For a one time vacation with children great. Large apartments, beautiful playground, games room a bit dark- the children but that didn't bother us. Small buffet - but everything was delicious and sufficiently available.
The children can to move freely and safely. From the terrace/ restaurant you had the playground in the view. At 5 days there was a caregiver of 10-18:00. read more

The holiday residence zig zag is a very visible hotel with 11 apartments, subdivided into 2,3 and 2.5 room apartments with kitchenettes. It has a games room for babies, a games room for kids, a room with a pool table, and probably before also times darts, as well as a room with a ping-pong table and a football table. Otherwise there was delicous with bicycles for small and large and washing machine and tumble dryer.
The cleanliness was okay. We had booked all inclusive, breakfast, lunch, coffee and cake, as well as dinner buffet. Drinks you could 24 ... hours from the fridge, coffee machine or juice bar on.
We were in the first week off-peak season here, and 97% of the guests came from Bayern or Baden-Württemberg, a family from Dortmund and we from Hessen. Most families had 2 -3 children in the younger age.
There is no front desk ( thus no sale of postcards), information during the week you get only the kitchen staff or two women the children's entertainment. The dining room also serves as a lounge.
The outside area is huge for the hotel. read more

We had a very nice vacation experience. The children had have fun -when it rains in the playrooms, apart from that outside on the great playground. Recommendable nonetheless is a bike tour along the Mosel - the bicycles are available free of charge available.
The food was delicious and diverse. Big praise go to the kitchen!
The two Caregivers were nice, professional and the children busy-even at the lunch. Great. read more

Beautiful commodious holiday suites. On special requests were helpful and competent received. We were already the third time there and will definitely return. The bicycles, even for the children, are the best! A massage to unwind and relax I absolutely recommend cheap and good. We stayed at the time of the grape harvest and the grapes (and of course the wine) were very tasty. Excursions in the surrounding area to Trier, Luxembourg, the devil Canyon etc. are a must and all the fun. The child care was once again excellent. The food is diverse, tastes great and plentiful. Large apartment with everything that you need (kitchenette, nappy changing table, extra room for the child, balcony, new! Comfortable beds.) fantastic food - a big thank you at Hannelore - they are the ' küchenperle'! great leisure time offers (tractor trip with trailer, weinbergewanderung with weingutbesichtigung.) lately great spa services (hot stone massage; pedicure yoga.) in Trier by car you are in a scarce half hour - very nice city! other great destinations: zoo, flugzeugmuseum, horse ranch.)
We are absolutely thrilled - family p. and b. are always hard make the vacation as pleasant as possible ... and for every word to be desired!

The holiday residence Zigzag know really, which nötig'ist, so that it is in fact a real all vacation is. We are repeat offender out of conviction. In the meantime we were 4 times in a zigzag (from the weekend getaway with Christmas market visit for more than a week vacation in the spring or summer) and will certainly go back!
the location is lovely, no or hardly any traffic, an great playground, kind child care, you can the children good conscience and have surely a lot of fun. There are many ways for excursions, although we were already there so often, we have every time other excursions! With our children the last few times in Jessica stay and the ... preferred the excursions. So we too have parents or other trip alone and the children stayed in a zigzag.
the food was at every meal, very delicious, rich and diverse, the service was always friendly and helpful.
the apartments are well equipped and clean. For our part, we were however almost only to sleep in the apartment and otherwise with other Parents and the children on the beautiful terrace or in the restaurant sat and lots of fun.

The Familienresidenz Zigzag offers family vacation as it should be. By child care with 40 hours per week also the parents the opportunity, spend your holiday and nevertheless at any time nearby the children to be. The families Blesius and tailor, the hotel was very family-run, are very helpful and friendly. Every guest is from the first minute welcome. For our stay in the December also here the child ... care instead. Next to games round, Kostümierungen, Kids disco, faces make and so onwith the. Children Sledged and torch/flare hike with parents on the Mosel along offered. As well as coupons were to visit an indoor playground, indoor pool and bowling center for the whole familiy offered.

We have stayed twice in a zigzag and the third vacation is booked. We can recommend the hotel to anyone traveling to Minneapolis recommend for families, we are also on recommendation and not disappointed.
