The hotel in the colonial style was in a wonderful shaded park, however the tooth the time was weathered and the economy scarcity in Cuba is also cause, that many repairs necessary. Nevertheless the staff is always tried all guests a nice holiday to ready. We have the most friendly and merriest people met and extremely comfortable. We had naiza, our landlady, the us every day with the nicest handtucharangements spoiled, the bartenders, after the 3. day our favorite drinks knew, the front desk, the always friendly and helpful was, the waiting staff, the our table already prepared, if we ... only the restaurant entering looked. Our daytrips to Santa Clara, cienfügos, Trinidad and after sancti spiritus, which we warmly recommend may, were lovely and we had every time a personal tour operator. The check-in and departure with about 4. hour to Varadero very long but it was worth it. For relaxation and ruheuhe searching is this hotel wonderful, for children not really recommendable, since it no attractions, however we were not in the holiday season. One should be clear to everyone, the paradise is located in Cuba and it could happen, the time no electricity or water as is, the material for repairs was missing but in Trinidad is the true life of cuba to watch and enjoy the warmth of the people found to be of the highest quality. We felt from all daily cares out solved, as no tv (only dw), no cell phone and no internet our paradise didn't bother. He was simply beautiful! read more

A terrible hotel with really bad food and drinks. The tischwein is not edible, the waiters molest the guests constantly with gehäkelten hütchen and flowers, to the tips... The room smelled so heavily of mold, that it was hard to sleep. Overall run down, and no comparison to other sites for example in Varadero. We ' have had ' as a part of a round trip only one night in this hotel spend, a 2. we have not reckoned. The hotel is divided in several buildings, where the rooms are. We were with our room very satisfied. In the morning then a disappointment: from the shower came the water only drop by drop out, in addition it was freezing. That was however not just our problem, but also the many other guests, with which we had. read more

    The size of the room and baths was sufficient. Our room was also quite clean. The mattresses were very worn. The bathroom was clean, but no more in the best condition. From the shower came only little water and the was ice-cold. Up to this lack was ok.

We have in the hotel one night during our round trip spent. It was high season and the hotel was fully booked. The check in took forever, there was not enough plates in the restaurant and there were problems a table in the main restaurant -both for breakfast, as well as during dinner. The flush our toilet in the room ran, which one also with closed door could hear. After threefold ask at the front desk, within a few hours, you then taken care of. The quality of the food and a drink, was the worst of the entire trip. ... The entire complex is very ageing and in need of renovation. We were glad after a day leave. read more

It is a very well maintained facilities and quite well arranged. The rooms are big enough and it is cleaned daily. Guests were from all over the world on-site. Annoying are only the guests, the crowds in the evenings the bars storms, tables and chairs together, masses of drinks and just loudly shout at, although they are on opposite sides of the house, then leave it to chaos. There are not only the employees unfriendly, but also the long term, its drinks in the evening gladly enjoy in peace want. Otherwise a very good atmosphere. read more

    There was a fish restaurant outside, Buffalo, aglio and the buffet. Bars there were also plenty of, even before the official time open, a 24-hour bar, food and drinks all day long. The food is more than adequate, only sometimes a bit tasteless, because few spices used. But in Cuba already eaten much worse. In addition one needs not complain about, because german food we have at home. Other countries other customs! One should accept, if one there want to travel. The selection of drinks was great!

    As i have already mentioned, the staff is very friendly - is also important, as one which itself opposite situation. The employees speak spanish and english one comes very well. Our room would be cleaned daily and it was alright, also in the bathroom. Only drawback in this hotel - we had a week and a half, no warm water, because the lines just shabby and now be fixed. With cold water showers was not so bad, as it is not really cold but was to wash their hair was it not so great. The complaints from all the tourists were taken but such a repair takes in Cuba already sometimes longer. We ended up as compensation a travel voucher from the tour operator. They offered us another hotel in Varadero but we didn't to Varadero.

    Have at the beach sometimes beach volleyball played and in the evening, billiards or table tennis. Entertainment not interested. Furthermore, you can so go for a swim-in the evening in the dark - fun!

    From Havanna airport to the hotel we are at night 5 hours and back during the day 4 hours went. You can go across Cuba during the day and it is simply interesting and adventurous. In the hotel we had 2 minutes walk to the beautiful white and clean beach. There are enough sunbeds, with schattenplätzchen, available. The loungers and towels were in decent condition. Excursions could at the travel agent in that place or with a taxi company. Taxis are plentiful in front of the hotel available. Highly recommend is the Jeep Safari by the mountains. From the hotel beach right a stroll on the beach, is worthwhile. One must occasionally from time to time times onto the street elude, but the area is very nice and after about 2 hours (slowly strolling) a really great beach bar-grill caribe. To Trinidad always nice with the taxi drive, those take one everywhere, also directly to the bank and a vintage car one has more Cuba feeling than the bus. Were many a time in Trinidad, also in the somewhat remote roads-adventure! Definitely avoid the tower in Trinidad rise - really great views over the whole city, to the hotel.

As a regular guest one knew the cuban problem, this time it was 15 days no warm water. You need only the hair wash. There were therefore other hotels offered, or per day without ww 10% discount from the room price. We declined, since Neckermann the money from the hotel back in/out privileges could have been. The management tried hard and with a bottle of rum apologized. read more

The hotel brisas Trinidad del mar makes a neat impression the courtyard with a pool and several small shops and bars is inviting to stay a while. However on the rooms is the furniture to be enjoyed with caution. Closet doors hung only on a screw. No hot water during our 2 days your stay. Everything seems to be very outdated and worn. For 2 days ok. But for a holiday with südseeflair no thank you read more

Food was horrible, service non-existant. The rooms are old and dirty (cigarette stumps in the sink...). the shower had either no water or very cold or very hot water. Nothing in between. There are two pools, one of them was empty. The only good thing is the short distance to the beach and the beach itself. read more

we will be back, very satisfied with the beach, friendly staff clean hotel many peace ( few children ) however we were out and about a lot in the city Trinidad therefore breakfast i'd say very good. read more

This hotel needs a complete makeover the room. In any case was our room not good. One saw on many things in Cuba way which the standard the room regards, but cleaning they could already ( rusty mountings disturb me not, but 2 centimeter high dirt for example in the corners). Lighting was comfortable therefore very sparsely. The showers no water available respectively if a very small ray. With luck even something warm water. In the caribbean sea was the water warmer. However in any case worked our toilet, which also not everywhere the case was. Safe could also not ... be used, because the batteries once again everybody was. To top it all I here beautiful stomach/ darminfekt closed and was not the only the happened. No comment to eat. Hygiene seems somewhat utopian to be. What compensated is the beach, the is really great. Loungers and shade places are abundant. If you're on your own, you should rather look for another hotel. We had two nights here for. read more

    The rooms are our opinion big enough, had twin -beds, tv( which in our room not worked ), safe, mini bar( empty) and balcony. The bathroom had bath tub/ shower( what a bit chipped was) and hair dryer. We had our stay in the evening no warm water.

The hotel is no worth 4 stars. There was problem during the check in, complaints were only partly done. The state of the rooms is bad, dirty bed sheets, dirty closets, partially crabs in the room, the air conditioning was very loud and dripped. The bathroom was worn. I can't recommend this hotel. read more

We stayed in this hotel because of a round trip. The complex itself was great, the garden made a well-kept impression however the rooms were the schlestesten the we have ever seen, unfortunately we had to 3 days there. The worst which we however experienced was, the glasses again filled and ungespüllt to the guests was brought (Yuck, yuck). It knew no who previously from the glass had drunk. 2 nights in large Cuba visit Neckermann in the rainy season we spend in the this hotel. Because of storm and rain we could the natural advantages (beach, diving, snorkel, sunbathe and relax ) unfortunately not enjoy. In short: 2 times room changed and nevertheless in the water slept, cold water for showering, power outages in the room (had even at the fuse box ), room-maps constantly broken. Staff the transit -guests nothing special friendly. No shampoo and soap in the room. Food on three stars level, otherwise i can't judge. Probably better weather conditions the better impressions. read more

The hotel is directly at the beach. We had a room with a sea view. The historic part was about 12 kilometers away and with a Sammelbus or by taxi reachable. The beach was very nice. read more

The whole hotel complex seemed to me already very worn and well arranged, I felt more like at a campsite. The room was although it is very large but also very worn and uncomfortable, the cleanliness was still acceptable straight. By erdgeschosslage didn't it seemed always dark. At the buffet there was a wide choice but taste and quality the food was for me rather disappointing. The beach is very nice and wide. For a short break how about a round trip is this hotel okay, however I would here not my two-week Annual holiday want to spend, because me ... the complex but much to is uncomfortable and the flair is missing. read more

The right hotel for Rundrundreisen, pleasant staff, really beautiful atmosphere between Karibik- and südstaatenflair in the evening( these are the many rocking chair with), the show one should not miss. The best part is the long sandy beach, with lovely clean water and the proverbial Karibik-sunset. A fault in the water supply could to our surprise ( caribbean quickly ) fixed be. read more
