We have a standard room booked. On arrival we were given a room ( number 505), which in a way lateral wing of the hotel was. Our accommodation had 2 room ( living room with a balcony) with access to a narrow flight of stairs down to the bedroom and bathroom. Already on the way to our room was a musty odor in the air. To 2 days we in the bedroom mold and 2 wet walls feast. The bathroom had no window, but many ants. From the side of the staff after criticism the walls of the room wiped ... and the air conditioning high rotated. Since we due to health reasons refused in this premises ( damp bed sheets included) another night to spend, we received a new room ( number 206). The room 505 after our Leave cleaned. We assume, that other guests this room referred to. Our new room was in the 2nd floor in the main building of the hotel. It was small (door to the balcony was only half open, since the bed stood before it) but dry and didn't musty. The balcony was in the direction a parking. We had from there views of various trash cans and in further distance on the sea. The beds in the hotel were very hard ( plank of wood instead of slatted frame). The swimming pool was very nice and tidy. The general lounges were neat and lovingly furnished. The small fitness area was only partially usable, since the device mostly not ready for action ( defect respectively no more adjustable) were. The majority of of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is rather English guests furnished, the majority of the vacationer made up. The village Cala Sant Vicenc is not only simply quiet, but works rather dead (many vacant building). If the weather good thing is, the beautiful Bays of vacations and locals. Nearby worth seeing are Pollenca and port Pollenca. Renting a borrowing car is advisable. read more

The hotel is definitely recommendable, for couples, the a quiet vacation would like to spend. Also was very good the beach, the directly at the hotel landscaped reef invites for snorkeling a, the transparency of the sea was impressive. The breakfast was very good, the dinner left however to be desired. The rooms were quite the 4 stars category worthy, they were clean, the bathroom convinced with a shower and bathtub. Also were available a flatscreen tv and an always filled mini bar, against extra charge. It was a great vacation overall, the very recommendable is. The bus connection to ... other Cities like for instance San Calos left however to be desired. read more

Who rest and relaxation looking for, is right at home here. A small, fine hotel with excellent service, the leaves nothing to be desired. Likewise is excellent the quality of the kitchen. read more

    The room is quite generous with an extra sitting room section and a balcony. The interior is very nice. The technical equipment is not high-end but absolutely appropriate to the room price.

    There's one restaurant with a wonderful atmosphere and an extra bar. A little bit uninspired we heard the same songs every evening. The restaurant has a few dishes and that is the reason for the really excellent quality! In my opinion the side salad is a little bit expensive. But every time the dishes were a great experience and the price absolutely justified! The breakfast offered a broad range of fresh products: vegetables, fruits and freshly squeezed orange juice.

    The staff is very hearty and attentive. Rooms are clean and you get your curtains closed in the evening accompanied by a candy beneath your bed. International newspapers are provided every day for free in the bar. And WLAN is also accessible for free. My wife's and my opinion diverged about the hotel uniform. It's a matter of taste :-)
