Dirty room, dirty furniture, unfriendly staff! Unfortunately we had to already 10 minutes after we arrived, our house after leaving the previous inhabitant not, or only superficially cleaned. Bungalow with clear signs of wear, but clean. Facilities optically ok, but be careful: if you are looking for a quiet facilities search you have to go somewhere else. Specially in the holiday season very many groups of young people, the night an incredible noise make. Bellow, sing, yell... It was not bearable. Probably is because of the proximity to renesse, but it has no one something against unternommern. Therefore, for families with small children ungeeignegt. Never again! read more

Definitely not recommendable! We are waiting now for over 2 months on our cation (the in the remaining per person 50 euros and additionally once 65 euros)! All the last, still not back transferred! read more

We (2 + child two years) was the fifth time since 2006 in renesse in this bungalow park, about three times in the same house. There was the years before-except perhaps for the unworthy state of them at the check in-hardly anything to complain about, we eventualy discovered this year, -with riesenburger prices-less to maintain the actually good condition of the houses did. Broken shower heads, cracked floor tiles, broken and zugige skylights, as well as patio door, siffiger high chair, stained fridge and microwave. As I said, all these problems were the last four years or perhaps as a ... hold. That houses, the self-employed be cleaned by the inhabitants (in order to save the final), not too much should be expected, understands itself, but that the 'cleaning', it's really not through the rooms looked is, I do not understand.
Also we have many flaws so, as we have found. My deposit 65, -though I did already two days after our departure coutesy in my account. So no one has also continued a picture. It is terrible pity, because the houses in the park are actually very adequate. The 8 person houses are worn. There have been some groups gehaust. The 30 inch flat screen TV with ARD ZDF and WDR, let us watch football during at least. an ant trail in the kitchen, spots on the walls, ceilings and doors. The complex is beautifully situated nearby the beach. The high prices in the houses are not justified. The houses are badly in need of renovation, as they were worn. At night you as a family not always the peace, you could want, as many young people in the resort.

1000 euros for the week we have got a dirty house shabby! Luxury facilities (2 tv's and garden chairs) were not available! for eight people (4 children, four adults), it is clearly too small. and for small children is the stairs in the hotel extremely dangerous! our youngest has as his experience with need:-(we really didn't have too high demands but when I got to old socks and a straw under my mattress I have already found myself wondering when and where will clean?!? we have a thorough cleaning once in their hands, so that we can reasonably feel ... welcome! the complex is also rather dirty clean (garden chair and bottles in the pool)
for children there is a small playground and a mini animations of 30 minutes was a lot of the positive aspect of this park is the only great distance to the beach! read more

Beautiful resort with many small two-story buildings, partly aneinandergebaut. All houses with terrace with screens are separated from neighboring building. But you can see the terraces on the entrances across the houses and walkways throughout. If you're lucky enough (like us) to stay at the end of a series that was okay, but other locations with your own patio right along the main path and sat so almost on the street. the only downside is that the grounds very well kept. weeds blew up on the terrace and on the walkways, on the dumpsters.flew open trash bag and rubbish ... around for days. The small pond playground was full of cans and bottles. The houses are very comfortably furnished and offer plenty of space, but they need cleaner. The bin in the bathrooms were not taught spiderwebs in the corners, not encountering windows, everything was a bit grubby. In the STOREROOM mop and Wasserabzieher, but also were so dirty, that we had to wash up before use only. there were both families and groups of young people on the Park. At night, it was a bit noisy, but at around 2200 everything was quiet, security guards catered for every night in the Park are walking around. read more

Great location by the proximity to the beach. One couldn't expect too much of the houses. They were too neglected for our liking. At a lower price it would have been okay former. Furthermore, again and again individual youth groups in the separate houses the loud party building partying. read more

I'll keep this brief the short together, so unbelievable it may sound: We were due to loud noise from the park websites in security, a pitbulls seem armed had, at 0200PM at night from the park. The groceries for 150Euro remained in the house. The top story is that we all had to sleep in the car, since we didn't to a 4 -5 hour drive in the location. The location, as well as the bungalowparks is absolutely sufficient for a nice relaxing summer vacation (short).
However, the staff in the way of customer friendliness complete disgrace. Furthermore, the deposit of 50 €per person for groups not acceptable. And, above all, to the security deposit. looking for that Read the general conditions thoroughly by, already at the second warning is completely retained the deposit. On the day of arrival (Friday) It was very busy, but we didn't have to wait for long to get the key to the house. We were warmly welcomed and got all information about park and the surrounding area. We inhabited a eckferienhaus at the end of the park. The house was in good condition, clean and well installed. Living room, dining area and kitchen area on the ground floor, to each other and offer ample space for eight people. The bathroom on the ground floor had a shower and a bathtub. Terrace and garden plants on a cul-de-sac, it ... was relatively quiet. The upstairs bedroom located were functionally installed. There were no closets in the rooms but opened metal shelves with main criteria. The upper bathroom had a shower and a separate toilet. In the park itself there was a small shop, the humane rates. The assortment was extensive. Also located in the main building front desk, kid's entertainment and a small restaurant with an outdoor area. Here you can see only rarely saw anyone. During the week the park is very quiet, families with children set the picture. On the weekends left very many groups. Partly trucks drove about beer dispensers before outweighed by drums and bierzeltgarnituren unload. On speaking deteriorated accordingly and all-day party there until the night it was hardly possible to find peace. Also during the day as a partially nicey attitude has received, recommended it to explore the close environment. All complaints, or references to the staff at the front desk were diligently recorded, but unfortunately nothing done.

Tip: the wireless connection must be improved regarding the Internet. The cost of this bad wireless quality are much too high. 24 hour price for wireless Internet use is nine euro, for a whole week 20 euro. Also agree with the relation not!
Otherwise it was a very nice, not very new, but well kept holiday resort. We will be back and already twelve times there.

The condition of the area was really good. We can only rate the house guy SC6. The place for a 4-headed family is more than adequate. The upper floor is not suitable for older people, steps to steep. Therefor with washing machine, bollerwagen and stairs grid well equipped. The adjoining lawn is very large and is, for example, kite, as well as several to football games. Gates a bit ailing, playgrounds good. Entertainment for the kids was okay, more for small children. The distance to the beach was very short, so you could get something shortly.
The cleanliness of the ... houses is a little to be desired. We stayed at the terms of a thorough cleaning. The final cleaning (we own) is done in record time.
Wireless internet is available for 20 €a week and had in our corner acceptable front desk.
Renesse and surrounding area has even with bad weather.
We are going back 2010 in this area, even if the prices during peak season slow limits. read more

This was our fourth and last stay. The complex was nice but simple and convenient (we were out all day). The house itself is filthy and desolat. We are with our six-month old baby and just disgusted former. At first glance, everything very simple and functional. At the watch you discover more dirt, the called finery team complained in our company very angry about us in English. Too bad we very good these language. The front desk has none of our polite pretended like taken seriously. A new kettle first after complaining got you ask (the first was filthy, so ... what throw you the trash!) from the complex in the last eight years. visited four times A thorough self-cleaning prior to use of the house would have been appropriate, but that's not the point. We found much dirt from previous guest, so was not controlled.
Conclusion: a park with so-called ' villas 'not in the slightest does what he promises. Filthy, dirty and the best long time ago. Look for other ways! read more
