The reception in the hotel was very friendly and you at the front desk every request immediately taken care of. Our room (ground floor with a small terrace - really very nice) was spacious and was cleaned daily cleaned really well. We booked half board and you can of the kitchen, as well as the waiters only big praise pronounce. The food was great and very varied. The waiters were always friendly and very attentive. There were guests of many different nationalities represented, german, swiss, Poland, russians and english. read more

    The hotel has a restaurant, a pool bar and a hotel bar. The food in the restaurant was very tasty and varied. There was lots of greek dishes, such as Gyros, souvlaki, delicious vegetables, etc. The waiters were always very friendly and quick. The restaurant was clean and very welcoming. The food at the pool bar we didn't try it out, but what we saw, it was big portions and well presented. The prices for the beverages in the restaurant, at the pool bar, as well as in the hotel bar were ok, sometimes even a bit cheaper than at home.

    The staff are very friendly and hard-working, that the guests feel at home. Each problem was immediately taken and fixed. It was mainly spoke english, except for a lady at the front desk the german can. The rooms were as already mentioned very well cleaned, it was always clean and it was nothing to fault.

    The pool- and beach area was always clean. The water was in this area crystal clear, ideal for snorkelling. It were by the pool and also at the beach always enough chairs, and umbrellas for the guests available. We never had a problem a good space by the pool to find.

    The hotel's location is ideal. To the beach one arrives over stairs of the pool ago. We always the loungers by the pool taken, these were free and you had just a few meters into the sea to go. The pool area is very clean, there was also the staff is friendly and helpful. Various shopping possibilities could be reached on foot, after a few meters you already reached the first supermarket. We then a car rented and the island explored on foot. Luckily was the island very small, because we because of the bad road signs are several times. But we have therefore also some charming towns and found beaches, you would scarcely find. You also have to say, that we from the staff really wonderful greek excursions got.

The rooms and also the bathroom were big enough and in a really good condition. The cleanliness in the entire hotel was very good. We had breakfast and dinner booked. In the hotel were very lots of russians and east europeans. It was in principle everywhere only English spoken, which in an international hotel this category is normal. Unfortunately goes in our opinion the greek flaer completely lost. read more

    The hotel has a weird architectural style. The rooms on the ground floor are big and spacious, also the bathroom. Everything super new. Unfortunately only a small window, therefore very dark. We moved to a different room asked. On the first floor with a balcony. The room was clearly smaller but we didn't mind that. A large balcony door much light the room left, which we clearly pleasant was. Privacy you somehow no in this hotel. Everyone looks at its opposite in the window what C 6 meters away. When we were there people the tv very noisy had respectively until early outside sat and talked. The can not be missed. From the neighbors we heard nothing but the opposite rooms uS unfortunately nothing escaped. That is probably because of the construction type of the hotel. Wi-fi you have at the pool bar free of charge.

    The dining room was air-conditioned and in our opinion was often too cold. To eat was always music, especially in the morning we felt this as unpleasantly loud. The waiters covered the tables reprinted for every guest and we had to never wait long. Unfortunately the outdoor terrace we didn't use it. The food was after our experiences no 4.5 stars. The quality varied very. Often we were also very bad refilled. The food was often cold. The inscription of the meals was incomplete. In the second week was then suddenly a car to the telleranwärmen since. Sure will be good quality hard and manager was evenings in the dining room and has often with dinner. Nevertheless we were by the food disappointed. For example there were hardly any vegetables and also fruit was always little about.

    I can't say the staff was unfriendly. They were often very overburdened. There were many workers. English everywhere spoken, with German there problem. At the front desk was a Östreicherin, the spoke German, of course. Complaints were immediately dealt with. Everyday the rooms were super clean.

    Animation there were in this hotel no. Of the pool through a stone staircase the beach reach. The pool had a small children's pool and was also regularly cleaned. Chairs and umbrellas by the pool stood extremely narrow and were free of charge. These were right weekly manned. I have not at all want to lie. The music was always the same and the cd has always at the same place and was then again and again from the front is played. To the pool bar I can't say a lot, but there was a ;-) chairs on the beach booked with umbrella 6€ cost. We came times after: o'clock at the beach the man of the total daily rate from 6 Euro. I thought that was rude. In the pool area showers available and at the beach there is a possibility the feet washed.

    Hotel lies directly at the beach. But you should know that there are a lot of loungers returns. Everywhere is music, for those seeking tranquillity not suitable. Purchase -and entertainment possibilities in laganas tons of. It drives a regular bus, which you can use. The times have been complied with.

The hotel complex, the pool with loungers and umbrella is very small. The umbrella can't be adjusted. The pool was never cleaned. The flowers in the garden area will not be poured and are dry. We had to the room change and could in a superior room is, these was renovated and reasonable. The rest of the rooms are rather small and old. The staff are unfriendly and speaks only English. The essaal is located in the 2nd floor and it's not very comfortable old and in need of renovation. The food is half from various salads and some hot ... food. The dessert area is very simple. Melons and two types of pastry. The selection of further fruit is large. They give no effort more in this hotel, rather something for young which the nightlife to enjoy. Lagans is a second Rimini. The beach and the water are very clean, but initially August not recommendable, there lots of people beach holidays make. In short: three star hotel yes, never 5 stars! read more

All in all we were very satisfied with the hotel. Our room had a pleasant size and also the bathroom was nice. The beach was only a couple of minutes from our room away - the pool we have therefore never used. The chairs at the beach are subject to a charge, but just a few meters away from the various taverns there are Gratisliegen, which we but unfortunately only on the 3. day noticed. The restaurant in the hotel we have only 2 opportunities given. There were only very few dishes to choose from and the were not good. ... For vegetarians there was except salad actually nothing at all. But since in the area lots of taverns are, you could well be dodging and outward eat out. Basically the hotel is very recommendable however we think, that breakfast by far is adequate and certainly no half board should book. read more

Nice, clean hotel, but no 5 stars -complex. The staff are very accommodating and helpful. Large praise and thank you very much at all! Special praise and recognition of merit the cleaning ladies, -day heavy bed sheets and towels by hand and on foot to the top floor drag ( there is, the main building except, neither persons- still work -lifts). The protection, particularly the charwomen, definitely earned no 5 *! Very embarrassing for the target stars! You can own balcony only in the evening enjoy; no protection from the sun at most rooms! Shade is a problem in this ... hotel. During the day is only the pool-tavern ( very small for the size of the area) and asks maximum a few tables with partial shade. The main bar, in the main building, is only in the evening open and rather late recommendable, because before is too hot ( the bar -terrace is the whole day in the sun unprotected). The dining room ( for breakfast and dinner) has no tables in the open! And the in Greece and 5 *!? In the main dining time there sometimes diaphoretic temperatures, despite air conditioning. The air conditioning in the common areas is generally very dossiert businesses. The food ( breakfast and dinner -buffet) would be in a 2 star or three stars complex straight acceptable. Presentation, variety and also taste are from the 5 * far away. You can simply say: you can always something edible find! Dinner we usually eat out much. The hotel's own beach part is only makeshift (almost no) maintained (, although here hotel's own, toll sun screens and loungers are! 6 €for a umbrella with 2 loungers/ p. Tag ). All together the 5 stars only the staff and the beach area. Unfortunately, because the potential would be basically since! Who 5 stars expectations everything is, will get angry. Better not to book! If you have much less content, and the price it doesn't bother you could. Book! read more

Amazing hotel, great clean crystal clear sea. Laganas is full of young English almost the whole day drunk are. Everything is on the English aligned The restaurants are nothing for sophisticated claims (rather fast food) and have in common anything with The Greek kitchen to do. In the bars work too many English. Zakynthos city dagenen is great, excellent food and great cafes and bars. In short: Laganans only, because the sea so good apart from that not recommendable. read more

Very beautiful hotel, great large gently sloping sandy beach, crystal clear water. Large disadvantage: directly on the hotel beach adjoining Havana bar where the whole day loud boom boom music runs. After a complaint the noise was a bit withdrawn, so that should you like. Wi-Fi only for a fee, what we also found a bit dated for a 4 * and hotel found. read more

Booked as a package with its travel. Great Price/Performance Ratio. Friendly and helpful staff. Travellers often receive ground floor room with seat., so depending on the window closed at night can/should. Right in front of the bathing beach. Plenty of beach chairs, little 'free sand'. The only negative point is the evening buffet. Central European (pasta) and locals/Greek dishes were practically inedible (I am not picky and I new set of dishes). It pleased us twice, otherwise always in one of the numerous restaurants on the beach. Recommendation: buffet linkt and in the ' cool peppers 'the palate and be ... pampered! read more

Quiet, clean and nice hotel! Very busy town-party (bars, discos, shops), many singles- reisegrupön the party are. Hinterland, island very charming! Desk definitely recommendable- after olympia or the famous stranded shipwreck in bay with türkisblauen sea! (point 8., there early, because otherwise very many tourist boats and baden no pleasure with thousands in bay). Hotel was good, good food, just a pity that you the top location not the possibility had, to eat outside. No animation was ok, but at night it was very quiet (no bar on by the pool, no music, pianist, and singer. It remains a complete ... peace on beautiful balcony or absolute party feeling in the place with many english and russians in the place the tidy party. Room was very clean, large and modern (even flat screen tv as small luxury). Balcony beautifully large. We were glad, room above (two floors in two long buildings -all rooms with a partial ocean view!), below all guests otherwise on the door and window. It was a great vacation overall and the hotel the best far and wide! read more

The hotel is located in a quiet location directly on the beach of laganas. The hotel area was very clean and well arranged. The evening buffet was very varied but there are many of the food not so good. But you can always find something if you don't care picky. The breakfast buffet is very good. The rooms are big enough and were always very clean. The only negative point was our opinion, that the pool closed at 6:00 P.M. was. Otherwise the hotel was in this hotel super. read more

We felt very good in this hotel. We booked four stars hotel in accordance with the travel agency and the hotel deserves four stars. Beautiful room with new decor. Cleaned daily and thoroughly cleaned. The whole area was very clean and well maintained. Food tasted very good to us. For families with small children, the tables were reserved, chair provided on request. Beach was Fantastically beautiful and ideal for babies and toddlers. Laganas you don't have to see. The Nightlife is rather suitable for young people. But for us it was important the quality of the hotel and kid-friendly beach. ... We would recommend this hotel especially families or older couples. read more

The hotel is well situated. Laganas as a place is not a must, it was rather quiet in the fall, it has only a few tourists. The food was always the same thing. Recommendation: Greek tavernas. Highly recommended a tour of the island is to hire a car. read more

When we arrived and our room changed, we were absolutely not happy, then for a extra charge a room very far away in the pool the front of the hotel with slanted sea view! A great shame we found, that one can eat inside and this at the end of the hotel, so far and wide no beach to see. Location is brilliant, directly at the beach and very nearby the bars and restaurant. Recommendable despite half board also times outside food to go. In September we were, had therefore not so lots of people as the July/August! Ideal for ... the turtles to see. read more

The hotel exceeded all our expectations. We were surprised that the waiters sometimes even very good German. The staff was very courteous and helpful and there was even a chair in the dining room and adjusted the napkin placed ready. The whole place was in top condition and absolutely clean. You never had to with deck chairs and an umbrella for hotels, no matter what time you're Havel ( also in the afternoon this was not a problem). If we go back to Zakynthos to get back to this hotel! read more

The hotel is located on great location, to the sandy beach with absolutely clean sea is only just go down the stairs and to party you would walk around five minutes along the ocean and already the party road in front of you. In the hotel itself is unusual for at the front nothing. So something for everyone. The only negative for us was the food, as the hotel we could only with half board, we wanted to go on a buffet Well worth checking out - once and then never again. Undefined food, carelessly displayed,n't perfect for us. ... But it enough restaurants or snack bars in the area where we great self catering. read more

One of the better hotels for Laganas safe but absolutely not a 5 star hotel! The guests are mostly from Eastern Europe. The location is very central and still good. The benefit from this hotel. The hospitality and helpfulness of the staff is bad. Despite knowledge of the following Benzinstreik has the receptionist didn't bother us though. We took the morning about a Autoroute her informed. disinterest, ignorance and almost Glee instead of information! The food was a catastrophe, always the same and everything very unhealthy and greasy. So better eat out! read more

The hotel is for Greek. standards very well maintained. Unfortunately there is room with a parking lot view. The drinks in the restaurant were a bit too high. The area was in a very good condition. The sea and the pool is ideal for children. Unfortunately, the English as we were to Mallorca the island from the "the Greek bent backwards not and remains true to its style FAITHFUL" thrown off. The strange Catcher the other restaurant along the beach. All in all the holiday for a week is very pleasant. The guy. But you are looking for authentic Greek ... taverna. Otherwise recommended. read more
