    The rooms are big enough, but it was too few storage space. There are also no hangers and a wardrobe. In the closet it has only 2 drawers. Our room on the 7. floor was always clean. It has a safe (free with privelege) and a minibar, flat screen tv on the wall and a balcony with a view over the pool area to the sea.

    We were both for breakfast, as well as for dinner in the large dining room with buffet. There is also the possibility the small italian restaurant. The quality and the variety of food was alright, there were always theme buffets, such as for example Canary Islands or hindu. By the size the chamber is relatively loud, except for very early or late. The prices in the restaurant are okay, 2.60 eu for a beer

    Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially anabel and mihäla in the privelege area were great kind and competent. With english one comes great by, some also speak good german. The room was cleaned thoroughly and it gave each evening fresh towels for the privelege area and small chocolates. With complaints one must be patient and possibly again hooks. But everything worked.

    Since we privelege booked, we were not by the pool. There but sufficient beach chairs. In the privelege area on the 6. floor there was beach chairs with umbrellas and large 'four poster bed'. Also usually in sufficient number. There is an outdoor jacuzzi available. You can also offered free to the thalasso centre with a variety of bathing areas, jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath and relaxation room.

We spend our vacation in this hotel for new year's. We have before booking just decide what we expect, therefore we have ' privillege' paid. So we had some facilities, without the this hotel not into question it would have been. For example own sunbed area and bar on the 6. floor, free entry to the spa, more beautiful room. The supposedly more beautiful room i could not see, these are relatively small and simply furnished. In general it is a beautiful hotel with many offered, however while we were there, there were easy to lots of people, even in ... the ' privillege' -areas were good loungers(squares) already in the early occupied, with the still free loungers you could see the sun from lunchtime enjoy. Therefor my conclusion, for a not so small extra cost is the ' privillege' area way too small. The hotel's location is magnificent, directly on the beach promenade and everything else in the immediate area. The food was in our opinion a very good and wide choice, unfortunately the dining room way too big and uncomfortable. But there is also the possibility in the à la carte restaurant 'la vita bella ', by prior arrangement, to eat. Here the atmosphere is very pleasant, however the selection of the food served small. Since we a ' privillege '-rooms had, was a coffee-/tea urn available, however was at two days in a row forget the dirty dishes plates and fresh replace it. A complaint at the front desk led only after repeated invitation to success. The clientele was mixed, mostly it was however older people. Basically we can this hotel while recommend, would book we it however not more. read more

Dining room: dark and very in need of renovation, lighting hotesl poor. Privilegzubuchung paid off. Beautiful lounge, you need no all-inclusive unfortunately a too low percentage of german guests. The is true of spanish and italian guests were favoured. Still a katerchen arrived. Great weihnachtsshow -with spanish christmas story and fireworks in the garden. read more

As long-standing regular guests in h -10 hotels they have several advantages daily free newspaper, fridge, bathrobes etc. Also therefore we come gladly anytime again the conquistador. The rooms were in the last few years competed renovated. Even if the furnishing definitely not all like (modern bedside tables without further place to put things instead of with drawers, etc.) The rooms are spacious enough. Especially we enjoyed the really ample choice of abendsbüfetts, every day another region as the main theme, much fish, salmon, kanichen, lamb shoulders, various side dishes. Here nothing left to be desired. The staff are ... friendly, complaints (as broken lightbulb) were promptly taken care of. If the close by the pool (here was introduced, that only from 09:00 a. m. the loungers can be occupied) to strong, can in about 10 minutes to the next public beach reach. Wifi is in every room ready, the fitness studio can free of charge be used. Altogether a for years again and again lovely stay (at least 6 weeks). We will be 2013 again. Heidi and Othmar read more

From the outside the hotel makes a rather inconspicuous impression. Inside is the structural orientation cool. A bit more colour schemes the entrance, the lobby and the bar area on the ground floor friendly and an appealing design. The rooms are functionally furnished. The location of the room is of course a question of the price and should the individual wishes accordingly be booked. A complaint at the shower was immediately dealt with and done-positive. The pool area is nice but surely not everyone thing, since the guests close together pushing. Better: in 15 minutes the public beach can be ... reached. Chairs and an umbrella 12,00 Euro and the vacation can begin. In the restaurant there were no waiting times. The quality of the meals was good. The offer enough. The hotel lies close to the shopping and promenade and is therefore for evening strolls suitable. For those who prefer in the hotel would like to remain, the evening entertainment offered. We can recommend the hotel, for each type of such enough area. Hiking, swimming by the pool or in the sea, relax or the nightlife savor - everything do-able. read more

    We had booked all inclusive, everything was very nice. We ate better in the dining room in the choice of italian restaurant. It was very busy in the dining room, this size but to be expected. We felt this not as negative.

    Staff are very friendly. It folds perhaps not always everything from the start - but one is honest hard and it was immediately taken care of. Was not a problem for us, we are just abroad. Since we didn't have the right, that the locals tourists understand we could us with our english, italian/spanish-and french-knowledge without any problems communicate. Sometimes, it even went also in german.

    For adults is enough, for children in not schwimmfähigen age, what a small splash pool is sufficient, it is spotless. We are with two kids at the age of 10 and 16 years traveled-as the hotel is definitely not adequate. Play in the water with ball etc. Is not allowed. Furthermore, through the day and until midnight always entertainment and evening then very loud live show band's, there is nothing with sleep before. In spite of the eternal chair-run's (towels were by security actually collected) there was the whole day always enough free loungers by the pool. So no reason, in the morning at 7 to run.

Initially the point, that I the assessments, a red face lead, do not understand. Conquistador is a very well run hotel, very clean and tidy. The only downer was the exterior architecture of the hotel, since there is much more beautiful. But inside is everything ok. A second downside concerns beaches, with about 15 minutes further away than in the brochure advertised. We had' all inclusive', half board is due to the high prices ( for example cocktail not less than 5,50 Euro) not recommendable. The 'greatest' nations were Holland, Belgium and gigabyte, Germany was minority, which however not ... a problem was not risk, as in 'malls', colleagues meeting. read more

    The rooms are simple furnished, but clean and tidy. We had 7th floor with a view of the sea and a view of La Gomera. The air conditioning was ok, silent and always worked well. Telephone and fridge were the facilities, no mini bar, why? Flatscreen tv with all the major German programs, but apart from the news and national league matches he was not needed. The safe is relatively expensive, 2,70 Euro per day, we have the suitcase with code-closed used. But it is also nothing unfavorable reviews. The waiters carries hygienehandschuhe. Tips are not expected, we have merely 15 € in the room left. The best avoid the 'rush hour', then fits also the atmosphere, these are at the entrance flagged. There are a à la carte restaurant, as all inclusive-A guest you can 1 time per week free of charge in reservation food and serve. The pool bar has from to o'clock open, you could also lunch, coffee and so on also here: everything fast and friendly!

    At the service there were no drawbacks, the staff were generally friendly, Wether at the front desk, pool bar or restaurant. With English one comes everywhere further, often also with German. The waiters features a Order from spanish ( example: una cerveza y una agua con gas por favor). Also otherwise one got along with gracias, buenos dias and so on good. The tables are fast cleared, we have never been to discontd wait. The rooms are clean, we had 703 in the 7th floor, everything Ok, cleaning daily, about every 3 days new bed sheets. Complaints we had no, when we however a key card missed, we were within 2 minutes new coded, without any formalities and problem. Once was from to o'clock the water way, such Technical problem can happen.

    The entertainment is very unobtrusive, there are tai chi, darts, water polo, Water aerobics, table tennis. Very funny the evening mini -disco for children, always 8:30 P. M.. We spent the last foam party of the summer can enjoy, free sparkling wine till you drop. Access to the internet there were 4 computer's, 10 minutes 1 Euro. To the beach I had already above which said, better is the beach in south direction (15 minutes), 2 loungers with umbrella 9 €. The pool is triplet and clean, the loungers should not before 9 'occupied' will, it may be, you have to your towels pick-up. But mainly some older people have consistently ignored. However are always enough chairs available, only these people wanted just a couch.

    Initially the point, that I the assessments, a red face lead, do not understand. Conquistador is a very well run hotel, very clean and tidy. The only downer was the exterior architecture of the hotel, since there is much more beautiful. But inside is everything ok. A second downside concerns beaches, with about 15 minutes further away than in the brochure advertised. We had' all inclusive', half board is due to the high prices ( for example cocktail not less than 5,50 Euro) not recommendable. The 'greatest' nations were Holland, Belgium and gigabyte, Germany was minority, which however not a problem was not risk, as in 'malls', colleagues meeting.

    The hotel lies 20 minutes by bus from the airport tf south away. The place Is Playa de las Americas with a very many restaurants and consumption-temples, all within easy to reach on foot. Beware of the indian vendors, the cameras wish to sell, the best out of the way go. A must the loro park (gold route to 92 €book!) and the Teide. Here it is useful, to rent a car. Travel time about 1 hour. Parking spaces Are free of charge, the mountain and downhill ride costs 25 Euro. But one has a gigantic panorama and probably unique, massive lava fields. The ascent of the summit requires a special permit, which shall days.

The hotel was recently renovated. The lobby and the room look good. That was all. A mieserableren service I have never experienced something like that! One has immediately the feeling, that you were disturbing. The waiting times are immense and you always got put off. At check in told us the lady with, that we for the safe in about 2 hours return to. Reason: we have just lots to do. After a waiting time of more than one hour! Somewhat trniken in the heat? None. Only possible if the check in auslieferung is (no cash). Also no short information ... relating to the hotel delivered. You have to look for everything yourself/ask. The amateurish entertainment in the evening should probably through solid volume compensation. You had the feeling, that the party right in the room take place. Better windows would be at the renovation would have been appropriate. Before 1 o'clock was not to be thought of sleep! read more

    The room was ( more or less) clean. Every day but something forget ( towel, shower gel refill). The shower gel and shampoo is very tight. A small bottle of for two people in two days... Only after intervention has the ration then somewhat higher. The rooms are very sound-proofed. Ear plugs are a must for people, to a reasonable time sleeping want to go. That in the whole complex no wi-fi ( not for a fee) available is, in the current time not understood.

The fragrance frightens from. Even if it a few euros costs: eat in the many restaurants in the area.

    In front of the hotel there is no access to a usable beach ( rock, pebbles). In about 15 minutes you are on beautiful Playa las Americas or Playa vistas. The promenade directly in front of the hotel runs is great and offers many good restaurants.

    We had a reoviertes room on the 1st floor received. On the first glance a beautiful room. Enough room for 2 persons. Equipped with a safe with electric. Pin (36, -€ rent + 10,- deposit), 32 inches Samsung hd -tv, fridge and air conditioning. With exact relation, mold in the bathroom and toenails down bedside table. Once the soil only swept and the bed linen changed.

    The quality of the dishes is more a three-star hotel. The vegetables tasted found and slack as from the can. The meals were without 'kind' cooked and tasted like in a bad cafeteria. Without spices and partly raw fish. The selection was large, suffered but at the quality. If there in the evening redfish from the grill was, there was on the next day redfish in onion sauce. For the first time, the breakfast was better than the dinner. Delicious crepes, omelets, fresh bananas-shakes, scalloped toasts and so on Even if more on the british is laid out (beans, sausages and so on) you can 2 weeks. In the back part of the restaurant bad air and no air conditioning available. Sweat and food on a large scale.

    Careful rip off in high style! Like already several times mentioned, you try the guests at the payment of the drinks abzuzocken. Please always the 'yellow' -note (copies) store. Always with the copies comparisons and on top of everything at the end pay, but all 3a 4 days the beverages are charged, the overview will not lose. Also us attempted one 2 Cola more in supply. As we but the copy kept the trick unfortunately in the pants. No entschudigung or anything else. At check in moderate instruction, as you speak broken German or English understood. When checking out no 'hello or good journey home' In the two weeks the floor mopped only once and the bed linen once changed.

    Like everywhere is the reserve the loungers not allowed. Nevertheless are already in the morning the loungers of German and british reserved and nothing was done. Although you liege to lounger by the pool, but there is enough chairs for everything guests. But now it is: Every morning at: o'clock is the swimming pool polished and there is a weirder noise. Despite a deep sleep, I each morning had been awake. Sleep in? None.

    Too much nice and clean beach los christianos are approximately 10 minutes away on foot. For shopping the hotel is superbly located. Shops are in both directions. Mango, Zara, Nike, Adidas, guess, Hugo boss, felt 100 parumerie shops and so on If you Loro park and siam park to visit would like, you should have a twin-ticket buy, which the stay for both parks made possible. The new seat Ibiza you can for about 50, -€ for one day rent for Loro park to come. Gas prices are at 1.17 Euro for the liter/great. On the highways tf-1, tf-2 and tf-5 can be reached easily about minutes

    We had the luck, in spite of the we had a' budget room' had booked, in a wonderfully furnished, freshly renovated rooms to land. Even with half view of the sea;-). Therefore we were fully satisfied! :-)

    We booked half board and therefore breakfast and dinner buffet. Even if the breakfast very varied was (daily fresh crepes and omelets), it was for my taste but too English. Beans, bacon, mushrooms and potatoes rank not among my favorite breakfast items... And there was ample! Of course there was also fruit, yoghurt, croissants, bread and rolls and so on thus was something there for every taste! The dinner buffet was really good! The evenings were themed décor. Spanish, mexican, Italian, chinese... Furthermore there was daily a spacious the offer for other meals and it was every evening fish and/or meat direct freshly prepared. Also at the starters and desserts, the to divide also the issue of evenings ' style, we always had plenty of choice.

    The swimming pool is very beautifully designed. There are two large pool and a shallow pool the really nice laid out. What the entertainment subject, so was during the day from water aerobics over table tennis and water polo actually always something offered. However we were from the evening entertainment rather disappointed... Because it many older guests in the hotel is, is this part the entertainment more after their taste. For younger guests it is rather uninteresting.

Abusolut wonderful hotel, very beautiful room with a great view on the beach promenade and the sea. The food was diverse and very tasty, great variety. The swimming pool was good and very clean. The lifeguards were very attentive and always friendly, what for the complete staff applied. The entertainers were super good mood and funny, the evening entertainment was worth seeing and diverse. The shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity were very typical for this resorts extremely well, from very cheap to very high-quality and expensive. Choice enough. Leihwagenmieten was a bit inconvenient, the vermittlungsbüro is directly next to ... the hotel, but the wagenstandort a few blocks away in an underground garage. Has at the end but everything to complete satisfaction folded. read more
