From the outside impressive hotelkasten in the center of San Jose. We had this hotel booked, because we without any problems stay had hoped. But it was completely different. Something waiting time during the check in, we got our room cards for a room in the side building, the a left impression mediated. Longer way there, as we before the room is possible to work the room card not. Back to front desk, again longer waiting time, one had in the floor lost. We are fresh, want our valuables, since we are feast, that the safe not working. We call ... the front desk on, you want to attend. When after 30 minutes nobody took care, call us back. The girl says, it would be a technician past chic, the but not, but calls for another quarter of an hour and will ask, whether now everything okay is. Nothing was all right. He comes to the rooms and the safe reasonable, we now waited an hour. Because it is late afternoon and the restaurants not yet open have, we get in the bar area something to eat. A good tasting pastas, and a burger, the almost cold served. The next morning again considerable trouble, we have the room with breakfast booked, but the Easter Sunday there are at 7:30 o'clock no breakfast. Merely coffee and croissants become in the bar offered. Breakfast there is only from 10 o'clock than brunch. After we from a point to the other sent, we go in a restaurant in the neighborhood breakfast. Altogether a situation, which we in a five-star hotel so yet did not experience. The room was largely reasonable, however were almost all Elektrosteckdosen loose in the wall. After these really negative experiences we can this hotel unfortunately not recommend. read more
