Pleasantly small hotel, big room with good furnishings, however, the tv remote control at the front desk be required. Equipment not brand new, but decent condition and daily, very clean cleaning. read more

The food was monotonous and of poor quality, carelessly prepared (fowl tomatoes for breakfast, offered side dishes fit not to fish or meat, musty chef for breakfast.)
Beach towels for the pool 1 euro,- per day (whether used or not) i believe that rip off! read more

Rather small hotel. Friendly atmosphere. Nice clean rooms with balcony/terrace with sun late afternoon/evening. Pool with sunbeds (sun almost all day) and outdoor bar. At the time we were there, there were most Swedes, Germans, Danes, a few Poles, mostly 50-65, and a few young couples with small, quiet children. read more

The hotel has in my opinion no 4 stars. As a positive we found, that the rooms very clean and are large. The staff members were friendly and attentive. Negative noticed: furniture and fixtures were very worn. Sessellehnen in the einngshallte worn. Only the breakfast was to us reasonable, the rest for and (snacks, lunch and dinner) for us was very bad in relation to variety, taste, variety, optics and above all quality. Locally there are unfortunately also hardly alternatives to it. The luckily but in about 4 kilometer away beautiful neighboring town Puerto Mogan, where you by bus or ... cab go. On foot only over the main street distance, which long and dangerous is. The road is until the abensstunden busy, traffic noise so clearly audible. The hotel is the smallest at paradise resort in the bay taurito. The atmosphere we found very pleasant with many german and nordländern. The rooms are spacious with a tv, safe, hair dryer and big balcony. The food was tasty and diverse amongst others with typical canarian potatoes, a lot of fish and delicious ice cream. The staff with german and english is the whole day efficient, unobtrusive and helpful. Great animation. Thanks to Toni, Sami and all other. Well-kept grounds and the botanical garden with fitness trail are to be pointed out. Even in december we could blooming plants ... see wildlife. The beach with clean black sand is over an elevator and a short promenades walk about minutes distance. In the winter with 22 °c water temperature of the atlantic ocean to swim is a fun. The large mini golf course was challenging but exceptionally beautiful. With the penalties one can all resorts and up Las Palmas drive. Negative is to be pointed out, no toilets at the beach gave and one for beach chairs and umbrella 3 €shell out must.
For 2013, we plan again a stay in this wonderful hotel. read more

Small hotel, staff has hardly any german knowledge, is however friendly.
Food is for 2 weeks stay not diverse...
There are 2 bars outside of the hotel where all inclusive get, 1 time in the arena Plaza where the entertainment evening shows are held and a at the aqua park, however at the beach one must pay a you get 25% discount...
Animation team gets big praise, they give themselves very much trouble! read more

Rather a small but fine hotel, rooms with air-conditioning and a bath, and the only fault in the use the shower swam the bathroom. A pity for the nice marble. But complaining at the highest level. Food no matter when early, at noon or evening, always everything there and tasted like crazy.
Early bacon and eggs in any form, sausage, cheese, fruit, vegetable always as a large selection, ice cream at noon until evening, drinks as usual. Always tasted, the service, bar staff always friendly.
For cat lovers, there was also something for the heart, the outdoor tables.
One can ... use the water park, fun pre-programmed, beach well, not far away, not too big, advantage wind and no liegenburgen. Disco, event every evening less than 500 meters for those who need it. read more

Small, quite satisfactory hotel. We were very accommodating treated (as one called in the forest, so it echoes out!). Nimateur sammy gave themselves the largest trouble, all the guests happy to make; as well as the bartender in the piano bar. In her a great atmosphere, if (sadly too seldom!) A piano in the keys handle.
If the open grill on the terrace actuated was, the food was hot (unfortunately were different, also very tasty prepared meals many a time only lukewarm). Who fish and seafood loves, is in this hotel never too (only once the shells failed defendendo).
We ... felt on the complex quite comfortable; for the construction ruins at the opposite slope the hotel can't! A very well maintained facilities both internally, as well as in the outdoor area. read more

On arrival, you on the road dropped off and then further worry. The luggages themselves brought to the room.
We had all-inclusive, it is a bottle of water (0,5 liter), per person, on arrival, included. There are bottles bought in addition and there is also a great deal for all inclusive tourists

- for all inclusive only 0,75 Euro
Beach towels per day and towel 1, -€ cleaning.
If one the beach towels for 10 days holt, you pay just at the front desk. When it rains and the towels do not need ..., one pitch had.
Wireless internet in the hotel very bad, per day 6,- €, if one paid and no connection was, we had also unlucky. The money was gone.
Food was good, however the offer not sufficient and not diverse. read more

We (55/58 years) had a very relaxing vacation. If you little care
On own hotel beach sets ( approximately 250 meters to the dark sandy beach - chair and an umbrella ever. 3 €) and peace searches is just perfect. With open window one hears about 4:00 A. M. until 23:00 o'clock the traffic noise. The rooms are but with a well adjustable air conditioning mistake.
Than drawback we found, that on the balcony no sun screens ( Awnings or similar ) are available, as from midday to in the evening full sun was. Room 304B with beautiful ... lateral view of the sea. Hotel pool is ok.
Water park is with children great - entry (14 Euro per adults) and pool bar( drinks) in all-inclusive included.
-very friendly staff, without being intrusive. -

The hotel normally: audience was very mixed, but mostly Poland and English. For children, the spoke German, a strange to find problem - unfortunately.
Location and the surroundings: to the beach only a few minutes on foot
