    The restaurant works very clean. The dishes were reasonable. Small disadvantage the temperature of the dishes, but typical of the country. It was a nice, relaxing holiday, with relatively good weather for september. The Hotel Brauch a few small some repairment works in the outdoor area but apart from that everything okay. The cleanliness was good and with a little tip even better. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The beach is great, the loungers however at a charge. The audience at this time was rather older age (retirees ),but also families with children. During bad weather is the lobby simply too small around times at the bar to sit, there were then tables and chairs was promptly sent ... up, where you sit on display in the. A rather peaceful hotel for relaxing, who wants to make party rather to Sonnenstrand. We liked it. read more

Sineva Beach can only be recommended. At the hotel Sineva park, the share could, there was considerable Flaws. The pool was not well maintained ( water was cloudy), the pool bar was neglected and dirty. We were the beverages there denied. read more

We were as a couple in the Sineva Beach. The hotel guests are mostly families and older people. Things, the us very much: Beach/ pool. Location/ location of the hotel. Hotel itself/ complex. - German speaking/ very friendly staff Size of the room. - good bus connection to Nessebar, to the Sonnenstrand and aqua park Things, which did not please us: Eat both in the restaurant, as well as in of the pool bar ( lots of guests with stomach -problems, cold, not diverse, very greasy, only food typical of the country), we bought often in the nearby located supermarket ... a. Water leaked of the airconditioning. - stained towels and blankets ( in case of a complaint but replaced immediately) - Bins next to the outside area of the restaurant Cleaning of the rooms could have been a bit thorough can be. read more

A beautiful not too big hotel by the beach. The way to it is however with several pitfalls mistake, which didn't bother us but older or small children problem ready could. For this is the beach beautiful, the chairs and sunscreens are however only at a charge erhaltlich. The rooms are big enough and were also well cleaned with a little tip klapps even better. The food was good and varied. Overall the staff was friendly and helpful. The weather in September was mainly nice, only evenings relatively cold. At rainy days was the lobby with a bar, the lounge ... converted, where no serving more was (not so nice). Apart from that a beautiful relaxing vacation. Who wants action should elsewhere unschauen. read more

The hotel has a pleasant size, no high rise building, but only 4 floors and spacious with a lot of 'habitat' in and around the building. Everything in good condition. Prior from the airport to the hotel about 45 minutes, depending on the number of stops. The approach through the completely overfilled Sonnenstrand I was pleased, that sveti vlas a completely other character has. The view from the hotel to the marina and on the village and beyond mountains is simply pictorial, nearly idyllic. Of course, the whole coast full hotels, but they are nice and work in sveti vlas ... harmonious and attractive. Some guests had especially on weekends on nightly unrest of disco or similar complained, but I have never something else as roaring waves belongs. Is on room and sound sensitivity and schlaftiefe at.     Size and furnishings were great, plenty of closets and places to put things, a convenient table and two chairs on the balcony ( only rain this nothing, because we on the 4th floor and not as our 'subtenants' rain shelter the floors above had). The bathroom was a pleasant surprise - it looked new and inviting-and, of course, clean. Only drawback for allergic people probably, that carpets in the room a problem may be. It's not easy, all the sand of the guests there again and again thoroughly rauszukriegen.

    All of the staff of the hotel are so amiable met, as if we were the joyful expected friends, not only some foreign tourists. I thought that was simply overwhelming. Helpful, friendly, quick, also for special requests is always open, no matter wether the mondstand want to know or at night at o'clock nor toilet paper needs-everything not a problem. Especially at the front desk were the knowledge of German excellent, but also otherwise there were many coworkers, with whom you good conversation. The employees are a thick plus point for the building - just great staff.

    The pool is very nice and clean, however it was a bit cooler than the sea. I I the pool somewhat warmer requested, especially in the water aerobics in the Parkhotel. This ( water aerobics) was very amusing and motivated. Loungers there were at the pool always enough, I have also in the afternoon still free found. Other deals I hardly used, because I with a freizeitgruppe was there and we own program had. But the evening entertainment was, as far as I share of which noticed, also varied and good.

    The directly at the beach is brilliant and the beach lovely fine sandy, great for sunbathing, swimming, castles build, mussels search, for walks on the beach and other, completely flat into the sea going, especially also for small children or people with reduced mobility a dream. The shopping arcade in sveti vlas is for buying souvenirs completely sufficient. Very nice located, not to big hotel. The complex and the pool are clean and tidy. The food was varied and tasty. The direct location of the hotel at the beach is brilliant. The view from the balcony overlooking pool, sea, Sonnenstrand and Nessebar was fantastic. We had at the end of september always sun and it was between 25 and 30 degrees. The employees at the reception, in the restaurant and at the pool bar were very friendly, nice and helpful. There was no problems communicating and a broken water hose in the shower was on the next day ... renewed. The cleanliness in the bathroom and room was ok, but could be better. The entertainers were good mood, but not pushy. The vacation was very relaxing! We like to travel again in Sineva Beach! read more

Cleanliness is ok there a foreign word, bathroom was in 2 weeks only 2 times to call thoroughly cleaned. Towels and toilet paper is rarely brought, possibility for in the room not good, ' since no possibility to sit is available and the balcony furniture dirty and ' fragile are. The whole room Smelled of urine. The Bulgarian kitchen very monotonous is however nothing to complain. To the bus station you should be good on foot approximately 800 meters with steep mountain. Animation and leisure activities are only -Park Hotel-, in our room it is cold, because no sunlight came ... purely. The tour operator locally has its best came however also not much further. Could still a lot further but all in all simply bad. read more

    We have a double room had with a view of the sea and with a view of Nessebar and the sunny beach The interior was ok it was enough for us and preserve more than satisfied air conditioning is also available exactly like tv and mini bar, drinks you can also from the outside to the hotel and drink it or outside at the pool bar the hotel has since nothing against. Daily from 10:00 A. M. except fridays the entertainment team ready and very good for the little cared for playing, crafts, etc. Complaints we have not submitted since we the not so strictly see and we think can the staff to do in such a hotel with 4 floors and think about 140 room One needs times a doctor it is in a few minutes available as we noticed (I don't need doctor however another person) So we were very with the service in the hotel satisfied.

    Since we have never in Bulgaria and our expectation not very high, I must say we were surprised. Spoke German almost everyone a little or enough. Cleaning of the room was done well. Upon arrival we had a room which did not correspond to our conceptions, after a short consultation it was settled and thus was our vacation perfect!

Can me the other good reviews only connect. Should be emphasized still, there were no mosquitoes or similar, as well as the soundproofing of the balcony door and the walls to neighboring room was very good. The mattresses were somewhat unusually hard, but we have good slept on. read more

The hotel in general was very good. The location of the hotel was also great, the beach was about 300 meters away and you could of the pool very well also see from the rooms the back to the sea go. The lobby of the hotel was also large, in case of bad weather ( which we unfortunately 4 days had) were tables & chairs into the lobby and you could then sit down. Signalisations where it can long to the pool or restaurant were well signposted defendendo. A lot of information on the walls the individual travel agent ( ... for example its uwm.). You could also in the hotel money change, but there was always been better it outside when a currency exchange to change as you get more profit. In the large and whole one can recommend this hotel. read more

    The hotel had a very large restaurant where one also had the opportunity to outside to sit especially if one smokers is=) The hotel had a outdoor bar where you to sit also next to the outdoor bar was for lunch a small between meal with soup set up where you could use it.     To the service I must say I was satisfied. You could the a or other better but so large on the whole we were with the service satisfied. The staff were always friendly been, even if some from the staff not so good German, but you could together communicate. The chief of the restaurant was also always on location and every helped the needed assistance or had questions. Also the chef was always there. Except where we had to complain about was some painting with the lunch the food not the heat was, some things were too cold or not yet but big on the whole you had many choices which one to eat could choose. But after a few days the food always repeated. But so we have to say everything was ok been. The cleaning of the rooms was so some sizes have been. In our room was not correctly sucked and if then only the half. The bathroom cleaning was not especially been, the mirror was not properly cleaned and the floor. Every day but were fresh towels put down no matter wether you didn't used but they were always changed. Which one change should is that if visitors in the hotel and they are 14 days then, then you should often suck and the beds fresh move. At the time we were there the bed only 2 times changed. Even if we a double room took, we unfortunately had separate beds but very closely next to each other were, but if you have a double bed ordered at the vacation then already got. In the large and whole was the hotel room okay. The hotel also had the service had, that you put your laundry in a bag when you leave and it was then to hotel cleaning brought. A doctor one had also in the hotel, because we luckily 't use needed but unfortunately a other hotel guest. Child care was also there been which are also very good the children cared have. Next to the pool the prima kids club house where also the children animators there were. In the morning briefly before 10 o'clock ran a and the same good morning songs=) Afterwards the Sineva beach entertainers songs where the entertainers promulgations what the current day comes up, also at o'clock it was repeatedly.     As described above the hotel has a outdoor bar, a kids club for children, nearby and environment many shops. An outdoor cinema and some evenings many things made with the guests made, every evening there was the entertainers busy except on friday as had the entertainers available. The pool was also very clean and tidy also the complex in green surroundings area were every day cleaned also in case of bad weather one always had the gardener from the hotel seen at work. Altogether the hotel has 2 pools: 1 pool a depth of 1.80 had 1 pool a depth of 1.60 had 1 pool a depth of 50 had. Liege possibilities by the pool one had also many had but unfortunately at the beach you had to the loungers with umbrella are charged (2 loungers & 1 umbrella 21 leva)

    As above in general already written, the beach is about 300 meters away. From the airport, the hotel is approximately 40 to 50 minutes away. The next possible place of away, is sveti vlas which from the hotel on foot approximately 10 to 15 minutes away. In sveti vlas you the possibilities to exchange money with the exchange offices that are there or at the bank, a post office, there is also the right next to the bank is. In sveti vlas there are a lot of shops and also supermarkets the well attended. Nearby the hotel, there is also sunny beach the by bus the above in the town sveti vlas is approximately 25 minutes out is. A bus-ticket for the sunny beach costs 1.20 lever. On sunny beach you have many sights and also many shops, as well as lots of restaurants. From the hotel and the sunny beach you can also to the island 'Nessebar' drive of sveti vlas is the ticket 2.20 lever from the sunny beach costs the ticket 1.20 lever. At the Nessebar it is very nice we were there for a long time and were in the time of vacation several times there. On Nessebar you can a lot discover old walls of the houses then stood there. Also many purchase possibilities offered also lots of restaurants are there represented. Of tour operators are also many excursions offered, which we didn't use, as we the city itself explore wanted. Close to the hotel was also in a good view of the yacht - port as you also very good from the beach could see.

    The distance to the beach approximately 2 minutes out the obenligende town center was about 10 minutes. Very nice to look at. The airport was approximately 45 minutes out from the hotel. The entertainment possibilities were as already described 10 minutes away, as well as the excursions to the Sonnenstrand you can by bus including the island Nessebar, very nice to look at.
