Hotel Alpha Nürnberg^{(2.5 stars)}

Nice hotel on the outskirts of the town. The airport and the center by the subway easy to reach. The station is only 250 meters away. The hotel lies at a quiet lateral road. Next door is an economy with restaurant. The rooms are okay, they work so, as if something had be cleaner could. Is however probably rather because of the fact, that you a bit worn. For a short break absolutely acceptable, for but not longer. The hotel has for travelers, a good 'park, sleep to fly' offer. Very recommendable. The staff were friendly and capable. Altogether for ... a short break recommendable. read more

130€ for this hotel is absolutely too much, even if once again fairs in nue was. Peaceful location, except for the nearby airport. The cheapest was still the breakfast for 5 €, the however also nothing more was worth... read more

If you a couple of days in Nuremberg to spend and a nice hotel searches, one is here just perfect. It lies somewhat outside, is very reachable by car. There are also parking spaces ring around the hotel. read more

A week on a business trip, can't understand. Safe for a night the hotel. But it is right in the middle of brick. This means: aircraft noise (a night) and one in my eyes not so lovely area with few possibilities for shopping but easy access to the train (U2). Seemed a little dreary, especially for Bavaria. The decor is shabby, unfortunately, the bathroom without any comfort and small. Really clean it is not. You get for example, tattered, old towels (I would not hang!). The walls between the rooms are extremely noisy, you can hear, if someone next door ... is off to bed. All in all, I did not feel really well and am just glad, when I check out. Briefly to say a few words about the small breakfast area: for five euro is in order, is however also rather average but that was still the best thing about this hotel. The price of the hotel I didn't think was justified, have anything around 80 euro for the night paid. read more

By incompetent staff from TUI we were beached 11 October 2011 airport of Nuremberg. Due to the cost of medicine were fair chance of a room in Nuremberg very low and we feared a night at the airport! But the staff of the hotel alpha rescuing us, they pushed the two beds of the last double room and sofa bed a roll. The room was clean and tidy. By the situation on the ground floor we heard the visitors the medical fair, which absolutely satisfactory returns at night, but who cares when you 30 o'clock was awake ☺. The breakfast ... buffet was great! There was everything you needed! The Hotel Alpha is located in the North of Nuremberg - close to at the airport. Depending on the wind direction (and location the room can both landing, as well as the departing planes to be observed. While having the windows open but you have not even live on window is possible, the flight to follow - it is however not a shortcoming, because is so loud's Nu not; you can hear the but nevertheless. I have stayed several times during my business trips in the hotel Alpha. With the metro the hotel is in a fünfminütigen walk to reach. The airport is nearby. The other reviews mentioned, nightly noise, I noticed in any visit. It is true, however, that the rooms walls are relatively thin, for example, and you can hear the neighbors with loud TVs. The rooms, whether single or double room, were always clean and big enough. The same goes for the bathroom. The breakfast was very good quality attractive, but could varied his. Weekend stay as a couple. Nice, quiet, clean Hotel. Good transport links (Metro close by) we had one of the larger rooms: number 112, twelve sqm. There is another smaller. The room was extremely noisy. Therefore, there were a small flaw in the evaluation. Staff was courteous, free Wi-Fi Internet access and telephone, complimentary bottled water-very at the entrance welcoming. Good breakfast and very good value for money. We'll be back. In the proximity of restaurants and some shops. Despite the very quiet location excellent transport links. Perhaps five minutes walk to the nearest underground station. For a longer stay ..., I personally think the rooms too small, but for a city break this hotel is ideal. read more

We stayed a night in the hotel, flew on the next day in the vacation. We had a great big family room at an unbeatable price. Furthermore, we could leave the car during the same vacation immediate at the hotel. The hotel is a metro station from the airport, so perfect.
