I was there 13 april in 1 week, and It was worth all the money. The staff was great and friendly and the hotel was in perfect size for me. The animation team was really funny and friendly as well, and DJ ASKIN is the best dj ever! He is beyond perfect! read more

Be careful-don't book abgewirtschaftetes hotel sinks in dirt. The disgust factor high and the staff seems mostly to have given up. Complaints were than annoying and there is no remedy. The list is too long, to a relaxing hotel to offer to be able. The worst hotel, that i ever offered got. We transferred immediately. The number of stars is sometimes questionable, but it is already in the direction fraud. read more

    Disgusting. On each edge was dust. Mold in living room and bathroom, extremely many drops on the mirror in the bathroom, very worn toilet seat, broken furniture, broken air conditioning system, rusted faucet, cracks in the wall, plaster redissolves in the shower, very dirty bathroom door (looked like vomit), huge stains on carpets in the corridor, next to elevator is possible trays with leftovers and dirty glasses and you will the whole day not cleared... The list goes on.

    The floor in the restaurant stuck in some places, elsewhere it was greasy and smooth. The dishes were partly unenjoyable, sometimes however quite alright. For breakfast there was a large bowl of cereal. These were to a mass together. With a spoon i could no flakes and showed the bowl to the chef. This was clearly furious about my note. He stamped with a spoon so long in the bowl around, until some flakes solved and the bowl again. Chicken was apparently with the cleaver dissipated. The pieces were numerous knochenstückchen. For breakfast i found hardly any edible things.

    There was only a nice guest at the front desk, a young man, whose efforts of his superiors sometimes stopped. At the bar tried someone, but he was on time and left guests also quite simply is possible. In the restaurant was not ignorant. Complaints were with clear expression of discontent ignored.

    The environment of the hotel is unattractive. The sea can on foot be achieved, the shortest way leads however unfortunately at a large hotel-ruin along. Trash fly in the area around, the also sometimes in the pool land. However there are numerous shops nearby and a bar with nice people and great music, and moderate prices.

Who cleanliness have please do not in Desiree hotel. Who good and clean food do not Desiree hotel. Who good and clean to sleep wants is also nothing. Sleep at night in the dining room between bread cats and help yourself before guests. It smells everything in the hotel after cats. Room is horror mattresses and blanket and pillows-without words. On the floor and in bed were hairs and dirt. In the bathroom everything was moldy with way fahrbe again and again improved. Bathtub fully hair fuj fuj. Never more and with children not at all. People shame about the ... money make yourself great vacation and not so erger as we read more

The hotel is a bit outdated, but renovated. It consists of 2 buildings, in the winter but it was only a full. The lobby nice but unfortunately freezing cold. The thermometer has just 14 degrees appropriate. Check-in and check-out was very friendly, the rooms fast assigned. We have booked all inclusive, i will later more detail. Guest structure all ages, the time but many older people. German, russian, dutch, austrian... From all a little german holiday-makers, but in the majority. Cleanliness there is generally very little to complain about, it was clean everywhere... read more

    All inclusive meant: drinks from 10 all soft drinks, beer, wine coffee... Local alcoholic beverages. Breakfast, lunch and dinner in buffet form, the quality the prepared food for turkish standards are as' very good ' to describe. The selection of dishes was sufficient, in the morning is unfortunately the bread to benmängeln, only bread to cut, 4 sorts, no croissants no variation, the rest but very good, scrambled eggs, eggs, omelets... Lunch and dinner were very good quality, typically turkish. The choice i thought adapted to the season. Chicken and turkey, well you can relax in the Turkey no beef or pork imagine. Tasty soups, very good salad bar and very much sweet for dessert! The cleanliness well, sometimes dirty dishes, but this is half as bad. No cats in the hotel.

    The friendliness... There is nothing negative to say, very friendly to the children, attentive in the dining room, and everyone speaks a little german. The cleaning of the rooms was also good, complaints were taken up and taken care of immediately.

    The airport is approximately 70 kilometers away, the arrival about 70 minutes. Kiumköy is currently a only construction site, the hotel right inside. Side and Manavgat with Dolmuş fast and very favorable to reach.

It was a great vacation overall. What i or and very disturbed that we no possibilities had swim to go. It was an indoor pool specified but it had closed. There was in the bathroom the shower leaky this meant for us after showering half of the bathroom underwater unfortunately no that nice ☺. The beach is about minutes away but in a rather bumpy path and very clean was the beach unfortunately not. For this the food was really super. It was a massive choice and always nice freshly prepared. However, it was very cold in the lounge and ... in the dining room you had to with thick sweater and long pants there seats. I was with my friend here a week wellness to enjoy and the winter in Germany to escape. Thanks to swimming pool, sauna türisch bathroom and massages in the hotel is this the best managed. The food was plentifully and the selection large. The surrounding shops are totally sufficient and who would like more can surrounding cities easily with the Dolmuş reach. The staff speaks good german and all the guests will be treated friendly. We would gladly come again. Heike and Silke read more

If you are in the january for Side regio & Antalya decides, you should know, that you are not in a touristic hotspot travels. Lots of hotels and shops are closed at this time of year, so you have the tag on your own. The hotel is actually very pleasant, naturally by the winter, a few in the 'winter sleep'. The for me not so tragic, as i definitely not a pool area or animation need. However i found it in the room, both, as well as in the community rooms very cool. Evening you had to already times with ... thick jacket and scarf in the lobby sit. The food was good. Naturally the selection is far scant as in the high season, but quality really recommendable. The complete staff i can only praise. Very nice and helpful, despite oftmaliger overtime work, by a shortage of staff in the winter. I would particularly like to highlight at this point Osman and Musa from the reception, for the good conversation and the willingness to help. And to end on a good note the waiter Musa from the restaurant, which always very accommodating was and always a smile on the lips had. Thanks:-) read more

A catastrophe-we were certainly already 10 times in Turkey, however this hotel you can forget. Waiters respond only with trinkgeldzahlung, and have not realized the tip only at the end of the vacation there is. So we everything ourselves in/out privileges. The mattresses were totally worn out and dirty. If there is no microwave would have given, wärte our food constantly cold note for the hotel management= it would be appropriate the constantly in front of the 4 people. Elevator three days dirty glasses cups and leftovers (moldy) at least to remove, a waiter asked us, if we 4 euro ... pieces in a five Euro light einwechseln could. Yes that is probably more than rude. I have no more desire all ills to illustrate, and wish further much success. read more

In many places are really urgently renoierungsarbeiten recommendable! The bathroom should completely redone. The toilettendruckspüler was just disgusting, the many mold only in white hidden. Urgently necessary would be a gardinenwäsche included cleansing the window! In the restaurant should definitely more cleanliness the glasses are respected. These were partly not usable! Meals were often cold. Unfortunately. Have several times complained. Recommend and at least 100 points gets the whole well-educated nice team in the wellness area. You will golden hands and feels after a treatment/massage like new born! Thanks yeşim, menesa, Serkan, Hakan and Özkan, you are simply incredible. I ... will come again! read more

Friendly employees give their best, so that we a pleasant holiday. I would like to highlight the complete staff in the restaurant, especially Musa, the always a smile in the face and thereby good mood, Arthur-very efficient and gladly times a great designed table, and the restaurant chef, always nice, smiling (also to the waiters!) - what in other hotels unfortunately is not the case. Very positive is me the guests-manager noticed, the whole day in the hotel is, questions, comments or only talks with the guests leads. To my time had only the Desiree-part of the hotel open, the ... rooms are furnished nicely, the air conditioning worked the whole time on, also without a map, enough closets, mattress ok. But -in my room and other at the top on the 5. floor was dark mold on the walls, especially next to the balcony door li. /re. And the stonework damp, especially after big rains. The drains on the balcony and in the bathroom were clogged and absolutely must freely disclosed, Otherwise changes nothing! Worst was the entertainment, almost not at all available - besides evenings always the same music running. Specially in the winter it is very important (early dark and in the evening from 18 o'clock are all shops closed ) with a good varied programme the guests to converse. It is next to the cleanliness, good food and comfortable climate, the most important thing, which i a hotel aussuche. The new year's eve program with the one-man-band came only partially good. To midnight you want to celebrate, dancing, hit on the new year and not a belly dancer watch. Here, the upbeat music the entertainers rather have been appropriate. Also the disco never took place, the room was cramped with chairs. Downstairs a room with stage, for the evening entertainment good would have been. So happened the whole itself designed evening entertainment around the nothing special welcoming entertainment bar. There the weather the day mostly was very nice, i would have gladly at the beach location, but unfortunately there no chairs. Why? In every other hotel it was possible, as you during the beach strolls good could see. Also there Boccia played or Volleyball. Sad, here one could with little effort can do more for the happiness of the guests. The only negative is the mushy entrance to the hotel on (in the rain!), why is not only the road in front of the hotel made? Question to the mayor of Kumköy! Overall is the value for money well, i would stay here again, if some, as mentioned, would change. For the winter really good. 3 bars nearby, good for shopping, promenade not far. read more

The whole hotel smelled musty. In the rooms the top floor was mold on the wall. The bathtub with essay is so high, that older people not come in. At the bar you stood partly 10 to 15 minutes, before someone showed up. And new year's eve at midnight there was nothing more to drink, the bar was just too. read more

Hello, was with a girlfriend over christmas 2012 in the hotel, i really liked, the room was clean, the cleaning staff very pleasant, food was fine, the waiters were top, special thanks at Arthur and junus. At the bar was also very accommodating and the highlight for me was spa wellness, one could swim, saunas or hamam enjoy, am eingerenktworden, again thanks to Erkan and Serkan and the funny azur you all were very nice, polite and courteous felt me there very probably, will be this year again go there. I was for the 4. time in the desire and will also come back. I think it again and again great, waiters were always friendly and helpful. Especially the front desk is super Burak, ulas, Musa, Ali... Are just great Bars and shops are also right around the corner. :-) coming again soon:-) read more

Relaxing and great vacation, gladly again! In spite of the bad weather, i had a pleasant holiday in this hotel. If customer service, animation or the staff everybody was friendly, helpful but not intrusive. This i found very pleasant as a lone traveler person! A particularly positive impression with me Musa, Ibrahim and Yusuf the restaurant left. The rooms were pleasant large and it is regularly thoroughly cleaned have been. The pool area i really liked, since he largely and very beautifully put on was. There this hotel good value for money is it for me definitely again a pleasant ... place to stay for a further great vacation! read more

It is a nice hotel but not 100% perfect. The area is flawed and it is still a lot of construction going on. The rooms are normally equipped and very clean. We had all-inclusive and were very satisfied. The food was varied and very tasty. The guest structure limited on german and Austria. First shortly before our departure increase russian guests. The staff is incredibly friendly, efficient and very accommodating. Particularly positive we found the separate customer service through a specially competent employee. She was daily for questions, suggestions or complaints available and regulated everything immediately. As mentioned, the hotel ... isn't perfectly, just a 4 star hotel. Very clearly the new year's celebrations. The atmosphere was cool and the saalgestaltung reminded of a station hall. The decoration very poor and careless. Offset the action around midnight. The staff distributed sparkling wine and organized an on-site restaurant. Unfortunately, it was then also to end.
