I ask myself why you always asked how big the hotel is, how much room there was. I have the rooms not counted, but it is with every tour operator how many there are. The fact is that the right wing is new, or completely newly renovated was. Also the pool there is newly opened when i was there. Condition and cleanliness is good. Inclusive services were limited, also for all inclusive. One of many beverages had to pay extra. The new italian restaurant 3 Euro mood pay, this had but not open yet. It is located in the new ... hotel. Wireless internet is after desire and mood, which meant. Can forget, if then early in the morning. Average age was very young, as many clubs were there, boys and girls from 15 to 20 i thought the first days i am in a better hostel, saw something on 30 years of travel i have never experienced that. read more

    My room was new, large, tv, small balcony, i had a view of the sea. Safe costs, how much i don't know. Good air conditioner. Clean, clear was new, brand new. Water digester for dte and café available. There was, is for many important some german programs. Bath with a big shower, also new.

    Just a restaurant,, places were often not for all, you had to often wait until you get a table. Not a nice restaurant. Like in a cafeteria. Best the breakfast was. Food was fine, but no 5 stars, no 4. It was clean, you can also in the open sit, there but also more simply everything. Food mixed without big surprises. Liver, chicken, fish, sometimes beef. Otherwise there were many side dishes. Atmosphere, whether at the food or at the bar, there is only one in the hotel, besides by the pool... Not so great.

    200 meters from the beach, as some on 500 was a mystery to me the beach is great, you can walk, also to side, are at the beach 8 kilometer. very fine sand and wide. Airport knappe 70 kilometer, a good hour from the hotel. It is around a lot of construction going on, but it was not necessarily annoying. Can one shoppen without limits, also a lot of construction, lots of shops new. For night life it was in the evening still fresh. Had already a review for the Hane Hotel submitted, now also for the hane garden. I was already in march here, also, because the Hane Hotel still closed, and was not impressed. But i have to say, that it is now in november somehow completely different was. The food was loved, a wide selection and it tasted good. There was the waiters mostly friendly, what the march still not the case was. Although it end of the season was and the hotel before the winter season was, it was quite well visited and therefore was not at all the service ... down. The was very positive! The only negative, as the last visit, is unfortunately the bad animation, the unfortunately not improved. Evening shows boring, amateurish and not a good middle class hotel according to. The hotel it would be very good, the whole, team' against a new replace it. I hope, mr Kemal read this and the other complaints (partly in bescwerdebuch at the front desk) and react to it. Also very annoying is the constant delicious delicious gerufe at the new building. Even with a closed balcony this is not to be missed! Sad, that the fußballgruppen not behave, as is normal. I will definitely come again, special thanks and regards to Özcan from the lobby bar, the best bartender in the hotel, hamza, Selim, Kemal and the whole rezeptionstam. read more

In some areas you can five stars hotel Minuten 1 or 2 off. Especially disappointed we stayed at arrival/departure as the staff at reception cares for the guests. The staff in the dining room could have been a bit more friendliness show. The animation is not worth mentioning \u263a. Maybe it was at the period of our trip, or the certainty, that the hotel end of November for some months closes. However, this should not be an excuse for, the in some areas the service so down drove or was. For details like orange juice/ cocktails or popcorn for children ... the guest in all-inclusive all too often in the wallet. The food is very good. Flagship in our opinion is the cleanliness the beach and the room. Really great. We believe, the during the high season everything worked better. We were first in the hane family and after 4 days in the hane garden relocated. Here we got 2 double rooms in the new building. This room were very good. We find the hane garden better than the hane family. ( was assessed and from us as not recommendable classified. ) The food was in our opinion very diverse and tasted good. The meal times the evening were narrow (2 hours). We had always place found without larger searches. Not recommendable is the phone from the room from, 1.40 Euro per minute. Here is worthwhile a phone card. ... Because of the lots of new stores with 'strolling mile' are also very many working telephone booths has arisen. Travel in you you not recommendable, since the content of the offers for part. Not show. Rather in Kumköy with phantom-travel. It is about 400 meters to the beach depending on side of the hotel. In the November we were. 99% germans tourist. Average age at this time about 55 years. Which however not was bad. The whole hotel staff speaks German, which the stay very pleasant makes. Beach is very beautifully sandig and clean. Restaurant clean. On the whole it was nice. read more

We were on a short break in this hotel and can only positive reports. The hotel is very clean the staff were very friendly and the food couldn't be better, it was very diverse and also very tasty. The facilities for disabled guests in the hotel, in other words small shop, leather store with tailoring, bar, fitness and internet everything could be used. Wifi is free of charge could however only at specific places can be used. All together a wonderful vacation in a very nice hotel where we gladly again would arrive. read more

The hotel is near the beach. Way there nothing special attractive, it drives however a bus. The hotel respectively the facilities are very nice and tidy. There are enough loungers by the pool. But it was not heated and in the morning water aerobics you quickly a strain zurgezogen. The rooms are very tastefully and clean and are cleaned daily. read more

    If you're lucky, you catch a room with seaview, otherwise you look on the houses behind the hotel. There the complex very nice is, you spend anyway hardly time on the balcony. It is also not noisy, or you can at night the windows on leave. In the area there are plenty of shops, however, no established infrastructure. Unfortunately not again! Were the second time in hane garden, it now has a more star, we can not understand why. It was not as good as in 2011. Long, long queues at the buffet. Rudeness the waiter in the restaurant. -beach bar a catastrophe( it was always just a coffee machine thus also here eternal line up) Dear hane team have you with the 5. star no favors done! Now you're you with the neighboring hotel like for instance the side crown trade fairs as well as for the next year the prices rises up, The you can't! Old ... remains just old! With 4 stars, you can't ask for more but with 5 you're definitely more achievements bring! We entschloßen not to come back, we will have a five star hotel book the its stars it! An excellent hotel a big room in the new building with always filled fridge and for me always coffee brew. Animation with yesim was just great, always very friendly. Cocktail bar by the pool was just very good. To the beach you had to with the shuttle bus-bus but the took every 10 minutes back and forth. You could also walk there and was about minutes there. The cleanliness of the hotel and in the room were very good we got every day fresh towels and bed sheets. We were now already 16 times in Turkey however this hotel was ... one of the best 5 stars. read more

As already said above we would choose this hotel again. The only problem, many a time disturbed sleep, since guests not the way to bed find, should from 24 o'clock Sleep are. Should be emphasized especially the staff's hospitality, the always helpful. read more

In any case again next year... Very satisfied been. With all the... Food was just brilliant... The only thing, that we did not like, was the rather listless animation... My husband and the boys are to the neighboring hotel Belinda Beach the beachvolleyballspielen gone, and the every day... And they absolutely loved it, we were years ago already times in this hotel and this entertainment was commendable... However was the only negative... After the brochure a 5 star hotel with all-inclusive. The 5 stars do not explain, at best three stars. The rooms are clean but a wishes flying is clearly visible. The all inclusive services were very limited. It is nice that it in the minibar daily fresh water returns, but only water, not soft drinks. Outside the meal times no small snacks. Ice gives it only once a day for an hour. As well as cakes. The cake buffet was very limited and quickly. read more

    There is a central dining room. This is for the hotel completely dimensioned. Fixed or allocated places none. The fellow guests are regularly 15 to 30 minutes before waiting period a, only sensible seats to get. Is the buffet opened, there is a real battle instead. The choice of food was large, varied but only very limited. For a smaller selection, but relaxed lunch at the beach bar. The quality of the dishes is nothing to complain. Absolutely negative is the gala-or turkish evening, the concept not deserved. This evening nothing special, apart from you reserve a table to a bottle of wine buy to. This lead, that in the dining room absolute chaos.

    A hotel in the 2. number. The walk to the beach is short and it drives a shuttle bus. To the center to side you drove with the best Dolmuş for 1,50 Euro. Children do not pay anything.
