The rooms are enough. The furniture was still new, because the hotel only 2012 opened. The air conditioning is great, you can hear them. The rooms are beautifully decorated, flatscreen tv, three beds, mini bar, coffee maker, plenty of wardrobe space, free safe, telephone, air conditioning. Toilet and bathroom are good and functional.

I was only in the buffet and was pleased with the offered food and beverages. The lobby bar is 24 hours open.

The staff is very well trained. German skills are excellent.

Entertainment was the usual fuss a chaotengruppe. In the hotel were only 70-year-old and the dj plays for 12-year-old. All beach chairs were dirty.

I, as alone travellers had a nice spacious it includes a nice bathroom with a large shower with a closed cabin was covered. There was a large flat picture tv available. The first 2 nights i stayed in the smallest double room the world. The bed was 140 times 200 metres, there was no shelf space for the bag, watch tv from the bed nearly impossible and the fridge so loud, that i am in the night out had to, in order to sleep. After the change in a standard room, then large room with 2 beds and a nice large bathroom. The furnishings the room is good. The devil is in the detail. The fridge was very according to. As you did not turn off or small could turn, i had it in the night out. Although there was a huge closet, but of 3 doors only 2 can be used. The 3. door only had 10 centimeter deep shelves, the nothing take off could. Why in the room a wide leather briefcase is ready, with a mystery to me. It was in the room no hotel description, no instructions for safe, no opening hours for the restaurants. What is the leather briefcase in the room? In the bathroom it smelled so bad after katzenpisse, that the spray with febreece by the maids not escape managed. I had always been 8., that the door of the bathroom remained closed, so the smell in the closet, and the rest of the room moved. But honestly? Now i also know, why the me on arrival had asked, if i the first time in the hotel am. I wonder about the really very small double room and after 2 days i asked the front desk for a larger room. Only alone because of the size of the room i received no other. I wjnl then and said, that the neighbours very noisy watch tv and i therefore cannot sleep... I received then a standard room. With such a reception one doesn't feel as a guest in a hotel, however rather as an annoying a bit.

The entertainment team was really good. With 3 entertainers in such a large hotel however nothing tear. At the beginning of my holiday there were to 6., at the end only to 3... The entertainment program took place mostly in of the lobby instead of. As this but with many pillars and niches cut is, you only got little of it with. During the 3 weeks, where i was there, there was 3 times bingo and 3 time dancing. A shame. Was very good the entertainment team on new year's eve. The german vacationers were very lucky. At 99% the 3.4 stars Hotel Villa Side and were in the ville side residence-free of charge-as the villa side over winter closed and was being renovated. It is a newly built hotel (may 2012) with good service and very good cuisine. The rooms are very clean likewise the toilets in the entire house. We were from 20-12-2012-28-02-2013 guest in the hotel. The check-in was a catastrophe. Receptionist had no overview. A desired room in the 4. floor could not be allocated. All occupied! With empty hotel? It became us then two rooms shown, the us not agree we could bargain down. In the 3. the rooms, the was shown to us, we were with 4 people in it. 'leider' was this room from a young lady occupied, to judge from the laundry there lot. Embarrassing for the lady, if you have in the room would have been. Even more embarrassing for a 5 star hotel this breakdown. We changed it a room in 2. floor over the senfoni bar.
