It was a thoroughly successful holiday. The hotel room huge and very well equipped. The staff were always friendly and tried hard to help us with any request to fulfill. Clearly, at this hotel the financial crisis is not completely rolled by. Small faults be not always immediately. But it didn't bother us... Spanish are here in the interior clearly of advantage. read more

    The room was ultra-decorated. Large Fachbild-TV, bathroom gorgeous and absolutely perfect to relax. Everything very modern and color coordinated. As far as I could see, almost all rooms terrace. This is very large compared to other hotels. Cleanliness: top.

The hotel area as well as the rooms and lobby were nice and absolutely met a 4 if not even 5 star standard! Friendly welcome at the reception but the front desk staff spoke only Spanish and English. Which I wasn't surprised rather Brittle, it was the fact that you had to leave their credit card for possible use the Minibar.Weil we hadn't known and only cash we had to pay 50 euros!!!! The rooms were always clean! So now the Essen.was an absolute imposition was!!!!! If I reading such a review, I think I always at my ...,that some holiday makers just expect way too much and are picky, but I have some more well travelled from which they claim that food was 2/6 here but this time I can only recommend NO book half board! The breakfast is ok but dinner is an impertinence. There maybe 3 choices, the same thing every night,dh chips, peas, carrots etc. so you can really save the money. Take the bus to town, nice evening cheap ne delicious tortilla or paella!!!!!!!! At the hotel I had the feeling of being completely to be alone except for a few Spanish families and a weekly influx of Japanese, the the inedible buffet Plunged. I have personally drove to Granada to see the town and some friends to visit, which is why I was only mornings at the hotelthen I would have my afternoon must,I would control! SO: we would be pleased to to stay but do not book half board! read more

    As I already mentioned above, explained the food was simple an impertinence. No choice,dh chips and .. carrots? Breakfast was ok, but it was the coffee maker every day and the cocoa tasted only added to water.

    The staff was ok. Of course, there is always a waiter can smell the it didn't really, but on the whole are all very nice. After the 1st week I was suddenly very sick and could hardly had high fever bewegen.Ich out of bed and pain. When my mom then at the front desk for a pharmacy, you ask your said nearby a. The it on our way and ended up to 1 hour walk stop a taxi and after a pharmacy, the as for all known are only open at 5 am. They know so good in all pharmacies are closed. The only thing I was told my mother was that I had to go downstairs at the reception please call me ... you want to tell you ... so I was really shocked. which it was basically absolutely no matter!

    Right around the corner there were 2 buses to center, all of which every half hour. The ticket is 1.20 euros, so there is absolutely akzeptabeund in 12 minutes you are at the Zentruml! In addition there was next to the bus stop is a supermarket (Mercadona) for only 0.20 cents ne where you can buy small bottle!!!! At the hotel you can book tickets for excursions for example to the Alhambra! In town, the is a dream, of course you could selection was large party and all occupations take care!

The hotel offers nothing! Staff was unfriendly (except reception). There are mostly just 1 waiters or waitress. Atmosphere as a nursing home, there is hardly any people at this hotel. For this reason works hotel almost exclusively with tours. The Japanese storms every evening the buffet, as it was only 30 minutes for food have planned (no joke!). Food is catastrophic! We have 6 times exactly the same food (i.e. aufgewärmter fish and chips, cold pasta etc. ) are lovely! Prefer you stay at home! read more

    In the catalog they advertised pool and spa, which does not exist. There is a pool, though not use beginning june. Reason: it is too cold (in 35 degrees!!). If you just may require beach chairs, which does not exist, you'd be told that the pool is cleaned today. Which in fact does not happen.

The picture (travel agent), watch hotel very inviting. Upon arrival you wonder it feels like not occupied. Front desk staff very hard. Facilities the rooms was good, but that is about all. The hotel is still not finished, an unclean swimming pool is very nice and you don't use or don't let you. With flimsy excuses will put you every day! But the food is an impertinence!!!!!! read more

    Apart from the reception very bad, unfriendly staff. Waiters spoke German, acted as though he did not understand German! During the meals container in the dining room. Every evening food which was unreasonable (cold pasta, overcooked, cold fish, indefinable dishes. Desserts from a tin ( fruit!), muffins from the supermarket etc. Japanese storms spot the buffet. Breakfast (cheap cheese and sausage, old bread, toast and leftovers from the evening before)

A very nice hotel, very new, unique lobby in the oriental style. You definitely need a car, as the hotel is a little out of the way, as well as restaurants there really is not but amenities, beauty or the nice staff makes it more than made up for it. The hotel is located in a quiet area, supermarket is located in the immediate vicinity. Nice view from room. Beautiful bathroom, which was great for city tours. in about 10 -15 minutes you are in Granada and you can get easily back loved coming back, I can only recommend it. read more

The hotel itself is in great shape. We stayed for our 8 day holiday 520 € per person including rental cars, flight and breakfast. The price, the hotel by far exceeded. The only thing missing the cellar is unfinished, apparently time in the spa. This we decided we wanted anywayn't able to take advantage of, so it didn't bother us.     The rooms are huge and beautiful. There's a minibar, a TV, a hair dryer - really everything that you need. Our "room" consists of two rooms with extra bathroom. Space is plenty available. Everything is clean. The bathroom had a bath and shower.

    We booked breakfast. Every day there were fried eggs, bacon and an extra warm dish, continue to fruit, different bread rolls and white bread. Oranges and multivitamin juice were really and no Chemiegemisch. On our last day we tried the restaurant in the hotel. This is very expensive and only served very small portions. Just like you would expect in a 5 star hotel.

    The service in the hotel was also very satisfactory. At arrival we got at the front desk with, as a guest complained because it was assigned a room, which was already booked. He got a new rooms without hesitation and without surcharge the junior suite - according to receptionist the best rooms of the hotel.

    The pools are very nice. There is a large pool and a small shallow children's pool. The pool area opens at 11 hours and includes 20 hours.Otherwise really nice and mostly also very quiet.

    The hotel is located a 10 minute drive from Granada's city center. A rental car is recommended urgently, so you're likely otherwise only difficult until he wanted. Within a 5 minute walk you a grocery store by walking. Right next to the hotel there is a restaurant, which we thought wasn't recommended however. Hotel or similar are not in the close proximity to the hotel. To the motorway it is about ten minutes to get to the Alhambra about 15 minutes.

The hotel was only 8 months old, but sometimes still felt like under construction. The advertised Spa was completely closed as not completed. Regular failure the elevators. The furniture was the lack of terraces. ( Perhaps next year according to management ) lack of sprays into bathroom missing toilet brushes, etc., etc., etc. With half board is a set dinner. There was no further choice. Service in the foyer and bar area only after considerable personal commitment. ( One waiter was mostly very difficult to find ) by the waiter appeard beer was several hours not wiped off.     The rooms were for a 4 star hotel ok. (P. Pictures) Nice amenities, plenty of space, good beds (still new) cleaner, quieter mini-fridge. Complimentary safe use and dial-up Internet access. Powerful air conditioning (a bit noisy). Separate shower in the bathroom. Apart from the Verarbeitungsmängeln there was a little reason for complaints: Unfortunately no trash can in room. The bathroom only had a sink, was a bit unterbeleuchtet and from the mounted speakers was a sound. Bathrobes (or toilet brush) there was not. The ventilation of the bathroom was poor. Only 4 German programs in the TV (unfortunately only MTV, De Luxe music, DSF & Nick) The balconies without chairs Our suggestion would be to take a room on the upper 2 floors at the rear of the hotel, giving as you have a better view and an extended sun.

    We had only booked breakfast. The only downside was the Holiday Check at least give it a sun. We would have liked to give no. If at all deserve the friendly waiters (better said, Abr��umungspersonal) this one star every day (we have 2 ,- € put on the table). A buffet breakfast with such a small selection of food and in such a bad quality we have only seldom (never seen): What does local? From the moment we arrived until the end of the buffets there was: coffee machine (very slow and two time out of order), bread rolls, white bread, small croissant, 3 kinds of salami, ham, cheese, butter, jam, honey, 2 kinds of cereal, watermelon, honeydew melon, kiwi, yoghurt-cups!, 3 x NECTAR, scrambled eggs (from egg powder), small sausages, lardoons; from and to puddings too. That's all ... REALLY !!! The main restaurant is connected with the small lounge. As all newly built, the rooms are really clean. The rates are for a 4 star hotel in renovation acceptable: in the lounge area were espresso coffee for 2 ,- € comparatively cheap. Minibar prices were also ok: 0.2 ltr. Water = 1.50 . Coke=1.60 . 0.25 liters. Beer = 2 ,-. Room-service was very expensive: a simple sandwich only with cheese = 5,80. The same sandwich with cheese ham & eggs were for 10 , - €

    Generally was that if everyone was very friendly and made an effort. New hotel with motivated staff. (HURT it not that we all right at the beginning a 5 ,- € bill in the hand printed (with). Apart from the front desk the communication was pretty difficult for those who do not Spanish. We booked our room after the first night wanted to change (see above) repairs which also worked very smooth and fast. In the new room we had a problem with the telephone system which then also, the relevant-man, immediately investigated. Unfortunately but without success. The room was cleaned every day. (Tip: before breakfast -course "I am sleeping" sign on the door, advertising its rates on billboards outside your room to make your after breakfast shall not with the maid. After the change / pack for the day, you can "make my room" advertising its rates on billboards outside. Also here: two 1 -euro coins on the pillow top is extremely motivating from) otherwise we cannot have services such as cleaning or doctor use it.

    These suns were only for the pool which was clean, but unfortunately on the wrong side of the hotel was built.     We had a rental car, so we were mostly on the way. The Granada airport is not an international airport, which is why the way from Malaga to Granada with about 145 km very far. The hotel was located in a small suburb of Granada (monachil - about 3 -5km from Granada and AL HAMBRA away). The signs to the hotel was poor, also the directions we got from the tour operator. Thanks to navi system (must be current) we but easy to find. The hotel's own garage was with 10 ,- € / day is relatively expensive anyway and since we had a full insurance completed without SB for the rental car the car, we always be parked in front of the hotel (late at night are a bit of a walk). 200 meters. behind the hotel there was a small shopping center with supermarket, hairdresser, gifts shop and a café-restaurant.
