the size and furnishing of the room was good. the cleanliness and the condition leave however very to desire: in the bedroom the wallpaper already at 2 places from the wall couch worn-out and with stains glasses in the kitchinette dirty Badefließen with brown dirt traces toilet Seat worn Holes in the wall Partly no disguising the connecting door living/sleep area does not lock bath tub maximum to shower suitable, by far not for cheat Varnish at the doors goes off safe broken Mirrored wardrobe with fractional disk

the breakfast buffet was more than offering a clear view. There was only white bread, the with a very worn Toaster. Something packaged jam and butter, a dish with cucumber/ Tomato/Pepper. Cereal, milk was only on demand. the little cheese and sausage did not look appealing.

The first front desk is was very unfriendly on arrival, referred us (since we had somewhat earlier to were) brusque point, we should at 14 o'clock return, if the room ready is. when checking in no information was offered, for example where and when the breakfast drives is, or, if you want to know something (like that as I it from all other hotels know, where you very friendly and unlocked is received). the room safe was broken. First complaint said, the responsible Specialist is no longer there, he would come only on the next day and then from about 15 hours. Short time later rang the phone, it would now someone was sent up to be. The safe was briefly examined, then realized, that you only on the next day something could do. when we on the next day from our visit came back, it was called initially the safe was in the meantime been fixed, which however as mistake turned out. Short time later the 'expert' again, after a short inspection again determine, he could now not proceed and return to the next day put off.

the hotel lies near the old town, the Damaskustor. 10 einminütiger footpath, small shops for daily Need are in the immediate proximity. in direct neighborhood are several hotels. The parking for a private car is therefore rather bad, as there is only one Gemeinschaftsparkplatz with the surrounding hotels are. the on the homepage advertised 'underground car park' turned out to be small garage with hardly existing spaces. In case a space would be, it would additional 20 US-Dollar a night! Costs!

1 . Negative: from the moment of arrival bath not cleaned. Fresh towels often forget the service staff. ordering from taxis at "small trips for "supposedly to long waiting times" are not possible. Breakfast appetising old sausage, coffee also "Turkish" not edible. Front desk was very rude. For example. On departure, there were problems with two business booked. The concierge argued that he had to spend nights in a lobby. Simply furnished rooms. Old interior 2 . Positive: large rooms, good mattresses, close to read more
