Older hotel, but clean and tidy.
Attention: absolutely reconditioned rooms book! The older rooms are very worn out and not recommendable.
Wi-fi included.

We had a deluxe room on the 16. floor booked. The size is completely sufficient. In the hotel was free wi-fi- reception, which i thought was good. We wanted a hotel near the sky train and patpong and the offers furama. Sees definitely not after a star hotel from, but we had a deluxe room and it was large, quiet and furnished nicely. Bathroom fully glazed and in very good condition. Free wi-fi!
The breakfast room is dark and rather uncomfortable. As it is very low, it looks also always full.

The hotel is already come into the years and run-down.
We had 3 nights with breakfast, breakfast was okay.
Pool, great view (20. floor), but little loungers, still less shade.
We were from the room or suitcase a shirt, a mp 3 players and leatherman stolen.
We have a lot in our travel experiences, but that we were robbed, we here in furama the 1. time happens.
There is better and friendlier hotel in Bangkok. read more

For our last few days in Bangkok, we wanted once again another hotel try. This time the furama silom – so well, still time we do not do this.
If you the hotel enters makes it a good impression, clean, tidy and friendly staff. The check in were cleaned promptly and we had within 5 minutes our room changed on the 10 floor. I have already read, that the beautiful rooms but the 15. you are away, but in addition there was no conversation.
Now the room: of renovations of which you have been reading, i couldn't discover. The room ... was already very worn. Especially to see was in the bathroom and on the utensils.
No towels, no shower gel, and 2 of three days you had to the water (2 times bottles per day) chase. The chambermaid struck herself 'hard'. Very bad the bed linen and the towels. These look as if they were the last 5 years in duration have been. Respect the bathroom is for smaller people (from 1.8 metres) one pushes very easy to get to the head, it looks as if there is more than 10 years not renovated. Please do not the exhaust-air unit look up, the sight was not nice.
Something positive it looks with the breakfast. The selection is good, and the coffee is also not only the cans-broth from lots of hotels. Here there are two separate machine where you their coffee making facilities.
The fitness room and sauna which we didn't try it, but after a short inspection seemed quite reasonable.
The check-out was also without any problems, and we could even showers because we had a red eye flight back to Germany had. read more

The front desk made a good impression, but the room was not done.
It made a musty not renovated impression.
We then got an other room. It was a little bit better but nevertheless not really pleasant. The balcony was unusable (dirty and large loud air conditioning) on 2. evening came in the bathroom water through the ceiling. Habituation needy is also the ' showcase ' from the room into the bathroom - can but also have fun.
The breakfast was ok. And the breakfast room just a renovated, furnished garage.

The rooms on the ... upper floors should be according to other traveler be better (renovated and in good condition) as the modernisation works have not yet been completed, can the condition for the lower floors to change.

Good: location and connections of the hotel, pool and view of the roof on the 20 floor. Bad the room on the 12. floor was the purest disaster. Worn and dirty. Only on strong urge us a different room on the 10. floor allocated. The condition was better, but not good. Noise at night (hostelcharakter), in the rest of the night a massive wasserdurchbruch in the bath from the above floor. In spite of (the front desk of course it was called), there was no attempt to the remedy or any related declarations. A room cleaning there were also not ... in the period of 2 days. Conclusion: surely never again. read more

The quality the room was clearly on our expectations. Furthermore the hotel is very centrally located. In the immediate vicinity is a skytrain station, lots of restaurants and the known skybar from hangover 2.

Very nice and large room with large bath 'in the glass box' ( with a shower and bathtub) in 19th Floor. Unfortunately had the room carpet and it smelled very musty/musty (it seems to me, as if it has become damp and never really dried). Upon my request I was a room ( small and not so nice) without carpet shown, but also here it smelled quite musty/musty. It was a bit better examining the air conditioning some time was. A day long it smelled also very bad from the bathroom (after sewage the worst sort of). The staff were ... very accommodating and helpful. The breakfast a less disappointing, for example tasted the fruit juices not at all. The breakfast was ( as advertised) 'American breakfast', which I personally not so appealing. The I had book apparently missed (or there was then only at the vouchers, I'm not sure). Silom was a good area, to explore Bangkok, the way to the next Skytrain station takes about 10 minutes read more

Of course you could the furama not with a five star hotel comparisons, however the service should nevertheless votes. It has lots of things, stand minimal cleaning. And so on Wi-Fi is free of charge available, could however somewhat faster and falls sometimes completely. Were only one night in this hotel and that was also enough. Never again. We have altogether 4 days spent in this hotel and loved it.
The hotel is very central and is approximately 20 minutes out from the airport. From the outside it looks like a completely normal high rise building. Inside however everything looked very well-kept and great from. Our deluxe room was freshly renovated and modernly furnished. In the room everything is, that you need. Of air conditioning to a iron. Also free of charge: Wi-Fi. You must merely a code from the reception and already can one unlimited surfing.
The check-in at the front desk ran fast and problem-free. The ... employees were very helpful and we were amazed, that one almost no handrail itself had. Very unusual, if you'have never been in such a country vacation spend has.
In the immediate vicinity there is a tram station from where it is easy and without having to change the largest shopping centers comes. ( for example MBK, etc.)
Breakfast in the hotel was delicious and you absolutely could not complain about. To rush hours it was sometimes about with seats, but mostly was still something free.
From here you can also good, different excursions right at the hotel book. We have a daytrip and the sights of interest with a guide looked at. We have about 1100B. / per person. ( 1 euros = 37 B.)
After the excursion we have a small round in the pool on the roof terrace dabbled, because the July with 34 Grand outside and thanks to the high humidity really was very hot.-)
All together we found our stay in Bangkok interesting and the hotel left nothing to be desired! read more

It is a very nice and inviting hotel.
With small trains could one everything very well and very much reasonably priced as from other Districts of Bangkok from Reach.
Also the breakfast, the warm dishes changed daily, was very tasty!

Due to the central location and the very good traffic connection an ideal starting point for the exploration Bangkok. The rooms are huge, clean, and very well furnished. The breakfast buffet is very plentiful and offers something for every taste suitable. The pool on the 20th floor is clean, but for a refreshment not really suitable. From the roof terrace has a really beautiful view over the city.

We are after a strenuous trip in the afternoon in the hotel arrived and were only once with a upgrade surprised.
