Good hotel with nice flair-great for jogging along the lake, bar with a view of the sea, very good food, good value for money. Parking garage a bit cramped, otherwise everything was great. read more

Constant good level, over the last few years, but: The service staff (especially bar, service on evening) are too snotty. Ultimately it is clear, that at a meeting with 500 guests with a high arise at the bar is expected to. So more staff, so that the few not so overburdened and unwelcoming respond. The hotel is really for conference visitors recommendable - for travellers not really. The rooms (junior suite) were quite small and not even with a small fridge equipped. The so-called balcony is only a withdrawal, where an existing chair with snow covered was and remained. The bathroom is very small, also no make-up mirror available. The additional cost for breakfast amount of 13,00 Euro per person and day is clearly overpriced. The relaxation area for the sauna, which in the basement is, is on the 4. floor which was very inconvenient, especially since the hotel no bathrobe available represents. ... The staff are very friendly, particularly the bar area next to the smoker's lounge is recommendable as well as the service in the restaurant. read more

The congress hotel is modern renovated and makes a very good impression in all areas. The room, the bar, front desk, breakfast area, meeting rooms - pristine. The single room enough in size, luxurious bathrooms, perfect the mattress, - thumbs up. The breakfast buffet with all, what your heart desires: fresh, wide choice, good, attentive service staff,... There is about the hotel no point of criticism and is it recommendable. Well, as a small tip: optimal would be the room selection on the opposite side. read more

I was on business as a part of of german Sozialgerichtstages in your hotel and felt very good. The atmosphere is very well maintained, the room was very clean. I have nothing essential missed, bearing in mind, that because of the tight programme, including participation at an evening meeting, no time for the use the facilities were. read more

A very decent and pleasant seminar hotel, the review with three stars is. The breakfast buffet was neat, but not to begeisterungsstürmen back. The hotel is in my opinion not for individuals suitable. It is not like a hotel, however rather as a place for firms to hold a meeting and until late in the night partying. We were lucky, our window was in a other direction, therefore, we had from the night meetings not much received, except on arrival and for the return trip. We had only the hotel for sleeping needs. Additional fees if you garage to use even if you the internet want to use. Additional costs as a cheap airline company. We will this hotel no more to use. ... I used several days the hotel, since I come from professional reasons in Potsdam stay could. The rooms are very appealing and very convenient, but especially clean. We have unfortunately the booked and confirmed room on the top floor do not get, but were without pre-information in the first floor has been booked. Room type was the same, only the great view over the lake and the city was from 1st floor not. I would have liked a early information, the booking confirmation not in all parts can be implemented. So I would have the decision had as important the view. However on arrival this information to get, with the instruction the hotel is booked was very disappointing. The hotel is for business trips recommendable. The only problem is, that it with the public transport links only satisfactory to reach is. A drive tram and bus in good clocking in the direction, the last meters from the stop to the hotel but a lonely street, with trolley not particularly good to walk. read more

The internet is währened a congress completely broke and there was no solace. The reason was, that lots of people at the same time the internet wanted and infrastructure for it not made would be. It was called, that after the end of the congress again to go, which of course the participants nothing used. I think, if a hotel is not able, a congress with 500 participants weights, then you should also not so lots of people accept. Generally, the hotel and the amenities were good. There are a number of items however, that I would expect in a hotel hosting a conference similar to the order of magnitude of the one I attended: wireless internet in the rooms; a flat panel television and a digital phone service - I could not access teleconference facilities due to the outdated phone system. read more

A very nice and friendly hotel. It is located directly at the lake and public transportation it is only 3 to 5 minutes on foot. From there one arrives in 10 minutes on the louisenplatz in Potsdam. The employees are very friendly and help with questions. We can only recommend the hotel and would anytime again by accident. read more

In this hotel there are in our opinion absolutely nothing to fault! Who didn't feel good here, it is your own fault! The staff were friendly and capable, the breakfast buffet a dream, the restaurant excellent. Very beautiful room, and nice surroundings animated for walking. We will certainly be back! read more

We stayed at the savings banks beach volleyball-Tournament in the congress hotel. The congress hotel organized this event. Our room was approximately 5 minutes out from the main building and the restaurants in the rear building. By the size the room we were very positively surprised. We had a standard room booked, then however probably an apartment-room with a separate bedroom and balcony received. The room was with all comfort furnished. Modern facilities with two flat screen TV (1 times bedroom, 1 times living area). Because of our large program we have the wellness facilities not used. You can therefore ... not be assessed. The breakfast was in buffet form and was altogether the higher's. Very nice were the seats in the open. In the breakfast restaurant even it happened very loud and hectically. We have also in two evenings in the hotel eaten. On the first evening à la carte. The food was OK., was however also nothing special to point out. On the 2. evening there outside a large grill buffet. The offered food was very good taste and high-quality. Free parking spaces are within walking distance ( on foot approximately 6 to 8 minutes). Apart from that there is a liable to pay the costs underground parking available. The hotel is located outside from Potsdam. Potsdam is good by a water taxi reachable, which we also used. The Fahrtarife are however relatively high. It is worthwhile a day ticket. The bar is nothing special often. All together we can congress hotel recommend. Because of the Participation in the beach volleyball-cup, the also subject to a charge was, there was a special price. To the normal hotel price I personally think that the hotel too expensive. Guests, the individual touch search, feel certainly well. For a weekend it is okay. read more
