant,, places were often not for all, you had to often wait until you get a table. Not a nice restaurant. Like in a cafeteria. Best the breakfast was. Food was fine, but no 5 stars, no 4. It was clean, you can also in the open sit, there but also more simply everything. Food mixed without big surprises. Liver, chicken, fish, sometimes beef. Otherwise there were many side dishes. Atmosphere, whether at the food or at the bar, there is only one in the hotel, besides by the pool... Not so great.

    200 meters from the beach, as some on 500 was a mystery to me the beach is great, you can walk, also to side, are at the beach 8 kilometer. very fine sand and wide. Airport knappe 70 kilometer, a good hour from the hotel. It is around a lot of construction going on, but it was not necessarily annoying. Can one shoppen without limits, also a lot of construction, lots of shops new. For night life it was in the evening still fresh. If one side wants or alania, only 100 metres from the shopping mile, drive local buses every few minutes

Had already a review for the Hane Hotel submitted, now also for the hane garden. I was already in march here, also, because the Hane Hotel still closed, and was not impressed. But i have to say, that it is now in november somehow completely different was. The food was loved, a wide selection and it tasted good. There was the waiters mostly friendly, what the march still not the case was. Although it end of the season was and the hotel before the winter season was, it was quite well visited and therefore was not at all the service ... down. The was very positive! The only negative, as the last visit, is unfortunately the bad animation, the unfortunately not improved. Evening shows boring, amateurish and not a good middle class hotel according to. The hotel it would be very good, the whole, team' against a new replace it. I hope, mr Kemal read this and the other complaints (partly in bescwerdebuch at the front desk) and react to it. Also very annoying is the constant delicious delicious gerufe at the new building. Even with a closed balcony this is not to be missed! Sad, that the fußballgruppen not behave, as is normal. I will definitely come again, special thanks and regards to Özcan from the lobby bar, the best bartender in the hotel, hamza, Selim, Kemal and the whole rezeptionstam. read more

In some areas you can five stars hotel Minuten 1 or 2 off. Especially disappointed we stayed at arrival/departure as the staff at reception cares for the guests. The staff in the dining room could have been a bit more friendliness show. The animation is not worth mentioning \u263a. Maybe it was at the period of our trip, or the certainty, that the hotel end of November for some months closes. However, this should not be an excuse for, the in some areas the service so down drove or was. For details like orange juice/ cocktails or popcorn for children ... the guest in all-inclusive all too often in the wallet. The food is very good. Flagship in our opinion is the cleanliness the beach and the room. Really great. We believe, the during the high season everything worked better. Travel to end of the season should be avoided. read more

The hotel complex is generous, very tidy and clean and with the beautiful garden area of the name. I love the outdoor area over the spa area. Immerw everyone i am also impressed, like me on arrival (extremely vacation hoar frost and stressed from the trip) the management, here Selim, the night manager and mr Tuna, the manager, again down, so i at the latest on the 2. day after my arrival again completely contented agree with the world. As i have for the 3. time there was, i over according to warm personal welcome by service staff and maids ... must. In my preferred travel time in november, if the temperatures tolerable are, the hotel is from seutschen and turkish all-inclusive tourists with higher average age as in the summer, so that also for singles like me always gespächspartner and nice company to find. The offers in the hotel's shops in the basement are partly cheaper than on the market and quality as well as the whole hotel good. read more

    The rooms are spacious and clean. But i generally my own duvet with, because the ceilings were not enough and i the offer me a comforter to borrow too expensive is. The furnishing is the good standard of the region with all right paraphernalia, but you sure about the color design exclusively in brown and sand debatable. Nice, i think the tumble dryer on the balcony for little things like swimsuits, stockings and so on. And which i also on vacation far away from home the messages as usual can see,

    Here i to the dining room and the bar/lounge limited. The offered dishes are because of the buffets varied, one has the choice between fish, lamb, veal and beef, many vegetables, salads, appetizers and desserts, and an extra buffet with special turkish cuisine. The buffets are always well filled, it is in several places freshly cooked. Everything was always fresh and clean. I found the atmosphere than pleasant, but firmly, that lower the tourists probably out of fashion is, with tips a little recognition to show, in particular with the knowledge, that the wage structures are quite different than at home.

    The hotel is located outside side, the neighboring hotels back with every year closer, but still is the view on the sea free. There is a good connection in every direction with the Dolmuş. The may only so much tourists carry forward, as seats are available, otherwise the driver, if he is caught, punished. There are plenty of offers for excursions in the surroundings, and the people themselves is also outside of the usual beaten path very hospitable.

We were first in the hane family and after 4 days in the hane garden relocated. Here we got 2 double rooms in the new building. This room were very good. We find the hane garden better than the hane family. ( was assessed and from us as not recommendable classified. ) The food was in our opinion very diverse and tasted good. The meal times the evening were narrow (2 hours). We had always place found without larger searches. Not recommendable is the phone from the room from, 1.40 Euro per minute. Here is worthwhile a phone card. ... Because of the lots of new stores with 'strolling mile' are also very many working telephone booths has arisen. Travel in you you not recommendable, since the content of the offers for part. Not show. Rather in Kumköy with phantom-travel. It is about 400 meters to the beach depending on side of the hotel. Hotel area was nicely laid out, with a main building and annexe/new building, as well as 2 pools and the aquapark. Waiters partially very unfriendly! All inclusive is from 11:30 p. m. stopped. The new building there is a vitamin cocktail bar. Very tasty and highly recommended. 2 Euro per cocktail are ok. Food very monotonous. There were liver, turkey, fish and chicken, rice, croquettes, fries and noodles in two or three different variations. Almost every morning and evening, the Titanic ( song was daily to eat played), which began to nerves. Drinks we preferred itself be in/out privileges ..., so that to eat had. The kids club our kids liked to use it, but an entertainer for some 20 children too few. Kidsclubzeiten were from 10-12/14-16 and 18,30-21 hours. Animateur is with the children together to the dinner and then there was the mini disco. Big praise at the cleaning ladies! Very pleasant and always a smile in the face! read more

    Had a family room with a separate bedroom. Which disturbed us somewhat, was, if you the room came, in the bedroom the kids there was, past the bathroom to the bedroom with a balcony. Bedroom of the children had no window. It was a two floors-, as well as a single bed available. Kinderreisebett for the small, was asked... But unfortunately broken. We have the bed then on the wall, so that they do not through the broken network escape could. Rooms were always properly cleaned!

    Hotel area was nicely laid out, with a main building and annexe/new building, as well as 2 pools and the aquapark. Waiters partially very unfriendly! All inclusive is from 11:30 p. m. stopped. The new building there is a vitamin cocktail bar... Very tasty and highly recommended... 2 Euro per cocktail are ok. Food very monotonous. There were liver, turkey, fish and chicken, rice, croquettes, fries and noodles in two or three different variations. Almost every morning and evening, the Titanic ( song was daily to eat played), which began to nerves. Drinks we preferred itself be in/out privileges, so that to eat had. The kids club our kids liked to use it, but an entertainer for some 20 children too few. Kidsclubzeiten were from 10-12/14-16 and 18,30-21 hours. Animateur is with the children together to the dinner and then there was the mini disco. Big praise at the cleaning ladies! Very pleasant and always a smile in the face!

    Distance to the beach about 5-minute walk. It drives but also a shuttle bus. Lots of shopping opportunities in the area, open until 23/24 o'clock. Transfer to the airport, we can't judge, because we a rental car had, which for the return trip the advantage was, as otherwise you on the day of departure already 4 hours rather from the hotel pick up. Our flight was 4:05 a. m. and the transfer bus the vacationers already 0:10 a. m. from the hotel picked up. We needed, because of the rental car until 2 a. m., were short before 3 o'clock at the airport, checked in and out. :-)

We were on a short break in this hotel and can only positive reports. The hotel is very clean the staff were very friendly and the food couldn't be better, it was very diverse and also very tasty. The facilities for disabled guests in the hotel, in other words small shop, leather store with tailoring, bar, fitness and internet everything could be used. Wifi is free of charge could however only at specific places can be used. All together a wonderful vacation in a very nice hotel where we gladly again would arrive. read more
