Unfortunately one gets for the price we paid a very bad service! Do you mean from the front desk to the service and the kitchen had everything was bad! On the day of arrival we were greeted by the Hotel manager was the flow! The first lunch we received the first shock on the hotel's terrace shifted because the grilled meat with 30C without cooling and cover the crickets ready! The food at the buffet was rarely hot and looked a little bit from! What strikes guests offered here I would not get in a distributed Obdachlosenheim! The dishes were ... actually only for a wedding reception to use since there had chipped! Unfortunately was not at all the bars the same drinks get what I do not agree tensile is. The service was rather bad except for making the beds and new towels hinhägen was unfortunately not been cleaned! I would also like to mention is the dining-hall is much too small if all hotel guests almost at the same time for breakfast or food! read more

The hotel was dirty and Disgusting there were cockroaches in the bed we changed rooms 3 times and again were roaches inside. We had bed bugs in the bed and the bathroom was a small pool as always if you take a shower the water is gathered so it was impossible to Dryedon the sofa was a BIG spot. The beds were never cleaned.!!! At the beginning our bags were not in the room we had to carry the do-it-yourself We didn't like the food was as well as many other not: the silverware were not cleaned it ... was always dirty. I don't know whether you can call the food. The pool was disgusting and dirty. 100 meters from the beach [sea]away was a pipe burst the everything was, of course into the sea. Broken glass in the sea you the feet injured herself. Once inside you had to cross a "road" to come to the beach to back yard surrounded by beach was for all to use to the locals so they took a the place or sit right outside. At the bar were water containers these were dirty and dead flies swam in juices and in the water, wine stored you not in shallow but in cans in the blazing sun were !! The cleaning lady had yelled at us on our bed sand and that was in Bulgarian. Now you abusive and said she would have a lot of work again !! Then we found out that it a shower for the feet, but this was no padding it was quite normal shower but she was not clean everywhere was mold and the trash floor collected around it. The bathroom had mold on the shower as well as at the curtain. The hotel is not recommendable geared toward families as it is not always impressive on the beach party's ( morning - evening ) celebrated as on the Ballermann !! They were rude!! And most speak a word of German !! Do not stay at this hotel you become sick lie in bed and the hours count up they get back home I could go on but now as I'd sleep here in the morning!!! read more

The hotel made a clean impression. rooms were very clean and friendly furnished. The difference in nationalities was very much in all inclusive area noticeable. It came to me, as I did nothing to drink offered allinklussive guest. From the versprochenem buffet (because Urlauberanzahl = 6 persons) wasn't offered, you saved the Nachmittagsnack indicated a, coffee after the evening meal there was from the flask luke warm from the morning. The hotel is in general a very clean and decent made unhygienic cleanliness at the beach was very schlecht.In the whole week. the beach wasn't even food and drinks were for the size of the hotel was fine and gut.In few minutes you are in the center of Obzur.Eine good bus service is available to the Sunny.transfer time approx. 1 hour. read more

The vacation in Paraiso Beach was a very pleasant surprise. A wonderful atmosphere for relaxed family vacation. Our son loved the offers for the small guests at the hotel and we - by the friendliness of the staff, the delicious food and the beach as it is right on the hotel spread. Glad to come back again and again in Paraiso Beach holiday Obzor Bulgaria. Absolutely recommendable, not least because of the very good value for money. read more

A small hotel not too far from the beach. It boasts a swimming pool which we didn't use - For whatever reason: The sea is directly in front of the door. At just over the average age 30 we noticeably reduced most guests were a bit in the retirement age. But we were there in the off season. At the reception German and English spoken. In this hotel you are on your own, no variation and very impersonal. Food monotonous, 14 days - scrambled eggs or fried eggs for breakfast and two kinds of plus cheese.
