The staff in the hotel is friendly and attentive. Breakfast and also the dinner were rich and tasty. The new errichtitete sauna and also the pool ersprachen our expectations and are clean and tidy. All around the hotel i would in any case book again. read more

The location of the hotel is on the upper edge of Kastelruth. Shopping right under the hotel (75 steps). Very clean, informal atmosphere, rich breakfast buffet and 5 course evening menu which leaves nothing to be desired. read more

    We had a comfort double room with a view of Kastelruth. The room would be cleaned daily. Flat screen tv, a balcony, a safe, and a seating area in the cosy atmosphere.

    The separation of the dining room and bar is a large '+' of the hotel. Due to the limited number of rooms one never had the feeling in a 'train station' to food. It is quiet during the meals, which but also at the very good cuisine beach chairs, the their guests with delicacies from the region, but also international magic.

    The Parc Hotel Tyrol only south tyrolean staff and is thus one of the few hotels, the 'south tyrolean flair' original is over! Friendly, courteous, and always a smile. Room, hallways, spa and all other public rooms speak in a very precise language. Here the cleaniness is very big written.

We were this year the first time in the Hotel Tyrol and we really enjoyed it. We have for 2013 at the same time booked again. The staff and the atmosphere are very friendly and willing to help. The cleanliness in this house is excellent. In the 8 days of the stay in the Hotel Tyrol nothing was missing and we are already looking forward to next year. read more

There is always the same breakfast was to 3 days already boring. Exactly it is with the salad bar and in case it times a special feature ( asparagus) is it after 5 minutes and there is no after! Also the dinner is nothing special. For three stars star it is very boring and we are better used. We were 6 persons and all can not be wrong, we won't be back. read more

High capacity breakfast with very large choice (several sausage-, cheese-, marmelade and breads, also rolls and croissants, honey, ham, boiled and baked eggs, muesli, and so on). Excellent run hotel! Absolutely sensational: for schlappe 8 Euro can booked half board are. There is a excellent 5 - respectively 6-course menu. In the lawn of the garden were some Dog droppings tucked away. This is neither the hotel the dogs problem, but the outrageous would allow dogs, who the hotel unfortunately your orders. Such people will certainly also their dogs to bed leave. This idea has unfortunately the apart from that excellent impression troubled. No wonder that always less hotels animals in their rooms permit. read more

For a short break really recommendable. We paid for half board only 60 Euro. Rich breakfast and evenings always five-course -menu. Very delicious. Owner and staff very friendly and forthcoming. We had nothing to complain about and will definitely go back there again. read more

A great hotel, my son (13) and i have stayed there twice and have been for february 2013 booked. Very friendly staff, great food, clean and spacious rooms, an underground car park for the cars and a great facilities with Kicker, table tennis, fitness room, indoor pool and sauna. It is missing to simply nothing, that is why we so gladly again here. There are Kastelruth a ski bus connection to Seiser Alm. The stop is from the hotel on the steps about minutes (with boots) to reach. We go however always by car directly to valley station, as there ... is a large, free car park there is. read more

We were there for the first time as a family with a 3, 5-year-old daughter to the skiing vacation having regard to recommendation of friends and known. The hotel is very beautiful tight above kastel Ruth location with a short distance to options for shopping, restaurants and buses. The hotel is as a family business led and made a very good impression on us. We will this hotel for our next vacation on the SEISER ALM and surroundings again. read more

Overall impression: we were with the whole hotel very pleased and can recommend this house in every respect. Location: with the nearby bus station (bus station) we were very good served and in winter the SEISER ALM hike with the direct bus pleasant 25 minutes. Also for excursions having regard to Bozen / Brixen is good bus connections available. read more

A hotel that makes you feel at ease with very good cuisine and friendly staff, drive 2012 for the third time back. Location of the hotel very good and quiet. Room very good. The bus station and in the village only a couple of minutes. read more

the hotel is very beautiful! A very informal atmosphere, we since middle the eighties very be comfortable. it is regularly renovated and each year let us feel a sense of gratification at the innovations. it is in every corner of the room clean and on the whole House. the breakfast is very varied and a delight every morning. the dinner was also always very good. The menu was always very well coordinated and very delicious. there are always completely different guests since, over the years you meet anytime again the same guests what also very for the quality of the ... hotel speaks. what is also very pleasant is, is the underground car park, as well as the ski area. read more

    There are different large rooms but all very nicely furnished and regularly renovated will. The bathrooms are all (the, we know) very pleasant furnished. there are different size rooms but also different costs. But that is also completely reasonable. all rooms in very good condition. Should the time be no more it will always renovated.

    the food is always very good and we look forward to the whole year on the dinner menu. There is always something different, sometimes Südtiroltypisches, then what Italian, something the guests adjusted. in the dining room one feels always well. For English guests the hotel is I think well suitable, since they have always understood. the ladies for the cleanliness of the rooms are for years in the hotel busy and surprise a anytime again with your promptness and thoroughness. we still have no experience in dealing with complaints had, since we had never had one.

    the hotel lies in very nice location. It has a very nice view of kastelruth and the schlern. It is in direct environment options for shopping available and one is in 5 minutes in the center. the bus station is also very good to reach. From there you can in the surrounding Villages drive, to orbit after SEIS to the SEISER ALM to come, after Bozen or Brixen and Klausen. in about 20 minutes one reaches the Brenner. from the hotel you can directly hikes start and for example in the summer also directly from there out on the SEISER ALM hiking.
