The junior suites about 29 square meters, in the bathroom there is a sink, tub, shower, as well as strong praise also a bidet. Our junior suite was huge, the furniture new and tastefully, the mini bar was daily again supplemented, there was bottled water, the air conditioning we could on our wished temperature control. The bathroom was large with a separate area for toilet and bidet, a bathtub and a large walk-in shower. The existing coffee maker was completely calcified and didn't work, we immediately got a new.

There is a buffet for all meals, a pool restaurant for late risers and lunch, a japanese and an italian à la carte restaurant, as well as the grill at the beach. Unfortunately cuban tap water, that is chlorinated, carbonated, as water poured out. In the restaurant it was never too crowded and too hectic. The selection of dishes was outstanding, if one on the previous trip cuban food in state restaurant 'much' has.

The service in the restaurant, at the beach bar and lobby bar was very good and always friendly, here was tip appropriate. The cleaning of the rooms always perfect, twice daily the bed with towels decorated. With english you got along well. With tips we received instead of a suite on the ground floor a on the first floor. Complaints were taken only on the Neckermann-travel agency at the beschwerdemanager the management accepted.

At the beach we every morning the best couches, because the tips probably was good. Everywhere before the cabins there were showers. The entertainment we during the day not taken into account. In the evening started against 21 hours the evening show with a noise level like at a rock concert, we sat in the lobby bar and were able to leave our own word let alone that of the authority not understand. After a complaint was on 2 nights the noise level was a little reduced, we enjoyed the fabulous evening and the entertainment in the lobby bar. The hotel corresponded our expectations as we Iberostar guests already made. Our junior suite was huge, very nice furnished and clean, the bathroom very big. The all inclusive services were absolutely, there was no 'this is not included in the all-inclusive'. The guests came from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Russia, France. The hotel is directly at the beach, only separated by a garden, a beach boy cared for beach chairs and towels. There were two beach bars with service directly at the chair and a Hot Dog- and hamburgers grill. To the airport and to Varadero it is 15 kilometer far, the next bus stop in 1.5 kilometer on foot to reach, but a small bimmelbahn drives directly from the hotel every hour to the next shopping center-there but only touristenware and it has already gotten very old.

We booked a junior suite, with 38 square meters more than generous was divided. Coffee maker with coffee and tea bags including mini bar every day with beer / Cola Fanta/ water was filled up.
