I the hotel can very good.
It is located in the trade fair area, but it drives every 10 minutes, a bus to the center(for 1,50 Euro)
It pleased us super and i know what i write, because i have already lots of hotels seen. read more

We were very positively surprised. Especially is the gastronomy to point out. Very attentive and friendly staff. As guests with half board we felt very in good hands. The dinner tasted good. There is in our opinion nothing to complain about. We will be back. read more

The hotel is already reasonable. However for this price and compared to other Sheraton-hotels is this hotel unfortunately much worse.
Breakfast hall almost unbearably noisy and cramped, breakfast buffet minimal for a four points Sheraton, room very small and, although the hotel rather is new but already very worn.
In the middle of the industrial area - so to speak at the weekend in the nowhere...
Will during the next Bolzano-visit another hotel choose.
But once again to repeat - the hotel is not bad and there is no real beanstandunspunkt. - from the price apart. Therefore recommendation! read more

The hotel is located outside from Bolzano in a trade/ industrial area with easy access to the highway. The ausschtattung is very nice and modern with spacious rooms. A parking garage is. The breakfast was excellent-very well appointed with fresh products. Have in the evening the restaurant tried and were also very satisfied. In short: nice hotel, great restaurant, somewhat remote located. read more

We used the hotel as stop-over. It was simply great. Great service also difficult problems. Bus station almost on the doorstep and city center from Bolzano in 15 to 20 minutes reachable.
We (2 adults + 2 grandchildren) would choose the hotel anytime again. read more

The stay in the hotel was great.
The room was very nicely furnished, for my taste unfortunately a bit too small. The bed is very comfortable, the tv had a good size. Unfortunately our air conditioning apparently a defect had, we could the room not cold enough rules.
The bathroom was really huge, we even had a bath tub.
The breakfast buffet was beautifully prepared, unfortunately the breakfast room was very loud and noisy. The food was delicious and sufficiently available.
The spa area i really liked. There is a textile and textile sauna area. The pool is pleasant large ... (for a hotel), the hot tub was always free. There are large sun terraces with loungers. Also there is free towels and bathrobes. The cosmetic and massage i didn't use.
The hotel is situated in a industrial area, in walking distance there is a supermarket. As an alternative to the hotel restaurant we only an all-you-can-eat sushi/asia/whatever restaurant found, this is unfortunately not recommendable. read more

The room and the kitchen was excellent. You could the pool from 6:00 o'clock in the morning use, which also was great. Was not so good the location of the hotel, as well as the high park fees in the garage. read more

Unfortunately we were lucky, that the air conditioning did not work and they the whole night from the cover their Kondeswasser on the carpet dripped. Well for a four-star hotel this is not just recommendable. read more

Beautiful and recommendable hotel, unfortunately somewhat out of the way. Very friendly staff, wonderful pool with a magnificent view. Room nice large, clean and appropriately furnished. Good breakfast buffet. Only point of criticism: the air conditioning on my room ( number 223) was a bit noisy. read more

Good hotel with modern flair. Nice bar around the end tzu leave. Hotel lies but isolated and there is no usable bus connection. Hortelgarage is 20.-Euro/night simply way too expensive. read more

You used this hotel as a stopover in Bolzano for one night. This hotel corresponds to the information clarified. Very clean, very well equipped. Choice in the restaurant is varied. Breakfast more than enough. We felt very much at ease. Only point of criticism is the overpriced parking of the hotel. 20,00 Euro / night in a non-private garage under the hotel.
Alternatively you could the car on the street parking (if you get one of the few parking spaces finds). All together in our experience stay pleased. read more

The following bothered us a lot: dusty shelves, the bathroom door ( Sliding door) was with large strain to operate, they wanted 8 euros fee for a bathrobe. The pool was ice-cold! The' spa facilities' was generally very cold. For breakfast we had to in the restaurant breakfast (not in the breakfast room), because so a large hotel the room was not enough. For the parkgarage the really 20 euros on the day, where you opposite simply outside parking is. On foot there is a big spar reach, but for the town in any case a car.
The choice of ... breakfast was quite good, but also here with the dishes not been fulfilled. But what then was there, was good. And the atmosphere on the ground floor is really very nice. The included restaurant we didn't try it, as we evenings rather in the town eat out. read more

The hotel lies 5 minutes away from the old town. Alternatively, the bus be used, the regularly the city center starts, so not a problem, also without a car. The building are outside like inside modern and has a clear cut. We were received nicely and were given instead of the booked double room a free upgrade to one of the Starwood-preferred-guests suites, their facilities and generous ambience we very enjoyed. Breakfast buffet and dinner were tasty, albeit not at star level. Only point of criticism, the US would the spa area, for the size of the hotel is totally ... inadequate measure. There is urgently Action. Apart from that we can the hotel would be happy to recommend. For those who prefer in the old town lives is certainly with the 'Griffin' or 'laurin' better served-everything matter of taste. read more

If you don't mind, that the hotel in the business district ( seminary hotel) it is really recommendable nonetheless. The food was really good, the wellness area unfortunately we can't say, had no time to visit him. Also, we can't say anything about it, whether the front desk with complaints can handle, as it was nothing to fault. For our purposes ( hiking and climb) the hotel is optimal, we would go there again at any time. read more

Almost 200 room directly with trade fair complex.
Booked online, onlinebestätigung with promise of breakfast and internet and mineral water and coffee and fitness room free. Arrived here i should €7.70 a day internet pay,15 Euro on the day for breakfast, extra charge of 15 Euro for room service. Only after protest i access to the internet on the 2. day free after i booking confirmation to manager sent have. Very unfriendly treated, as if i do not have the right to demand would have.
It is 20 Euro a day for garagenutzung requires. Totally rude and covered ... price for the garage for everyone.
Then early at night (about 20:15) total power outage on 13 march for over 20 minutes, not even the sicherheitslicht on the door is tackled. No explanation from the hotel got what was happening, no apology given.
Breakfast to the room not recommendable, totally bad and expensive.

Well, was good. Everything neat and good materials. But nevertheless everything was not very to the display of shared Premiumanspruch 'by Sheraton'. The breakfast could have cost 15 euro instead of 20 also, the parking lot as well. Very weak: unclear pricing of the room service: depending on side selection from the menu even five, times 15 euro surcharge on top of the already very pointedly 'premium behaved' price. We booked the 'stopover' offer on our way back from the south of Italy. The offer was adequate, the room had reserved us a junior suite with extra beds for my two children. When we arrived we were given an upgrade to an executive suite, which was really nice and spacious. The restaurant is converted at present and was therefore not usable, the pool was well maintained and clean, but smelled strongly of chlorine. Breakfast was bustling, apparently the hotel was fully booked, but the buffet was always quickly refilled, the choice was okay. The garage was the stopover inclusive ..., otherwise they would cost 20 €. Would I expensive, but you can easily praken in the area, it is not a trade fair. read more
