General:
The hotel Kristall in gerlos is recommendable.
The staff, no matter, whether boss, service or maid, are without exception very friendly and accommodating! Everyone is hard-working, that you are in the vacation comfortable. There was when checking in a Begrüßungdrink and for the farewell also a sparkling wine with strawberries and a small present-really very accommodating.
The winter sports region 'Zillertal arena' is simply super! The hotel is a perfect place to go out for the use of the winter sports region. The ski busses stop to the rush hours virtually every minute directly in front of the hotel! ... Great!
Food:
The food is very good! The breakfast buffet is not huge, but everything is fresh and delicious. The dinner ( with the half-board) was also very good and a culinary highlight.
Tip: prior to no half board book, but spur decide, because you can really flexible, day for day logon and logoff. So you can in dependency of the menu and individual planning vary.
Rooms:
The room (Model Rosenquarz) was quite small and simply furnished. Great was the relatively large LCD TV, a balcony and a small walk-in kleinerschrank. The bathroom is also very small and older standard( eighties-years brown-beige) been. Praising to mention is the cleanliness!
Was something to complain about the bed linen. We had a bed sheet, that several and partly stuffed was- somewhat a pity for a four star hotel.
Wellness:
The spa area is quite small, in particular the sauna for maximum 3a 4 persons, but nevertheless beautiful and comfortable. Since with us rather little business was, we never had limited space.
There is a small pool and zubuchbare spa treatments, the we however didn't use.
The bathrobes, the available provided were already quite worn (holes, torn down Belt loops and bags and unfortunately everything other as fluffy-( here should be done!
Altogether you can the hotel Crystal but recommend and we had a great holiday!

Tips the hotel management:
The towels were every day completely exchanged, what in our opinion not very environmentally friendly. We have extra the dirty towels put them on the floor and the clean on the rod hung, but nevertheless all changed. Here would be a cleaner and kostensparendere scheme( for example on signs, as in many other hotels) very nice.
It would be nice, if a little ' Meinungskarte ' in the room or at the front desk would lie, so that smaller faults short note and praise can pass on.
And still a small something: the clock in the peace area of wellness area ticks very noisy. Here, a digital clock for more rest and relaxation ensure ☺ apart from that great!
Our suggestions should only kontruktive tips are. We are sure, that this happy to accept, the stay for your guests a bit perfect to designed! Altogether we have around comfortable. read more

small hotel, family run, where smallest wishes immediately come true, excellent kitchen, small but fine SpA, you feel immediately after arriving at home, the all of the staff, for a long period of time in the home is very accommodating, and follow the owner always on eventual problems carefully.
