Alone a good hotel, which very centrally located is. The hotel is huge, there's a restaurant, a pub and a bistro. Around the hotel there are numerous shops, a mall and many restaurants and bars. In the executive floors the rooms are renovated and quite nice. On the other floors but the rooms are optically seen before many years warp. The hotel has a a gym and a swimming pool. Since it was no spatial separation is, is the use of the fitness equipment, the damp of the pool clearly noticeable. In principle were the rooms always very clean, only ... a few when it very unpleasant exceptions (used condom in the bathroom). The staff is very friendly and obliging. Wi-fi in the lobby free of charge. The balconies make the impression, as they would hardly a burden withstand. The aircon in the room worked only unsatisfactorily. read more

Unfortunately we had this hotel elective. With over 1500 rooms is like a madhouse. Unfortunately, an individual friendly waiters due to this fact not possible. The staff is completely overstrained. Everything is so confusing, that it is a really difficult, the overview to preserve. We will not again stay in this hotel. Solely the location for eatons center, the large shopping complex, is positive. read more

We came here as a part of a round trip on return two, respectively three days under. The hotel is massive and there is always a business as on the train station. The rooms were size OK, but the furnishing was pretty rocked and had the best times for a long time behind itself. The beds ( two Queen) were however excellent.
The staff at reception were hard (one spoke even German), but could first didn't find our reservation. Later a complaint (broken bedside lamp) is very friendly, a repair was done however up to our check out not. The ... breakfast restaurant is a diner, quality of the dishes but it was OK. The Bistro -restaurant is in contrast to this very calm and pleasant. Price in the normal framework and tasty.
All together: good location directly in the center, if I myself would book, but I wouldn't in any case for another hotel decide. read more

A beautiful, pleasant and interesting hotel in the city centre from Toronto. We had a beautiful and large family room in 19th Floor. On the 27 floor is the pool from 18 years and the fitness center with a great view over Toronto.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. We would stay here gladly anytime again check in. read more

Hotel way too big. It is day and night to, as in the chicken coop. The carpets looked, as if they were from the 30. Years (the state). Breakfast vouchers for parents. For children had to be paid.
Breakfast selection bad. read more

Great base for sightseeing. Much is on foot distance and there are some good restaurants nearby. Grand is the pool on the top floor. You can from there on a very small outdoor terrace and has a spectacular view. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel itself is already a bit dated, but it really did not disturbed us. read more

The hotel is very old and extremely run-down. In the bathroom is the bathtub horrible rusty. Everything is shabby. In the lobby it goes to the train station. Long Queue at the front desk and the concierge are usual. The breakfast restaurant is way too small for the number of room. Otherwise is the breakfast totally überteueert. Breakfast in the room is not possible, because there was no table is available and no space for a flat is. read more

Near the center and a few minutes away from the Eaton center with shopping, restaurants. metro around the corner.
The hotel is massive, good Regulation, with the elevators, as only certain floors to be started and the waiting times short.
On the attic storey there is a fitness area ( good new machines) and pool, unfortunately in the summer too hot not air-conditioned.
Wi-Fi access in the lobby free of charge, in the rooms only internet access.
Breakfast in various restaurants possible, in the main restaurant mass processing, you have the breakfast at the buffet together and paid after Konsumation ... (except the tour operator a voucher). In the restaurant it is buffet with blanket. read more

The Hotel Delta Chelsea INN is already getting a bit old, but it is in the town. The rooms are big, well equipped and the beds very comfortable. The carpet in my room but was already very worn out, so that in this barefoot certainly not would go. The audience here is very mixed, tourist with buses are here but the majority. Also individual tourists were here from everywhere. I the hotel can for a short stay in Toronto recommend, already alone only because of the very good location in the town. read more

Well-located city hotel at the Eaton center, without luxury

The Delta Chelsea convinced with its great central location right on the Eaton Center, which features shopping and dining possibilities. In the center there are several supermarkets, as well as bars/discos within walking distance. We had booked the hotel without food, and also used the pool. However, we were a bit disappointed with the room, as we were worn-out furniture and the balcony was covered with cigarette butts peeled, possibly from the adjoining construction (during the day noise). The cleanliness I would point out as positive. Check-in was friendly, but took a very long time despite a minute-check-in-guarantee. read more

We were thank God it was only one night in this hotel on our transit through Canada. Hotel is actually located very well, as the nearby young street and nearby everything ☺ The hotel itself is however huge! An incredibly large monster with many people just as insane in him! There were several elevators for each section so that the elevators not overburden, in the lobby is constant coming and going and it was. Train station had an extremely old and ugly rooms the right above a construction site! The room had a balcony but this should (in the room) ... supposedly smoke and the balcony looked not all in all not very inviting as it was dirty and rusted everywhere just under any review the tv in the room was a UR age. Röhrensystem the room already be total and old. Since we September in Canada and can be cold and this was also the case we wanted the room a while heat. Unfortunately, we only had an air conditioner in the room we tried. Heat did not work. Unfortunately have called the front desk and asked that our air conditioner repaired. Then spat you to the works. I assured her that this was not the case and I am not complaining. Then you why we actually need to heat and there was no heating in the rooms!(in canda heat a minus 30 degrees!! Can get) after I was a bit noisy you assured me it would bring a space heater and the receiver someone slammed on the fork! The heater is also thank God come! But this for the price I feel under any review! Further is also the parking at the hotel costs about $40 and there is no complimentary wired or Wi-Fi in the rooms. You have to go down in the lobby and then to be fast to get a chair! All in all I would not recommend this hotel! Our other nights in Toronto we spent in child and were much happier Edward! read more

We were for four days at the Delta. We have explored by the convenient location to walk quite Toronto.
A boat tour on the Lake Ontario is worth it. Very nice views on the skyline.
The CN tower is a must, of course.
In addition to the baseball game at the Rogers Center were we to a game of MLB.
To a trip to the falls we were also in the hotel.
The hotel is on the route from the airport express bus directly and is therefore very easy to reach. read more

Good: 6 elevators were for our floor. Fast transportation. Check-in and check-out were pleasant friendly staff clean rooms ideal central location. To have in Toronto. Transfer from the airport was great, as the bus stops right in front of the hotel. Not so good: room was unfortunately a bit older. But what do you expect, it is a 3 star hotel. If someone wants more, he or she must just in a hotel with more stars again (which was probably too much but costs). But then we should not complain, if you can get a 3 -star hotel bay and ... get a 3 -star hotel underground parking for rental cars expensive (almost 30 dollar), but made a real pleasant. read more

After 2005 loved the hotel, this was a big disappointment. On 11 September 01:30 ertönten in the room and throughout the hotel and the fire alarm announcements, that all guests IMMEDIATELY to come down in the lobby area and the lifts out of action. The hotel has 1,500 rooms on circa 26 floors. We were on the 19th floor and had to us from da 19 floors through a much too narrow Nottreppenhaus down by fighting. There were also some older, infirm people. After about 20 minutes in the lobby we had to first arrived laugh hundreds guests ... all nations, partially abenteuerlichster nightwear, who were, through the lobby. After a further fifteen minutes beyond the message that it was a false alarm acted and the elevators are working again. 03:00 We were back in the bed. read more

Overall, we were rather disappointed from the Delta. After many positive reviews here at HolidayCheck we would have expected a little more ! But these are often, there are light and shade. Especially positive is the friendly service at check-in. Although we directly via the hotel website a good hot deal booked on arrival, we were 3 different rooms for your choice. We were also offered a large room toward the Gerrard Street and a smaller room on the opposite side. We were greeted by a friendly lady but stressed that we had a large room but might need to ... expect construction noise from across the construction site. We found it to be very attentive, that we were being pointed out in advance. Be far less friendly and competent we found the concierge service. In addition, the desk at 7:00 pm already closed and there was no one will looking for a restaurant or the like helps someone ! According to our opinion, more a bad value for a hotel of this size. The large room turned out spacious and homey. The decoration was pretty good and the bathroom was not large but relatively well furnished. The electrical installations were but rather adventurous ! When you are in the bathroom, the light is turned on the TV only were to be disturbed langugage. Also a table lamp didn't work very reliable. The hotel food which we visited (Market Garden), however, was more like questionable. After a long day shopping - we didn't want to leave the hotel and wanted something smaller in hotel. The "Market Garden is unfortunately but just a dumpy, unhygienic self-service restaurant. The other restaurants but I can't rate. All in all, the Delta especially due to its location. I don't know if we would book it again ? For us, value not always the case. But for a short trip you can bear it. read more
