This was my 3rd time in this hotel and its absolutely stunning never felt so safe and relaxed in a hotel. This place really does deserve its 5* rating. But what really made my stay this time was the excellent staff and animation team ! Thanks to Carla, Fares, Kamba, Momo, Reco, Tessa, Valentina, Eko & Mamu. this time of year the hotel is very quiet but these guys were all there ready to liven up the day. They really do their best to get everyone involved and make your stay the best it could possibly be. They work day ... and night putting on events for all guests to join in on, evening entertainment was brilliant ! These guys will not be forgotten and i hope to see some familiar faces when i return. And i cant forget Tito and Mohammed at the infinity pool/beach every morning we would get up Tito would have already picked us the perfect spot in the sun and put our towels down for us ! mohammed would come straight over with our usual drinks order right on time. its the little details which really make this place brilliant I have never been to a hotel with this level of service and friendliness and thats why I will continue to return here. Food - there is a good choice of food every night in the market restaurant however on this occasion i did notice that the food could have been hotter there is also the beach grill which was by far my favourite for during the day. and 2 restaurants (sea food and italian) which you can visit twice during your stay. Rooms - the rooms are lovely this time we stayed in a luxury room in cluster 6 perfect location by the infinity pool and right by the beach, everything you need is in the room including bottled water which was replaced every day. rooms are massive, and our balcony looked right out on to the pool and sea ! beautiful ! overall i love this place ! read hotel review

Really liked the Hotel and staff was very good and professional. (especially the animation team) food in the restaurant restaurant was average but the two specialty restaurants where better. Overall, very good value for money. read hotel review

Great hotel, particularly praise is the friendliness of the entire staff. We were very happy and find the hotel was even better than the baron, since the entire area New and modern. On the terrace the restaurants were always plenty of outdoor tables available. Chairs At the beach and at the pool gave it in sufficient quantity. For egyptian standards is the food in the restaurant very good, the service was great. Due to some of the reviews on this portal we were before our arrival the hotel concerned, which us would probably expect. The reports of our predecessors not ... understand. From the day we arrived until the departure we felt very well cared for and never had a reason for complaints. read hotel review

We got with arrival a bad gelüfttestes and dirty room. After complaint and a extra charge of 30 Euro per day we got a more beautiful room. Apparently that is so usual. The rooms are german three stars stamdard. The hotel -outdoor complex is very nice and well cared for. The prices on the hotel: too expensive! The food is miserable! Recommendation is really a bus to take (drive at the hotel past and cost 0,30 Euro per person after naqb bay and are a wonderful experience). Absolutely the old naqb bay visit. There is in the evening great ... events. At all not only on the hotel remain, but the area explore. It is safe and makes fun. The egyptians are very friendly and willing to help. Lastly i a food poisoning in the hotel caught and smashing in the doctor again 350 Euro for 1 hour treatment and i was not the only! Unfortunately! The hotel isn't recommendable! We had the half board and, specifically, on the all-inclusive offer declined, because of the quality the ' diluted drinks' or local alternative beverages. We always Cola/ Sprite/ fante, and water in bottles or cans will receive. The taste is just better. Unfortunately we also had the 'curse of the pharao' and had repeatedly problems after eating. The food at the buffet was also most lukewarm and quality poor. Otherwise is the hotel and the staff great! The beach is great and beautiful for snorkelling and chill out. The pools we rarely used, but it has believes 3 large pools ..., which all mostly good. read hotel review

When we at 20:30 hours, after a tiring day the hotel entrance and a wonderful palmenrondell to the front desk pulled up, we were still convinced, the right hotel to have chosen. We entered the little cool, with a poor acoustics effective hall and a front desk employee for. He welcomed us scarcely, would briefly the room show, so we just for going out to eat can, because the restaurant closes at 9:00 o'clock. We took our luggage(2 suitcase and 2 bags) itself (! ) And followed him across the hall, with a swing door and were also ... already there. 20 meters in front of the balcony was the regular evening animation already at full volume in the way and the hall was we heard a solo entertainer on his guitar. We went to the front desk and asked for a quiet rooms, maybe a little bit bigger, we would 2 weeks for relaxing here. Know we also wanted, whether our booked room type is? A tight 'yes ' (german that is unacceptable),a different room we could only for a extra charge of 30 Dollar per day from next are available. We throwing up in the morning the problem the travel guide and without an extra charge it was now possible to 15:00 in a room with a pool- and view of the sea in really quiet location to move. Whilst checking out at 4.30 in the morning worked out wonderful. After a short call came immediately employee with a club car and drove us with luggage to the already vorgefahrem car. Breakfast we moved in spite of the beautiful sunshine inside before, since we didn't on the by birds dirty chairs sit wanted. A repeated daily cleaning should here take place, because this terrace is also afternoons and evenings used. In a 5 star luxury resort should be standard, the drain the handwaschbeckens with a syphon is installed and not as a normal plastic hose, through which unpleasant smells in the room. The outside area was very nicely arranged and well maintained. Stentorian music the two neighboring hotels we did not like and was very disturbing! At least the siesta complied with. All of the staff are the russian language and preferred in our opinion this guests visibly. Much pleasant it was in our 2. week of vacation, as a majority of the russians left. read hotel review

The hotel is modern and has a great atmosphere, everything was very spacious. The check and all inclusive use is unfortunately first from 14 o'clock, us we (against an extra charge circa 200 Euro) a different room offered. Tip: let 2 room show before heading for one decide. We had finally a dream room with a pool-and view of the sea without an extra charge, wait is worthwhile. The staff speaks no german, but with english it worked well! The guests are too many russians, some italians - everybody was very pleasant, only problem- our daughter could only with hands ... and feet with the other children communicate. Mini - disco 20:30 clock and animation is very noisy, the children sentence! There are 3 beautiful pool areas. A quiet pool off the beaten track, with a animation and a silent pleasant music and direct view of the sea and babies-fantastic. The sea is only over the jetty. From there, good swimmer directly at the riffkannte snorkeling and fantastic fish. The shallow waters could only bathing shoes entering (costs before place for child circa 3 Euro for adults 10,-). The beach all the elements of lifeguards monitored. The hotel has of all in the area the most beautiful beach section. The loungers are not as at the other hotels closely, but always only 2 loungers under an umbrella and lots of space. In addition one has a great view and wind screen. There was always vacant chairs by the pool or at the beach, where you wanted! In the hotel you will often from the hairdresser and massagers were addressed. I am a massage convinced and these can be definitely not recommend. I was in a hut close to the beach, in an area with 5 massage, together with a russian tourist half naked without blinds. With the taxi we were in Naama Bay and sharm old market for shopping, everything you could buy there we have in nabq get. In nabq drives evenings a small small railroad ( 3 Euro). A tour lasts 1 hour, no stops, glückssasche, whether you doing! In direct surroundings of the hotel there were only a few shops, the good shopping options are a bit too far for you on foot and with small child to reach, with the taxi however not a problem. Great hotel, very friendly and attentive staff, it is at the front desk or service. Very nice and calm location close to the beach. Also the rooms are very nice and clean. The staff in the food area should in any case for this hotel detailed training, because that is a large downside, you are inattentive and not very friendly. The other staff are very friendly and willing to help, especially at the panorama pool, there was a, if possible, every wish was fulfilled. Good four star hotel but no 5 stars hygiene room great but in the restaurant Flop also the service without tip rather 3 stars with tips 5 stars (should be the other way around) even staff at for example of the pool bar very rude. However room staff or pool staff very accommodating even without tip. read hotel review

Generous laid out architecture, very spacious and absolutely clean. Foreign and interior fittings very well maintained. With our all inclusive-booking all drinks free, up to a exception: my daily exclusive single malt whisky. Food very good, it could have been a topic -restaurant more (two are available, but great) the serving staff was very attentive and friendly. The hotel guests came primarily from the Russian countries (40%), from Italy (40% ), as well as from rest of europe. Also arabic tourist were present. There were no negative remarkablenesses in the behavior the other tourist, as I otherwise (Z B. Turkey) ... experienced.     There were a main restaurant with plenty of equipped buffet, as well as two themenrestaurnats and a beach bar available. The basic style was european, the dishes ' there were very well prepared and in sufficient quantity. Was a resource used, has the waiters most auto refilled, in individual cases also on request.

    Very friendly and very attentive! The communication was mainly in English, a couple also German was possible. The room service was friendly, extremely attentive. I would like to add, that I at the beginning of the vacation with the service a kennenlerngepräch, where our wishes and a tip gave (circa 1 euros per day stay) everything was always cleaned perfectly and tidy and with much love for the detail decorated.

The hotel guests came primarily from the Russian countries (40%), from Italy (40% ), as well as from rest of europe. Also arabic tourist were present. There were no negative remarkablenesses in the behavior the other tourist, as I otherwise (Z,. B. Turkey) experienced. The activities were mainly in Italian and a bit of English carried out.

    Our room was right on the beach, right next to swimming pool, the hotel's own beach was directly below (light descent) and offered also beach chairs and sun protection in sufficient number. The beach even offered in approximately 50 to 100 meters in meeresrichtung an almost senkrechtes reef, absolutely perfect for snorkeling and with very lush abundance in all colors. In immediate close of the hotel ( about 10 minutes on foot) there was a small bazaar, the to stroll and browse invited. The other excursions were greeted by the staff of a given travel service offered and organized.

The entertainment found unfortunately only place in Italian, changed but at the end also on English. The staff in the restaurant, at the pool bar and the beach bar was very helpful and nice. Plenty of choice, everyone could get full (also our daughter as vegetarian). Pool boys and Beachguy super accommodating and helpful ( the sun screens open, beach towels and in the snorkeling helped). We always immediately got a table, could in the morning at 10 o'clock yet everywhere loungers or lunch at the beach change. During the day light program, unfortunately was for our 12-year-old daughter hardly ... any an offer, only Italian spoken was. From and to was during the day noise from the planes to hear, but it was still okay. read hotel review

We drove from 4.7 to 20,7 with both of our children 16 and 18 years for the first time to Egypt. The reception in the hotel was professional and warm. We got despite booking a room without sea view, two rooms with a view of the pool and sea close to of the lobby. The manager turned us at the pool and asked us, ideas and wūnsche anytime to announce. We met each other more frequently and he sat immediately some things around.     The rooms were very nice and clean. Once had a lamp in the bathroom be fixed, which instantly happened. The bellboy we once euro coins against notes changed, as they in Egypt no Dollar and euro coins can change. He was very grateful. Please tip always seem to give.

    Nevertheless we 14 days were there, we had varied food. We booked half board, as the heat (, although pleasant wind to ca15 hours) you don't have much hungry. In the evening there was also always something freshly from the grill and the variety of dishes was large and very nice presented. The obstschnitzereien and the desserts were artwork. Also the breakfast asked a wide selection of fresh pastries, all kinds of eierzubereitung, pancakes, fresh fruit amongst others we ate in the evening always in the open, ambient temperature and nice atmosphere. The restaurant sea wharf, directly above the beach, a good menu, the food in the italian restaurant fellini was a disappointment.

    The employees lives of salary and tips. We gave the same at the start every between 5 and 10€ and were treated like royalty. The towels by our habibi (friend) the transportation situation every morning on the 4 beds the main infinity pool hung up on us. My husband was sometimes too lazy on foot to go and laughing an employee with his golf cart and drove my husband to the pool. For breakfast did you know that we each 2 glass of water, after the 2. evening they knew our order by heart. The birthday of my daughter and me we got each cake and the waiter mixed us free drinks.

    There is entertainment hardly, except a nice italian team, which water aerobics and beach volleyball offers. Ideal for us, since we needed neither entertainment, still importunate animation and also no small children more has. The pools were constantly cleaned. Infinity -pool is huge, that we, and two other couples with the air mattress in the pool and never in the vicinity arrived. At all the hotel was only 30% occupied. In the first week there were still some arab families, which very pleasant were, in the 2. week was Ramadan and the hotel was as a private villa, since hardly any guests. All in all, a very comfortable holiday. At the jetty to the sea greet Mohammed. He verborgt also free snorkelling equipment, has always a fun on their lips and is a good lifeguard. There is also a osprey as stegmaskottchen.

    For our taste the Cleopatra the most beautiful hotel the bay, as it is not so large, more like a small luxury hotel. In front of the house there is everything that you need. Atm, pharmacy, souvenir, toiletries, supermarket, etc. The next large supermarket is only 5 minutes away with the taxi. You can also take the bus and the hop on hop off principle drive. We made but no excursions, as we diving vacation were. The complex itself had three pools. A is like a river and with a pedal boats busy, the infinity pool by the sea and a pool with pool bar and music. The gardener the hotel are every day busy, this wonderful bepflanzten garden to maintain! The massages in the spa were pleasant, however, is the nature of the treatments for sale rather typical bazarflair.

After 7 years Egypt is the worst hotel. To the positive. Location directly by the beach, 7 kilometer from the airport and 10 minutes transfer. Rooms are very big and modernly furnished. There are 3 large pool a of which have pool bar and 2 children pool. Great reef for snorkeling, access to the pier. The negative: Five star apply only to the furnishings. Food and catering was boring and always the same, no variation, no grills except hamburgers or chicken. The food is really not as the name promises. The cleaning of the rooms cleans mostly with the eyes ..., rather than the broom. In short unfortunately. Entertainment: If you are Russian or Italian speaks it is perfect. German and Swiss are not welcome. If you stay here after Aegytischer folklore searches is in the wrong place. Entertainment is boring and the evening entertainment is only for children under 10 years old. For adults is here nothing was offered. In short: This hotel I can not to recommend, since there was neither in the Gatrononie still in the entertainment was correct. Here are Russians and Italian top repealed, but no German or Swiss. The Cleopatra is one of the younger hotels, is therefore the complex in general in good condition. Especially good the 3 large pool plants like, the also good for swimming. The pool to the sea is good to relax, because here no animation take place. The friendliness looks more fake and has always somewhat with the particular tip to Do. The dishes were no 5 stars, rather 3, there is little international dishes. The guests are mainly Russian-speaking, mostly quiet and well kept, despite all inclusive. Two German tv program. The tennis courts are only for Spaßspielen suitable. The fitness ... studio is in a good state. For the cheap price the hotel is to relax, sporteln, sunbathing, snorkeling recommendable. Nice week for relaxing on the red sea. Great hotel with small downsides. Great reef nearby. Pleasant staff. Altogether the Cleopatra luxury resort is after mediaeval standards four star hotel. We would recommend the hotel. read hotel review

The hotel is in every aspect recommendable. Both the room as well as the other Parts of the hotel are very modern and in great condition. In all restaurant is the quality good. Particularly the two à la carte restaurant are very recommendable. The employees are everyone is very friendly and helpful. Also we found it great, we directly in the hotel different excursions with seker safari book.
