    The room is generous, in particular the kitchen is well equipped, the sink in the bathroom was rather inconvenient (everything swims); positive: bidet. Bedroom: two single beds pushed together were not really pleasant. Our room had at noon for 2 hours a narrow strip sun on the balcony, otherwise it was constantly in the shade, what also very negatively the temperatures in the apartment noticeable (there was at the front desk but appliances to borrow).

    The frontdesk employees are friendly and speak good german, are powerless to the circumstances. We asked for another apartment on the sunny side, but there was a long list of umzugswünschen, before the work was, so that we only two days before our departure had to move to another room-we had then ultimately declined. The cleaning of the rooms was cleaned 5 times a week and was alright, rooms were overall clean.

    There is a rather small pool, in the especially seniors and children crowding. For serious swimming too small, but had a good temperature. Otherwise there is for fans of the sport a large bowling alley in the open; twice a week a tournament.

    The hotel is on half height the district of la paz, the first steep treppenanstieg you with. To Playa Martianez and lago martianez 10-15 minutes, to Playa Jardin about 1 hour on foot, to the bus station about 25 minutes. Also to the restaurants in of the center from puerto about half an hour walk (a good constitutional). Recommendation: los gemelos or la herreria

Large apartment area in a good location between the old town and la paz; over stairs -126-is the Area within walking distance in the best way attainable. In spite of the size the hotel is well arranged and very clean. Bar with drinks and smaller meals Cheap and well equipped. Staff in all areas from the check-in (reception) on theker up to the cleaning staff Absolutely friendly and competent. All in all a nice hotel to a very good price ; that means price-performance absolutely okay. We will come again. read more

Well-kept house with friendly staff. Good location, around via rental car the island to explore. The beach puerto is easily reachable on foot. The transfer from and to the airport folded smoothly (organizer Neckermann, gobucher ) Self catering we have the restaurant not used, but the chef possibility our apartments. German supermarket nearby. Small disadvantages : the underground car park is very narrow. In the living room and bathroom there was unfortunately no heizmöglichkeit. We have been the 4. time in the Casablanca and had this time, what the hotel nothing could, from 6 weeks 4 weeks almost rain, most unusual. Despite my request for an apartment direction Teide( e. mail 1 week cards prior sent ) we got a to the inner courtyard assigned. Score: right during the 1. night the noise of the bar, was impossible to sleep. The apartments to the inner courtyard for me as a berlin hinterhofflair. Most of the apart. Very different in size and location. The 1st day then went with the move lost. Now we had ..., a us already known apartment. View beautiful but now the whole day a current motor of air-conditioning of the neighbor hotel. Day and night. Positive note the ladies at the reception. The pool is unfortunately way too small, unpleasant for me, hardly a guest took a shower shortly before swimming from, after the sweat from for swimming. We liked it this year not so good, why you have to an acceptable apart. Haggle, i have no desire. Maybe we'll try a different hotel. read more

We had an apartment with a kitchen and separate bedroom. The sofa in the living area was extendable. We had booked only overnight accommodation, since we wanted to eat out eat out. It were lots of spaniards, americans, German and English in the hotel. Alltogether it was very quiet on the complex. With the cleanliness of the apartments we were very satisfied. read more

No air conditioning, but ceiling fan in the bedroom. Not to forget, in the house there was a lift.

    The staff's hospitality, no matter wether in the entrance hall or in the restaurant is just great. So what you don't everywhere. It was amongst others also very good speak German, but you very happy, if the guests to speak some spanish try. The shows a certain adaptive behavior of visitors. The cleaning of the rooms was always perfectly, there is nothing to moan about there. There is the possibility, self-service laundry wash, to dry and even iron, of course for a fee.     The distance to the beach I guess to approximately 500 meters. There are shops on the road above the hotel entrance. But we have only the breakfast rolls shopping. You go the stairs the city down, there is a big shopping center, not too overlooked, since 'pyramid-design' roof, where you considerably cheaper shopping. We had a rental car, therefor not a problem with the drag the einkaufgutes. Of the next lying beach did not. We are rather by car to the next beach dangers, Playa de Jardin. This is very clean and you can also comfortably again. There is also in the Playa st. Other, about kilometers away with white sandy beach. The airport Teneriffa South is located about kilometers away Teneriffa North about kilometers away from the hotel.

Very nice hotel, for decades the same level of reserves. We are often been there, what a many years and it has not changed. All great well maintained, very friendly staff. Ideally located on the promenade, the shops, to the restaurants and the supermarket. Bus station isn't far and highway one arrives very fast. The underground car park is definitely a bit cramped, especially for larger vehicles. read more

Really calm and pleasant. We had booked accommodation with breakfast, there were about 10 variations, the one could order. We would lünftig not more the breakfast book, as it was only from 8:30 A. M. was. Since we were early risers and the suns aufgängeg enjoyed, the waiting time to for breakfast too long. On the whole was the stay in the hotel very pleasant! Unfortunately it was in the room very badly soundproofed, so the steps and voices from the corridor strong could hear. To a couple of days but one got used to it. read more

The hotel has a great location, you had short ways to the shopping, shop to the promenade and to the beach! It has an underground parking for the good price. The food is very cheap and the atmosphere in the hotel is also good. We can Casablanca absolutely recommend. ! TOP! read more

We stayed at the Casablanca straight two great weeks of vacation spend. The vacation apartment ( we had double bedroom booked ) was very spacious and furnished with everything, which one needs in such a way. The bed rooms were on the quiet page, the living room on the somewhat louder pool side. The entertainment limited to a little fun for the little ones ( including mini disco) and evenings music in the bar. The pool area is during the day a lifeguard on duty, at night is the swimming pool locked. Unfortunately we had to twice a broken hair ... dryer matters, the repairs were on the same day carried out. The ladies at the reception speak really good German and are very (very) friendly. They knew on all questions shops, tourist attractions and so on competent advice. To the center from Puerto de la Cruz one must put some steps down-and later back go up. This is however for moderately trained people good to manage. In case you a short breather make must, benches that looks great ready. The Lago de martianez ( sea water swimming pool), as well as a small beach were within walking very easy to reach. To the Loro Park runs from lake from a free tram. We had for a week a rental car, we have the island from Puerto as starting location really very good explore could. read more

The hotel Casablanca is a very large complex, but it was surprisingly quiet. The apartments are spacious and functional. If you noise-sensitive is, you should not room to the inner courtyard choose. We could the apartment easily change and had our peace. We had booked accommodation with breakfast, unfortunately there was no buffet and the selection was limited to some Toastvarianten, the not very creative were. It was nice, employees inside at the front desk were great. Again but I would not live there. The bathroom was very old and worn. Curtains to darken were transparent. Apart from that great. Shops on site. Delicious food on site. Nice view. Unfortunately quite noisy. read more
