All together we are very satisfied, when we arrived we got a little bit to small room received. On demand we then immediately and in any case a larger room given. All are very friendly and take care of the guests. As from middle September in Riminie and environment more or less everything closes we didn't know, however therefor could also the hotel nothing. Our kids got for the farewell even a cuddly toy.
All in all a successful vacation, and yes we will be back! read more

Room and bathroom very small. After showering the bathroom was flooded, since no shower stall available. No places to put things. On arrival was the bathroom cleaned not completely. Playground and swimming pool under balcony, often noise. No lounges, dining area not really separated.

The Parkhotel serena is ideal for beach vacation in Italy. The food is very good, the distance to the beach only approximately 100 meters and there is also a locked parking for guests close to the hotel. Free wi-fi and safe in the room complete the offer. The majority of the guests are Italian, thus spoke the staff mainly the language, is however always ready, everything for the customers to allow; at the front desk naturally also speak German. Next to the chairs on the beach there are also still small fun things to do for the children at the ... hotel and entertainment program in cooperation with other hotels nearby.

Smaller hotel, everything was very clean! Our room was with two kids big enough. We had all-inclusive country and were satisfied. Mixed clientele also very many' locals'.
The places to sit outside were unfortunately not very charming... Green carpet in the outdoor area... Not very chic, you could have also outside the children play area beautiful enjoyable!
A few beautiful plants and a other terrassenbelag would work wonders here! read more

So in July we were in the Serena and this hotel we could 100 recommendable, if you want a beach vacation searches is in the right place here. The pool was always clean, the sea isn't far, but it was already described in detail. Altogether it was a lovely vacation. The activities for young people could be better. We will book this hotel again. The food ( all inclusive) was very plentiful and good. We all have to weight increased! However we have a good typical Italian Oven -pizza missed! read more

The Park Hotel Serena is a good hotel with first-class food! The staff are super friendly been!
The value for money is unsurpassed. The children (7 months, 4-years-old) cost no extra cost. The only thing which not so nice is the location. From the Rimini center relatively far away but otherwise the hotel is great! read more

Clean hotel with very nice staff at the front desk. The rooms are a little cramped and the tv had only two German language programs and our buzz also terrible. The pool and garden areas are nicely done, here you can sit in the evening gladly a while with a glass of. What wasn't't so nice was: parking spaces are only about 20 first and on the road to find one is almost impossible. Second time we ate there is only a menu on the menu the possible combinations are not so easy, and the staff in the restaurant unfortunately ... hardly speak German and also is total, we were not happy. Furthermore, the portions were not only for my partner-in any case always too small. read more

A small but very nice hotel, in the best location to the beach and the Promenade.
The hotel is easy to find (by car), tons of parking spaces are available, either directly in front of the hotel or on the hotel's own parking lot.
Rooms:
We stayed for our short get away economy double booked, the room was accordingly small, but that was completely sufficient. The decor was great (relatively new), LCD tv, modern, safe, mini fridge, modern air conditioning and balcony were available and in a very good condition. and the best no carpet instead a nice dark laminate. ... The bed was big enough, the mattress in a very good condition (very clean).
The bathroom was small but typical for this region without any problem.
Breakfast:
The buffet included in the room rate of 220 €for two persons (2 days) inclusive.
On request for free cappuccino, coffee or espresso.
There is a small selection of sausage and cheese, to eggs and a lot of jam and Nutella.
Cereals are also in the program.
A rich breakfast but for the price completely satisfied.
Staff:
All were very friendly and courteous, you really didn't have the feeling that we weren't welcome. At the front desk is fluent in German spoken, breakfast meets basic English.
State
A huge beach, perfect for kids, a lot of beach chairs of the hotel right for 8.50 €a day (1 parasol and two chairs) can. Attached to the hotel was the beach section 43, right at the entrance there was a super snack-bar. The food was very good indeed, there are plenty of ice cream;-)!
The water was to our travel time in the middle of July very pleasant and clean (perfect temperature)
Of course as usual in Italy many beach salesmen run around, but not at all pushy and we stayed for 10 €a great beach towel bought! (Buy a towel, they make years and have mostly a very good quality)
If you arrive by car, then you should either early in the morning or in the night journeys, since in this field is always staugefahr. At the check out were the cars direction about five kilometer in Rimini stop & go and the nine o'clock in the morning.
Conclusion: we'll be back!;-) read more

We enjoyed the holiday a Diskonter in Austria and were very satisfied. bill used credit card, worked with no problems. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were expected and friendly. The value for money was top! Very great location, few meters away from the beach. Very good food, we had half board and Full buffet breakfast. The only slight complaint was the quite small bathroom with Duschkabinenwänden. A little cramped the whole thing. All in all, we had a great break, at any time would recommend, also for families with children! read more

A perfect off-season week at the Park Serena, to a personal service and charm his employees/inside and on the other hand through a lush, varied and delicious Cucina Italiana best restaurant-level offers. Our two teenage sons (5 + 3.5 yrs old) with us the days by the pool and on the outdoor playground as well as much as we did. Our room was nice + clean, the beach is 100m quasi across the street. variation was offered a stroll through the picturesque Santarcangelo di Romagna (10 minutes by car) and in a good half hour is on the mountain ... with a grand view of San Marino to go further afield. All in all, a perfect experience. A la prossima, Park Serena! read more
