A four-star hotel it is certainly not. At the front desk one was rather moderately friendly. In the restaurant were all super nice. The room was clean, but the drain stunk, our traveling friends had impossible pillows and the Matratzenfedern then feel, that a second duvet to the mood was needed.
Running time to Berlin quite long, as the S-Bahn times comes and sometimes not, saturday And Sunday No buses more from train station Hoppegarten and taxi was also not so very simple to get.
For the next Berlin trip we will for sure look for another hotel. read more

The hotel is outdated. Tragic, that you see. The booked room was on arrival at 14:00 o'clock not bezugsfrei. The alternative room was filthy. We skipped a lady. Under the bed sheet on two bed halves everything full with long black hair. The night stands dusty. As I in the afternoon a nap to make wanted, jangled a employee into the room, in the fridge to see. On my question, what that is, he said: 'there should be no schnapps.'. Which is not the case. The bathroom was the biggest Klopper. It smelled, the fan did not work ..., the shower cabin was leaky, the joints ( not only in the shower) were moldy partly. It was also no remorse on the part of the reception staff to see.
