Hotel Voyage Sorgun^{(5 stars)}

We were in one of the bungalows and it was practically equipped, the mini bar was refilled daily. The bathroom was always clean and the room general also.

2 buffet-restaurants (as described above), 3 à-la-carte restaurants had us open, which we didn't make use of. The selection of dishes was perfect, if you didn't get full here was, the it is anywhere else. There was something for everyone ( different salads, rice, meat, fruit, cakes, rolls, bread, and so on.)

The staff could very good german and was also very hard to every guest. On beverages you had to don't wait a long time and one everywhere served, even the Cappuccino for breakfast was brought to the table. The rooms were always clean and also the entire area was great neat

We only the swimming pool and the was great. The sea was unfortunately not too cold and the a lot of pools also.

We were in whole line very satisfied. The hotel is very big and is located in a pine forest. We were accomodated in a bungalow. What especially good was, the two buffet restaurants was, once for families with children and for all 16 years and one only for about 16-year-old-so for adults without children. Thus there was no waiting times at the meal and one could at any time to eat and always got a seat (no matter wether 18:30, 19:00 or 20:00)! There was the buffet always well filled. Early there was even freshly squeezed orange juice without paying extra-one has also not everywhere. A big plus for us was also which one no disturbing all inclusive plastic bracelet have to carry them.

In the middle in the pinienwald on a pebble beach with two elements around into the sea to come. On foot about 2 kilometer to side at the beach along. Also right in front of the hotel bus connections to side or Manavgat. Taxis are also always there (but expensive). If you like peace very recommendable.

We had a great ocean view rooms in the main building. The furniture is a bit dated, but according to the guest relation office is in the next time an extensive renovation. The mini bar in the room is every day free refilled. Flat screen television in all the rooms, balcony or terrace, super spacious bathroom with a bath, toilet and wawschbecken, safe in the room (is also firmly embodied...) Telephone is also available, desk and couch, and drying system available for wet towels and clothes on the terraces and balconies is available.

8 theme restaurant (turkish, greek, italian, seafood, mexican, chinese, french and japanese (for a fee) all the theme restaurants, except for the japanese, are included in the all-inclusive package included in the price and must ever 1 times during the stay be booked. Excellent service with excellent friendliness of the entire staff. Everybody speaks german and english, some russian, dutch and so on. The housekeeping was very good. Every day there was fresh towels and every 3 days fresh bedding (which is a standard in the hotel industry). A doctor is on the complex, very good child care with a very nice playground, wading pool, games room and gym for children (weights from foam, treadmill, bike, rowing machine), 4-5 water slides, an amusement park with giant ferris wheel, rocking horse carousel, whirligig, flugzeugkarusell and a mini rail which the child heart so all wishes and many love cats (cat food there is free to the guest relation office). Very good dealing with complaints. The mattress in our room there was broken and within minutes exchanged. The light (light bulb burned ) was broken in the room on one day and it was also immediately a new light bulb used. You just had problems and defects immediately friendly and then it will super fast eliminated...

Sport gives it plentifully. From Tennis, darts, horseshoes, diving, soccer, beach volleyball, go for a swim in the various pools, indoor swimming pool (which we only used because of the water temperature), bowling alley, entertainment program, kids club is kid's deals from 3 years, disco for children first in the port then for adults, cinema. The beach is narrow with sand and gravel mixed but very clean. The loungers very good with free cushions and beach towels (you get a plastic card for the beach cloths) can also several times during the day against a fresh towel. Umbrellas are plentiful available. Showers at the beach, as well as changing rooms and toilets are available. At the pools also.

Very nice all-inclusive resort with about 800 rooms in bungalows, buildings, and the main building distributed. Super condition the entire area and great cleanliness. Mixed guest structure from families to couples of all ages. German mostly, but also russian (very discreet), dutch (also discreet), turks, british and so on. A nice mix all in all.

The hotel is directly at the beach. To Side and Manavgat with the Dolmuş approximately 3 kilometers each. The Dolmuş travel costs currently 1 €per person and distance. Shopping is in the hotel, in side (friday is market day ), in Manavgat (monday large marketday and thursday small marketday), and in Kumköy possible. Night life is in the hotel offered (disco and shows) excursions you should to plan an itinerary. Recommendable is pamukkale, Antalya and Alanya, the waterfalls Manavgat (whereby in Germany this rather a cascade or fällchen is), side a must since this very long history is, a rafting tour was great... For this area of the hotel we have no distinction, It is almost perfect. The kitchen the selection of food, the service in the kitchen area were the best that we have seen (about 20 different comparison opportunities) Food from the morning until the evening always freshly prepared delicious, unfortunately takes you a little (i 4 kilogram in the week) Choice is huge, there is something for every taste. The dishes alternated again and again new, that means every meal there was something else on the plate. I could hour long on the kitchen write it was just very, very good

Friendliness in the hotel is very much emphasized, starting at front desk to the service in the restaurant and room service all great! Almost all of the staff speak german, english. The cleaning of the rooms took place every day, towels were changed daily. The mini bar in the room was refilled daily. We were there with our 5-year old daughter, in the miniclub was very well taken care of and so we had a few hours on the day for us. Every detail was resolved immediately, for example we could the air conditioning not turned on, the i at the front desk said and no five minutes later a technician on the door and had it explained to us and adjusted.

There were sport offers also enough, but not our goal, and we were for relaxing dar. Our child was in the kids' club in very good hands, she had correctly lots of fun, itself was every day another programme for children announced. Beach, pool are the descriptions. Greetings to the entertainment team they are constantly moving around the guests to converse, and especially Tuba it was the reason for our 2. holiday in this complex, And as long as it is we are going to come again.

We stayed in the neighboring building on the ground floor next to the front desk level. Rooms could a little bit bigger. The small flat screen tv's on the large wooden fernsehwand are very small. The mini bar (soft drinks and beer and nuts) was constantly refilled Everything was clean.

The gastronomy was great. We got for breakfast freshly squeezed orange juice without extra cost (otherwise in all-inclusive always only at a charge), Food delicious and diverse, loving decoration with flowers vegetables and so on. We arrived at night only in the hotel and got in Café Paris warm meals freshly prepared and a welcome -Raki. Great. - all inclusive

All service forces were very friendly and helpful, Housekeeping was okay. After complaining (came because of the high badewannenrandes not in the bathtub) was immediately a standsicherer einstiegshocker stituents.

Generously designed pool area with separate annex (pool, café and pier ) for guests 16+ For children but also really great slides in the extra children's area. Forward at the entrance there was a small LUNA-Park with merry-go-rounds and the giant ferris wheel.

You can this hotel completely recommend with a clear conscience. The only downside was the small bathroom with the bathtub, a very high entrance. (in the bungalows there were however showers). The modern designer washbowls are inconvenient. Hotel location: good Service: excellent Dining: great Should be mentioned in any case, that problems (for example even with the air-conditioning unit ) taken care of immediately were. There were mainly german tourists in the hotel.

In the beautiful pine forest spacious. To Side and Manavgat drove constantly Dolmuş-buses in front of the hotel-also a taxi rank is available.
