In every aspect really first-class hotel, over here everything is written. This second visit will not our last.
The pricing is confident and in my opinion at the upper Border concerned. All the surprising or rather annoying, that W-lan at these rates again strong pay want. That's picky with a tendency to the rip-off. We did without. read more

Only few minutes on foot to the old town, better the hotel can do not lie. We had our room with club-lounge which was pleased us very much. Above all things the view from the fourth floor ( balcony with tables and chairs) down in the old town and on the sea. The breakfast was delicious, everything was there. You need not go hungry-) afternoon a small selection at cakes and creams and evening there was a selection of various canapes. Our room was large and clean. More is actually not. We would at any time book this hotel ... again. Couldn't be better. read more

This hotel was also bombed during the Yugoslavia war in 1991-93. It was rebuilt and opened in 2005. It is situated right next to the bus station and Pile Gate. From the busy road comes noise to the terraces.
We had booked the Presidential suite which is a huge suite with separate dining and living rooms, one bedroom, a bathroom with jacuzzi and a big 20 metres long balcony with great views over the old town. However the television in the bedroom is small and of old type. Also the suite has fitted carpets. Together with air fresheners sprayed by ... the maid the air was not so fresh.
The suite guests are entitled to the executive lounge which serves coffee, refreshments, wine and beer all day. From 18:00 there are snacks and other spirits available until 23:00.
We had breakfast at the Porat restaurant. It was excellent.
On checkout there was a spa bill from the previous guest on our bill. It was sorted out in five minutes by two receptionists. read more

All in all, we were very pleased. The service was very friendly.
The breakfast buffet was a bit smaller than in other hotels, but big enough and varied Hilton well.
The rooms are small but very nicely equipped.
Unfortunately the hotel is not directly on the sea, so that you don't even have to jump in the Adriatic Sea. But dfür is the central location to the old town.
All in all a good hotel, Hilton standard.

Great hotel for business travellers, not the run of the mill room, but with a lot of atmosphere. Had a room on the 3rd floor. Floor overlooking old town and sea. The food wasn't so exciting in the hotel and even for Dubrovnik expensive, but there were very good restaurants in the immediate vicinity. 2 min walk to old town and city walls. read more

The Hilton is located on the edge of the old town, quiet, our room was facing the Gartenseiten. The public is European, mostly British. I can't agree with the opinions of previous tester - the hotel is over-rated. The room was alright, including the cleanliness and service, suits but perhaps a local specialities 4 -Star hotel. Breakfast was nothing special, daily the same, the Restbrot there was lunch! We spent 4 x lunch (perforce because the restaurant was air conditioned - outside it was very, very hot. ) No change during our stay of package, the same every day stained ... Show, food taste and carelessly displayed. The service (you had to seek it!) did seem surprised that every time someone came to the dining at all. The hotel operates beach section - shuttle service for a fee is an imposition for guests of so-called 5 star hotels. Broken pool chairs at the beach without pads, unsanitary Toilettenverhältnise and a "shack" a small restaurant. Don't book excursions, for example, 3 hrs Korcula. Boat trip, 1 hour. visual inspection, 2 hours rest, back with boat and bus. read more

One of the few 5 * hotels in near Old Town, just behind the wall with a stunning view over Dubrovnik; international guests. All the facilities you can expect to this category, also in the rooms. Very friendly, competent and not intrusive staff. Rooms in different furnishing available, we had executive and were in executive plus room: 40 sqm including huge bathroom and with balcony to the quiet garden. At executive lounge-use including: Striking range of food and drinks available almost around the clock at very personal attention on the top floor (does not warrant almost alone on the higher ... room rate). Hotel is apparently always fully booked, ups reservation affordable rates. up to date (Easter) we would have paid 24 50 % more than when booked months in advance. We would in Dubrovnik. Only drawback: Pets are allowed, in our case a bit disturbed by a few times two dogs in the next room. Have complained about the upon check-out; they were sort of disappointed that we the staff not through early map opportunity to help us out. read more
