Hotel was opened in may of 2012 and has a bit more than 300 rooms, all very nice and decorated up to date are. In november 2012 we were in this hotel for the first time, then everything was still relatively nice but some still not finished, for example in front of the main restaurant and in the Minus 2 floor hung then as now, various cable from the ceiling or wall, this should actually before opening be addressed. After the condition to judge, you might think, that the hotel already at least 7-9-years-old is, in sinfoni bar area solve ... the wallpaper from the soaking weary walls, walls leaves from. Both in the ladies -, as well as in the gentlemen's toilet are massive water damage on the walls and ceilings. The ceiling in the indoor pool is partly by and stand by the moisture and humidity already very affected.     Breakfast was just well as in november 2012, it was not really varied but always fresh and sufficient. Lunch and dinner has opposite november 2012 at some decrease, not only in the change, but also in the taste, was one at noon or in the evening only in the 2. hour food, must be expected, that no more all meals available and you had to deal with the content which was still there. The tables in the restaurant were not star hotel, as the table cloths were usually not clean, you meadows stains from or of the predecessors on, this should not be the case.     The rooms are enough. The furniture was still new, because the hotel only 2012 opened. The air conditioning is great, you can hear them. The hotel is new, except the grounds at the beach (substantial renovierungsrückstand. The garden is not well maintained. I felt a bit trapped by the pool cards, because the complex from the hotel and the walls and no direct access to the sea is available. A very new and beautiful hotel to be comfortable, if not encounter groups for footballers from Georgia would have been. The hotel itself very exclusive, room large and tastefully furnished, very clean and with all that you ask for. It lies in the 2. series, is however not a problem, in the winter already not at all - otherwise there through the underground tunnel is the beach easy to reach. For handicapped people and not so those who like vacationers there was a shuttle. The food for our taste good and plentiful. Good service and competent. The waiters at the ... restaurant and the bar very friendly and hard-working. We had only a room on the floor, where the footballers with lived. It was loud and noisy and we were slightly stressed. Thanks to the front desk we got then a room in another floor and everything was quiet - thank you very much again! We were very comfortable and are definitely coming again! Wellness oasis appealing but very expensive! Hairdresser and cosmetic good! Note: why are different training teams during our stay not in jugendhotels or similar-somehow fits the not in a luxury hotel with vacationers, who want to recover. read more

Food for personal assessment moderate, the other demands on the food bodies, the hotel offered. But it must always the price for the booking in consideration values in the assessment. Than normal consumer would i the food as a comparison. It is a well run hotel. The disadvantage of the hotel located on the location between 2 busy roads, so not with open windows sleep. In the winter months this is not so, but in the summer i want the hotel do not book. It was a lovely stay in the hotel complex, the could have been better; if enough ... spaces in the only in the winter months open bar had been present. The bar staff was all trouble to fulfill every wish. Disturbing we felt some regular guests at the beach and at the bar behavior as if they were the owners themselves. Activities for seniors good. For the 11. time toured with 10 ladies the Turkey. Always the same hotel, the 'villa side'. This year the 'villa' teilrestauriert, thus we got rooms at the 'Villa Side Residence'. The rooms are big and atmosphere, the staff is very competent and helpful (thanks to halis and Ibrahim ☺ ☺!), the entertainment offers a marvellous programme for the guests and is not intrusive. What the food wise very diverse and something for everybody, what him/her tastes. I thought it it, as always delicious! For us 10 is it every year as a 'come home'. So a balm for the ... soul! read more

The vsr is a large but well arranged hotel. The rooms are spacious and nicely furnished. It is very much worth it for cleanliness put. Wifi is almost in the entire hotel free of charge to receive. Al achievement is very extensive. 24 hours food and drink. The buffet is very versatile and very appealing to the eye set up. The average age in january was somewhat older. Many alone travellers. As this time in the Turkey holidays were also lots of turkish families with children on-site. But in keinsder disturbing were. There were guests as all other also. In ... november 2012 i was for the first time in vsr. In january 2013 and have already for april 2013 already booked. I can the hotel to 100% further-recommended in the best way. read more

    I, as alone travellers had a nice spacious it includes a nice bathroom with a large shower with a closed cabin was covered. There was a large flat picture tv available.     Except the main restaurant, there were still a bistro for the late riser breakfast. A time per week is an à-la-carte-meal in three different restaurant. The food what in buffet form offered, is so versatile that it unfortunately not at all everything can cost. The sight alone has a kilogram. On the hips. It is very varied.     The hotel is in the center from Kumköy, but nevertheless it has peaceful location. It is approximately 1 hour away from the airport. The really new hotel is very styleful furnished. The choice of furniture, the soil and the wallpapers are really wonderful. Although only about 300 rooms are available, works the hotel very big. It is constantly busy high and down to run or with the golden elevator drive. The hotel was opened in may of 2012. Why in december 2012 and january 2013 still cable from the ceiling look and wooden wedges in the walls to hang, nobody knows. Welcomes i was on 23 december in of the lobby with teppichresten on the floor, the rainwater catch should, because it in ... the hotel sometimes more rain, than the ones outside the hotel! The hotel was in the winter of course not fully booked. The guest structure was, except for new year's eve, mainly german. At new year's eves has a turkish travel agent the hotel with turks fully booked. The hotel offers an all-inclusive, that means with several restaurants and bars, the possibility 24 hours a bit warm food to may. Wi-fi was free and even from the room from distance. The german vacationers were very lucky. At 99% the 3.4 stars Hotel Villa Side and were in the ville side residence-free of charge-as the villa side over winter closed and was being renovated. Pitch for all the, the right the more expensive Villa Side Residence booked! Really bad the toilets in of the lobby and in the restaurant area. The were always vollgeschis. En. The flush in the toilets worked poorly or not at all, which probably contributed. Why foreign people, the the hotel look, a description of the hotel receive, the guests however not, is also into question to please. From Neckermann/Thomas Cook was the hotel as an international 5 star hotel's offers. There must be probably with hotels like intercontinental, Hilton and estrel fairs.     The first 2 nights i stayed in the smallest double room the world. The bed was 140 times 200 metres, there was no shelf space for the bag, watch tv from the bed nearly impossible and the fridge so loud, that i am in the night out had to, in order to sleep. Pitch for all the, the right the more expensive Villa Side Residence booked! Really bad the toilets in of the lobby and in the restaurant area. The were always vollgeschis... En. The flush in the toilets worked poorly or not at all, which probably contributed. We were from 27-12-12 to 05-01-2013 in this hotel with 2 adults and two children, because we wanted to get out and new year's eve in Turkey wanted to spend. Ok, Turkey power new year's eve actually for vacationers, but not the Villa Side Residence. They make new year's eve ... for your local compatriots, the 2 days there and the whole hotel for hogging and also no consideration. In any case such a disappointing new year's eve we had never experienced something like that. New year's eve in Turkey never again. For the money we will be better able to again to Gran Canaria flies. It was new year's eve only for the local people celebrated, tables reserved and only these were mainly served. As a single traveller a double room for single use are. Very clean hotel, friendly german-speaking staff which are very attentive. Food more than enough and various. A lot of shops right around the corner and a shopping centre 10 minutes away. To the beach it is however approximately 500 meters and the hotel has (cheap in the winter) an indoor pool and a spa area. Wireless worked also in the room and nearby the lobby there is a computer with free internet available. Minibar was daily with Cola, water, juice and beer filled up, all major german programs available ... (flat screen tv) and the safe in the room was also free of charge. Per week stay you in one of the three theme restaurants eat in the evening alternately opened. Sophisticated ambience but the turkish restaurant was due to the offered courses (you had 3 to choose from) and the duration of their respective course not as promised. Conclusion: this was my first, but certainly not last Turkey holiday and then perhaps to this hotel again. read more

With empty hotel? It became us then two rooms shown, the us not agree we could bargain down. In the 3. the rooms, the was shown to us, we were with 4 people in it. 'leider' was this room from a young lady occupied, to judge from the laundry there lot. Embarrassing for the lady, if you have in the room would have been. Even more embarrassing for a 5 ... star hotel this breakdown. We changed it a room in 2. floor over the senfoni bar. In anticipation of the weihnachtsmenüs from 18 hours, disappointing buffet, as always, besides a few frozen shrimp. There was the mood %blank%. New year's eve was the same procedure, disappointing buffet, as always bad, nothing else. In the Kolosseum was then from 21 hours live music and entertainment show. As was the facility already so crowded, that we declined. From 21 hours in the senfonibar as announced sparkling wine served. Was served turkish non-alcoholic sparkling wine. After major protests the vacationer, the filled glasses again collected and there was champagne served, the wondrous-proved to 24 o'clock all was. Considering -5 star hotel! There the food daily became worse, have 21 tourists (in the hotel were probably around 60 tourists) a meeting with the management in/out privileges. Because of the good location, you are immediately in the town and can great a newly built stores shopping. The Dolmuş stops directly behind the hotel, thus can one to side or Manavgat to the market (mondays and thursdays) easy drive.
