It is a huge and bars around the hotel. I believe for this hotel the time of the trip a large role. We were in a very quiet period on site, the staff is therefor the guests opposite quite attentive. In the hochphasen at the Mosel is in this hotel certainly the pank from. The rooms are good, i personally but too noisy. Lots of things in the hotel are renovated, so some things could have it but also still necessary (if you the rooms nicely renovated, with new, bright doors in the room etc.). Absolutely fantastic is the ... new the spa of the hotel. Here you in my opinion thought of everything, so that the guest feel comfortable. To a couple of days at the Mosel to spend and the great spa to use, the hotel is really recommendable. read more

My wife and i were on the Mosel camino on the way. After a long hike was the visit of the spa area in the hotel's surroundings. The spa deserves our opinion the highest score, since it varied and very tasty decorated. Not appropriate for a 4 star hotel were the strongly saggy beds, in several nights not have accepted. For tired hikers and just for one night, the however not so important. Breakfast is ok, however nothing special. The dinner was prices appropriate of high quality, the service brought us because of their remarkable clumsy comments to smile about. ... Also us for example the wrong bill is served. There the price for a 4 star hotel with Euro 120 per double room moderate and because of the very successful spa area was the value for money as a whole, and we give gladly (despite mattresses) 4 of 5 possible points. read more

Stay in the 'crow's nest' at exceeded our expectations. Notedly friendliness, not to say warmth of the staff, was really good done, whether it in the restaurant, in the rooms or bathroom was. The food in the restaurant was good to very good. In the rooms one felt comfortable. The water in the bathroom could have been a little warmer, but otherwise all great. The standard rooms did not match the requirements of a 4 star hotels. The complaint was not accepted. After my information the rooms in january completely renovated. Why? There was in the program description-optional 4-course menu or buffet. You had no choice, e was only the buffet available. The spa area was without qualified personnel, there were temporarily service used. The programme for this area could not be performed. It was not enough staff in the hotel. However one should stress, that the staff, what there was, was very hard, the situation was to hold. For the staff particularly praise. read more

We were satisfied all around. Of the sauna- and wellness area is an absolute highlight. Particularly evenings with lighting it is a pleasure ideal for the battery charging. Hervorradende kitchen and nice, friendly staff. We would gladly come again. read more

The positive thing first. The wellness area is tastefully decorated and clean. The overall impression still negative, is especially on the dining. We had a package with 4 course menu orders. As a starter there was salad with salmon, the main course was turbot and roast venison saddle to choice. Among some fish and game didn't like, we asked for alternatives. Offered us' kalbsscheiben with noodles and salad '. Finally, we on the plate liked boiled and then baked beinscheiben, the originally a meat in disguise thought were. This saw not only unappetizing, the meat was so bold and mixed ..., that it really was enjoyable. Instead with the salad full food was also not possible, because the was missing entirely. To positively evaluate is surely the sauna operation, there is although it is very small however clean rooms, all in all, a nice hotel; Unfortunately the negative outweighs points: a completely overtaxed restaurant with partly low qualified staff. The office spaces are way too narrow provided, so that the trouble with the other guests is pre-programmed. The food was mostly absolutely miserable, the new year's eve buffet you queue and could abgegraste plates marvel, it was completely a catastrophe. The meat was tough and hard, so-called variations from the Hummer there was not, the advertised areas consisted of a scarce ... breakfast, enriched with sausage. We were in december there with the expectation from rest and to ease be able! Unfortunately the food was on the first evening very little and only lukewarm! To questions or suggestions and criticism has been not at all and only smiled at! Furthermore the opening hours of the spa area not entspannungsfördernd, as well as little as the windows- and cleaning the constantly were there (during the official opening time) relaxation was unfortunately because of the noise of the ventilation system and the somewhat cool temperatures not possible there!
