Übelstes food, coffee, finished products from the freezer and cookies and fertigkuchen from the packing. Staff at the reception unfriendly, in case of a complaint rude. The hotel has a good location, the rooms and the food are OK. There are, at least our travel date in October, almost only German Retirees in the hotel. However for this price there is nothing to moan about! We will gladly come back. read more

It was a older house, but comfort brought us not to do. Our room was daily well cleaned and we got every day fresh towels, as well as several times a week fresh bedding. The breakfast buffet was reasonable and the dinner was delicious and varied. We had a food allergy before and in spite of that constraint, of the kitchen everything conceivable done, we tasted good. The complete staff give a 'very good plus'. The hotel was fully booked, too many German guests, any ages. read more

Very large hotel with a pool, indoor pool and large new wellness area. Cheaper price, with the drinks cheaper than other localities in that place. Unfortunately shortcomings the cleanliness and the condition of the room, the shower curtain in the lower area already mold and a befestigungshaken of the curtain peeled. A millimeterdicke layer of dust covered the tv, the plastic cup in the bathroom with the soap and the shampoopäckchen were totally dirty, the cover toilettenpapierhalterung no longer available. The room in general however clean, an excellent bettenmatratze -we both slept like the marmot and a great view from ... sea. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was actually reasonable, if you from the expresskaffee from the automat time it's expense. From the dinner was actually only the appetizer acceptable, main courses we have mostly left, even convenience products were not properly prepared (the fish had a rubbery konsisstens, the calf roast was tough and the kalbschnitzel geleeartig ) in the salads it was partly konservenware ( for example carrots, celery salad) offered. The fruit was against excellent. Because of the reasonable price, the general hotel facilities and great location you can this house, with drawbacks for the food, quite positive. read more

We can only be positive stock. The staff are very friendly and attentive, you can German and English communicate well. Highlights are the very good dinner and the quite new wellness area With 2 saunas. The towels were changed daily. To the pebble beach it is just a few meters, also to the shops in the town.     Room 44 in the outhouse had a great view. It was quite small and no table and chairs, just enough for the short stay. It was the small balcony terrace with furniture. The bathroom was modern and we shared a soap, as well as 2 shampoos for 4 days. So much to the existing bath amenities four star hotel. It was properly cleaned.

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. The wellness area is worth a visit. Very good excursions especially for hiking and climb (15 minutes to Arco). Clean beach in the immediate area (3 minutes on foot). Very delicious and of high quality food. Breakfast buffet with a lot of choice, as well as every morning fresh melons. Very well situated for evening walk by lime to make. read more

    There are two pools. The smaller with a depth of about 50 centimeter and the 'greater'. We had not before in one of the pools to go, which was due to lots of children would not have been possible.

    We are passing through one night in this hotel remained and were actually completely contented. The location could for a hotel not be better, shops are direct in the house and a short hike away. The public beach is in a few minutes reached, back so uphill a bit longer :-) The hafenzentrum is reachable in circa 10 minutes on foot, there, there are plenty of small shops, pub and bars.

It was a very pleasant ambience in the hotel and the staff are super friendly. The food was good, no gourmet quality but one became full. The location is very good and not at all a long way from the beach/ city center. Wi-Fi, wellness, drinks to eat costs extra. The coffee at the breakfast buffet tasted disgusting, we have tea :-)... However in general everything was perfectly in order and we liked it very much. read more

Actually, we had sun hotel splendid palace. Because with holiday check reviews good food was announced. We got in the Bellevue canteen, honestly we've never had such bad in a hotel eaten as there. We asked ourselves, if the chef spices knows. Everything was tasteless. If you on the terrace sits is no waiters to beverages to ask. So we went and order. Worked unfortunately also not always (at least older woman served. The brought sewage despite order nothing at all. Otherwise, the rest of the staff very pleasant. Pool we didn't use, because we do not directly before a ... iced coffee wanted to. However to the beach it really is a stone's throw away and it is really very nice. read more
