The rooms are sufficiently large and have all a balcony with sea view. One looks for the refrigerator, safe and television however in vain. Furniture is however not worn out already somewhat older. The bathroom is small, but okay. At showering it is flooded, but continues to disturb not. If guests left very early in the morning, one is waked by vacuum cleaners noises and scratching movements of heavy furniture on tiles, since the walls have approximately the thickness of pasteboard. Likewise one can follow the maintenances of the guests in the neighbor rooms without trouble.

We had booked only breakfast and had immediately the feeling humans 2. To be class. Guests with HALF BOARD are not considered at all something, the remainder. The breakfast was as previously mentioned not to call such actually at all. It was sufficient for the quantity of the guests in no way. The tables in the so-called “restaurant” were together pushed on closest area, in order to ensure to the hosts generous dwelling. In our second week parents of the Hoteliers had traveled. These sat each morning on the sofa and have the hotel guests with eat observed. We seemed ourselves, like actors in a play, employed to their maintenance.

The “hotel manager” Kostas is the king in his hotel. One gets to inquiries either no or a devaluing answer: On the question whether it could borrow us a measurer, because we would like ourselves to cut something fruit open became we insulted that we are not in Africa and eats on the room is forbidden. We are to eat with him in the restaurant. It only unfortunately offers no fruit on… On the same day we have then at all do not over-hear can, how guests were set by it quasi before the door: They are not to take and go their luggage, such guests need it! At night one can fall asleep badly, converse and sing there the “hosts” loudly (they must over-sound the TVS). Breakfast gives it only starting from 9 to o'clock and blows one goes 5 minute before down - then one gets bad of views, disturbs the manager wife with the window deseams (she is busy with the glass spray with the meals) and on the well meant “potash mera” one does not get an answer. During the meal (in the morning and in the evening) a maintenance with the usually German guests is hardly possible, since one does not arrive against the constantly running TVS. To the request to remain in the evening daily topics to look at to be able (which the only possibility is in this hotel, somewhat up to date), only selected guests allows, these left, is one for the remaining guests past. And so on…

The pool is with the only highlight in the hotel. One may not look however so exactly - garbage in the environment, old & dirty over runs, with different colors painted railing, broken in Stein-Mauern,…! The pool is clean and the couches is sufficient. The screens are quite old, but correct. Bring along own meals and beverages is knits forbidden. Officially one can order snack and beverages with the “hotel manager” Kostas, one looks for him however in vain, since he can be rather seemed at the beach the sun on the belly. The sand beach is well convenient and despite its high quality not very frequented (at least at our travel time). The water is crystal clear.

Cosy hotel in the venezianischen style, with 16 rooms. Before about 20 years builds, however since then, if at all, dilettante reorganizes. Cleanliness is superficially o.k., however one may not sees more exact (in the pool surrounding field, dead insects are appropriate for garbage only 1 week in the house input area, a ant road went directly through our room,…). Predominantly booked by Germans of all age groups. We had booked and received breakfast always resemble analog cheese and - ham, taste-free jam, bread by the Vortag, welded supermarket cake, with water stretched juice, stirring coffee and for the Geniesser: A sort dte to even the Aufbrühen in the lukewarm water - good appetite!

Up to the directly the hotel leading past, much traveled highway as highway circuit between east and western part of the island good situation. Wonderful sand beach with crystal-clear water only 300m removes. Beautiful view from the room on the bay of April AOS and opposite Albanian mountain courses. However the next place (Kassiopi) is about distant for 3km. The penalty only rarely and to 16 o'clock, i.e. either run or rented cars drive. Up to 2 taverns in the environment no culinary alternations.

The rooms were appropriate and clean correct. Balcony was missing, TVS and further seat furniture, air conditioning system against 10 euro surcharge per day.

We had booked (unfortunately) half-board: - Arrival late in the evening, we it was very hungry and asked whether we would get to eat some more (finally we paid this day with HALF BOARD also also!! ). No, dinner is already since 21 o'clock past (as if would be unknown that still GUESTS in this evening would arrive…) its wife made to us then nearly secretly still another Toastbrot (which was then listed at the end with 4 euro each on our calculation…) - the quality of the meal was very bad and only the cheapest of the cheapest one (with water stretched bag soups, Kartoffelpüree from the packing, at all usually finished products and nothing nationaltypical, dessert from the box…) - breakfast: Each individual day the same: Form ham, cheese spare product, apricot jam and butter/margarine from the package, dry cake from the packing. Water with something Instantkaffee. That `s it. Breakfast was not set from 9-10.30 o'clock, before it gave off briefly before ten already it to anything and no more. Generally already this showed very clearly that the guests are worth here literally nothing. At the time of the conclusion beverage calculation it charged itself naturally inadvertently and to its favor substantially.

Here the large minus of the hotel lies: The hotel manager/operator C. behaves opposite his guests more than impolitely, guests is loudly insulted and insulted. A few remarks during our stay: We were forced (if we wanted to have to eat something) in the rain (! ) the “Barbecue” - evening to spend, the Barbecue is more than poorly, the chairs, tablecloth, table-ware wet and with careful question whether it would give a screen, or a source of light (one also sees candles etc. thereby, what in such a way one eats) one wirsch is rejected. Tschüss, holiday mood! Communication runs on English, when using another language, if someone e.g. No English speaks, immediate “measure regulation”. In our case, was it like that the fact that we had found a dog puppy in the ditch (such a thing comes into Greece unfortunately more frequently forwards), and it not alone to leave there could. This was four days before our departure. We took the liberty to ask C. polite whether it gives a possibility this dog up to our departure to accommodate (we already imagined that we would probably find no Empathie with this humans and had already an alternative, but one can ask times). First us in one more it was communicated to than impolite intonation that “the government” of dogs is in hotels in principle forbidding, clearly. Afterwards it communicated us under deafening roar that it like us hate humans and we are to pack and disappear our things. Mind you, we smuggled no dog in the hotel or asked something similar, we only whether it could be helpful us in this situation and/or a possibility sees. The woman of C. is very nice and anxious, has however unfortunately nothing to announce. One can forget other service achievements from on the part of the hotel manager totally!

Pool was cleanly, lattices for water drain around the pool however already very old and therefore dangerous, since break-down danger/danger of injury existed. The hotel manager did not find time this supposed to exchange, because he was busy with it its guests to control and anzupöbeln and its wife spy on whether she schuftet also actually all day long for him…. - Maintenance program gave `s fortunately no more to the over-loud television, which ran incessantly.

Predominantly German holiday-makers (at least during our stay), situation of the hotel rather calmly, quite beautiful garden, beautiful pool plant, room are simply, appropriate and clean, meals are terrible, hotel operators: It friendly, it impolitely and impudently

The situation of the hotel is good, if one liked to spend its vacation rather off the mass party tourism. One reaches the beach in scarcely five minutes to foot to explore car/scooter in any case recommendable around the remainder of the island; km to foot after Kassiopi one does not put 3 with the style of driving of most Greeks better to foot at the road back…

The room was simply however sufficient. Seat furniture with a table would have been nice. Also a refrigerator for beverages would have charm.

In the description it stood that there would be there Greek house man food. Well, of it it was far. We ate a salad on the journey day and were good that. The Moussaka in the first evening likewise. Afterwards we were to have to eat simply gladly nothing. Of Al hors-d'oeuvre bag soup with plentifully water. Dessert - fruit from the box. Green stuff - dose vegetable - peas, carrots etc. the traditional court “chicken with potatoes from the furnace” emerged as chicken thigh with Kartoffelpüree (from the bag with much water). If that the Greek kitchen actual well then meal. The food plan is certain for the entire week and repeats themselves weekly. Who longer than one week booked - everything eats twice. The breakfast consisted two sorts jam and cake from the bag of not straight fresh weissbrot with a sort sausage, a sort cheese. That would okay be, but in the long term no stomach bears each day the same sausage, the same cheese and the same jam.

The staff consists of the owner (inactive) and its working wife. This was always very friendly however overtaxed due to the work expended usually. She spoke understandable English. The room was once cleaned. The owner K. “does not go unfortunately at all”. Customer orientation is it a foreign word. With him each guest has to be the feeling an interference factor. Of welcomes with K. - no trace. That can be fastened best by some examples: - on departure day a young became, however traveler woman already around 09:30 clock requested to vacate your room thereby it to be cleaned knows. Official the rooms are to be vacated only starting from 12:00 clock. The remaining leaving were then requested against 10:30 clock for the clearance of your rooms. - Guests in demand why it would probably be sufficient 3 cups coffee and more to drink, a cup. - A guest was packed on the arm and pulled to the reception. There K demanded. the guest on the house regulation to read. If it would not give it but an customer-oriented boss then would be genuinly good the hotel for the price category. (Well, the meal - however comes still. ) On departure day it was unfortunately not possible longer than being slept about 8:00 clock, since the free rooms were already loudly cleaned.

The pool was always clean, couches gave it sufficiently.

From the outside a very much responding hotel. The rooms are small and appropriately furnished. Each room has a balcony and at least a lateral sea view. The areas with direct sea view must unfortunately bear the nocturnal traffic. Overnight accomodation with breakfast or half-board is possible alternatively. Colloquial language is English.

Since the hotel is appropriate about for 3 km far away from the local output sign from Kassiopi, a rented car (scooter or the like) is recommendable. Therefore the situation of the house is to be called rather calmly. Directly underneath the hotel is an entrance to the sea without couch possibility (rock). To foot the beach of Kalamaki can be attained in about 5 minutes. Of Al starting point for island investigations the hotel is quite suitable.

Simply furnished, 70 years style, but sufficiently. The condition is very clean correct. Each day up to one the rooms are cleaned. To, showers and moves suitably, more wants one sleeps in the vacation also not on the room.

External terrace for breakfast/dinner, 1 television area, which is privately used. Breakfast too monotonously, one can arrange it more varied in any case. At night the owners are the longest visitors on the terrace with very loud maintenance about their own guests.

The staff is not friendly and one feels not as a guest of the house, but, one is rather a Störenfried, which comes into the house of the family and it troubled. If one has a desire or needs if an information must one only search, where someone is, then finally found, one has no more desire its desire to actually express, whereby that it is English very good from the staff. If one on the departure day a late return flight has (in the evening e.g. 20:00 clock), one must be around 12:00 clock from the rooms, can luggage before the door to turn off, in hope that it is still there if one comes from the last beach day again. Possibilities for shower give it at the pool, where then all and change one can watch on the public toilet. One feels this service achievement of the hotel rather as Rausschmiss, as a herzigen parting.

The pool is very pleasantly and cleanly, recommendable, not on therefore around the respected. Gone bankrupt sun screens, garbage behind the grill. No beverage and Snackangebot at the pool

A beautiful hotel, directly because of the slope been, 16 rooms are available, 2 have direct sea view, all other lateral. The rooms are simply furnished, clean but however. One can rent air conditioning system against fee, but at night an open balcony door is sufficient completely. The breakfast did not serve only to fulfill its basic need for survives, for more. Bread was times 2 days or also times 3, which dilutes juice with water, hardly out the fruit tasted day old one, 1 x cheese, 1 ham, 1x jam, coffee/dte. Who bring along its own things, like Nutella, honey or roll no more gladly seen guests are from the owner, but after 2 days one cannot see other things of the Frühstücksbuffet the no more.

The hotel is located directly at a quite strongly driven on highway in an indeterminable curve. The road is to be crossed separately for adults only with extreme caution! Thus not necessarily for children suitably. The beach is directly once over the road about 100m far away. Great water quality, completely clearly the water, meter far one knows in the sea inside laufen.3 nice taverns at the beach, snack and beverages can one at the beach get at any time. Always on the back money respect, one seem gladly times around a euro to count oneself, also in the city. Kassiopi is appropriate for 3 km far away, but to foot not to recommend, the way pulls itself and is winding, with stout sun a NO-Go. Strongly traveled road at those the cars/penalty with 80 km/h at one slams past. In the hotel information is laid out, where one can rent a scooter/quad, the service runs very well, the owner of the hotel calls on, one is fetched and can then with the rented scooter/quad equivalent loosely. Archiavi is about to 6 km far away, there gives it many business and also 2 supermarkets, those very good is (water 1,5l for 0,26 cent) because of the hotel the road left down and the next road which one left (ice-cream parlor at the right side) to drive off can is a great restaurant “Perithia”, there has we finally the Greek hospitableness felt, which we did not find in our hotel unfortunately. Without something to say one gets only once water free, after its great good meal a mountain ice cream free and for calculation a Limonenschnaps. (2 persons of 3 - courses menu for 19,00 euro) occasionally always in demand, whether everything is quite and whether one feels well, thus there must one genuinly.

The rooms were appropriate (for us really only for sleeping). The beds are very uncomfortable, since one sleeps actually only on boards, without rust. Air conditioning system did not have we. Each room has a small balcony with sea view, table and chairs.

The meal was correct. It repeats itself weekly. But I think, thus can live one. Most courts were nationaltypical. Cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant were absolute correct. The dinner cost 10, - €. The fact that one can expect no Langusten there is probably logical!

We can only say that the staff was very nicely, helpful and friendly. We got very good tips and pieces of advice from the Hotelier.

The hotel is small and very family. Each room has a balcony with sea view. The bath is in a tidy condition. The entire plant is tidy and maintained. The rooms were unfortunately not very often cleaned (1x per week). The breakfast was actually typically Greek. It contains jam, 1 sort sausage, 1 sort cheese and cake. We learned a great many nice people to know each age and different countries (Greek, Italian, Spaniard).

Very beautiful situation with a very beautiful environment. Calmly, ideally to easing.

Room only with the most necessary equipped, smaller however beautiful balcony, bath relatively small. Since we used the room exclusively for sleeping, it was however correct.

In the all route catalog the note was located “for children unsuitable”, from which we closed that it would be calm there. However the children the Hotelbesitzer ran and their friends (which a great many children were partial) constantly or were because of the pool. One also at night heard the Hotelbesitzer with the children often cry around. The Hotelier Kostas was very moody, it let which also feel us in or other time. Like already in some previous evaluations, one must say that one felt not necessarily welcome.

No sport and maintenance offers, but nevertheless a beautiful pool.

The hotel was very beautiful, calm situation, directly at the beach, beautiful pool and also the rooms was good. In puncto cleanliness it is to be said that the room cleaning took place daily, but not thoroughly and that the bedlinen and towels were only once changed. The breakfast was bad and each day directly (bread, two sorts jam, (! ) Sort sausage and cheese and cake from the bag, which was however the best with distance thereby). We had not booked the dinner, which it is however worth mentioning that one can order it in the catalog for 20€ per day and person, but one must pay 10€ with Nichtbestellung only, if one informed to the “Hotelier” that one wants to eat with!

Very beautiful and calm situation, about 100m footpath to the sand beach in the April AOS bay. The next cities are Kassiopi and Acharavi, which four and/or eight kilometers lie far away from the hotel. Since drive penalty only rarely, it recommends to rent itself, an auto+/Quad/scooter, which is also partly quite low-priced. One can book trips over allroute, but more beautifully and above all more cheaply the island is to be explored independently.

I cannot imagine the fact that there are really persons, who such, allegedly 3 -, again to visit would like star hotel. If one experiences a “Hoteldirektor ", who mediates to the guests, they are rather annoying accessories, cannot one not of a relaxed and relaxing vacation speak. During an allocation of 3 rooms (after that 2. Day of 2 rooms, because a family preferred it entitled-proved the hotel too abandoned) the rooms were only cleaned very sporadically. The breakfast was so badly that I cannot believe, this is nationaltypical. The dining hall possessed an predominantly private character, in which only the life of the landlord people took place. From family flair with oversize volume of the television, I felt nothing. It is actually amazing that there are still travel companies, which take such a house under contract. I hope that I can arrange an impression for future guests.

Rocky sea entrance in about 3 minutes and sand beach in about 15 minutes, next place with purchase possibilities in about 3.5 km, trip possibilities only with renting car
