Hotel in a completely acceptable condition for one week holiday in the sunny Tunisia. Every day it was all times kept clean. The whole complex was well maintained. Pool very clean and tidy size the hotel was for the off season fully adequate, sometimes too quiet. read more

It is very dirty in the complete hotel. Although we all inclusive had we had to feed as you in the look saw the food wasn't fresh. In our room the first three days to sewage smelly but those at the reception it didn't interested. That was the worst vacation we have ever had and we have, of course, with the effects the cleanliness after the return to fight. People let only the fingers about this hotel. Of the money you can a great vacation someplace else make. read more

Hello, so that we had a beautiful vacation, I can unfortunately not understand it, that there are people so bad this hotel make.
The food was really tasty and varied offered.
The entertainment was very good and was very good to the guests.
The cleanliness of the room we could find nothing bad.
In the bathroom was missing the ventilation, but therefor were generous windows. After the British and other guests were left there was in the area was quiet and relaxing.
In our opinion, we can recommend this hotel with a clear conscience. read more

Therefor it is a four stars hotel the rooms were very narrow and hard to get used to installed. The food was very poor, no variation. Our children enjoyed mostly only bread. All had stomach problems. The staff was very nice, only the animation was very loud. In the evening and the weather was bad, with boredom. read more

Hotel is generally in good shape but it might be some renovation. It seems as they didnt get enough atention on details. It is very clean and that is the most important. We in our room had problems with ants, they were everywhere, but we called cleaner and the problem was solved. Some of gests never saw any of them. Food was always hot, fresh and for everybody. Most of the gests were from France, England, Poland, Germany, Serbia, Croatia, etc. 70% were young people until 30 yrs. read more

In fact, it was the perfect vacation for us and there was not much to complain about.
Initially we were given a room, which was okay (pizzeria) on a. This in turn started at night from neighboring half o'clock with three music. the polite request from us, we got a new room as soon as possible. Very important: No on-the-Table-blast, but friendly to ask, is this rule in Tunisia.
The service was fast, reliable and to our complete satisfaction. The food was superb and everyone will be at the main dish. It ranges from several vegetables and other side dishes ... such as noodles, rice, fries etc. the mashed potatoes were all without food, important to me than hypo-allergenic, Glutamate or artificial sauces or dice Brüh. Even the fries were made and also the mashed potatoes was a delicious homemade food without additives. There were daily different meat: chicken, beef, Turkey, fish as varied was the salad decorated. At the same time, there was a small selection of fruit (grapes, melons, pears, peaches) and lots of different pastries and cakes. All meals and cakes species every day. Note: a microwave for infant food available, as well as in the bar a refrigerator for medication.
Breakfast buffet was, of course, as almost everywhere, from economical, but still in plentiful. Baguettes, croissants in all kinds, pastries, butter, sausage, eggs (hard or scrambled eggs or pressed), some hot dishes and so on
The rooms were enough from the size and clean. If you stay on the ground floor, it can happen, of course, the einnistet in one or the other ant crawls through the patio door, but absolutely minimal, as the gardeners in the outdoor area daily reviewed whether bugs.
The room cleaning was fast, friendly and clean and there was often flowers artful on the ceilings laid out. Fresh hand towels daily.
The entertainers gave their best and always had a smile, as well as an ear for special wishes. They went above and beyond for the guests and also for the children. They offered water polo, archery, miniature golf and so on. Furthermore, there is a massage therapist, pedicure, manicure however not all inclusive.
Also a room for water pipes from 17 o'clock directly by the pool is open. I don't know if all inclusive since we didn't use. Very nice and very friendly staff
A landscaper who took care of it every day around the garden, the pool was also examined daily often and so on and so forth. there was no reason to complain about anything.
The sea is not far away, a short walk away and within five minutes you are at the beach. There is a beach bar-here, too, the staff friendly and accommodating. In the beach bar you get drinking water, which also really. water Other drinks are not all inclusive.

We were 2009 in the hotel. It was great. The hotel has been renovated and the owners has changed, there is a difference between a night and day.
The service staff (last year six man and this year two men) in the gastronomy so geschrumpt, you could get lucky, half a cup of wine, beer or soft drinks.

The people at the front desk were very friendly, they understood us but not (or didn't).

Change is on the agenda, as almost every room has some flaws! The room cleaning was very poor if you ever took place, in the bathroom the joints over the bath and the sink was black mold visible.
Constantly broken glass in the inner courtyard and pool, our son had cut a piece. The fragment (guests) have young people out made, we also right next to the front desk have shown. Unfortunately no response! In the dining room you can secure a table and drinks if you gave them a tip, otherwise you get no drinks on the table. Now ... a good note, you should consider when leaving the beach chair make sure that you have your snorkel and goggles in good condition. Our only problem was people trying to sell us tatoo's in hotel and day's out as we wanted a break from being hassled to buy things. We got very annoyed. The entertainment staff where brilliant and made our holiday one to remember. We couldnt of met nicer and more helpfull people. Over all it was a brilliant holiday and we will definatly come back. read more

It was our first vacation in Tunisia. We were pleasantly surprised. All were very nice and tried hard, it was missing at nothing. Special praise to the entertainers. Hotel club Sandra was great and our vacation was very relaxing. But there is a huge point of criticism: the man in charge of security, took the lead at the check-in desk and in the room, was very disappointing. When I told him for his help a tip of two euro wanted to give, he replied but brazen, he wants to a note. He did not get rid of, until I am totally annoyed finally was five euros. When we have spent a week in Hammamet, we felt very comfortable in it. The hotel is not on the main street (PEACE) and former is not crowded. The room was very nice installed with a large bathroom and a large wardrobe. The bed was a bit hard, but you slept still nice. some rooms have balconies. There was always something tasty to eat. It was a very nice ambience. It felt like you were in a nice restaurant. Also the pool was very nice and there was an indoor swimming pool.
The Medina is very nice, you should only ... be careful, that you don't get what turned on. Either ignore or try the people fabulous.
The beach is beautiful with an all-inclusive bracelet there were beach chairs for free. The beach was not large, but well arranged therefor. As well as the hotel.
All in all, you can say, that the hotel is very nice and for a modest price very worth=) read more

this hotel is total nice! Food was good and you always found something!
Our hosts were ready for fun! (now already miss it ☺
We had a lot of fun with them and we got to know.
The only but unfriendly and arrogant was, was the head of the entertainers, the all day nothing made, but banning has, however, held itself not have. in short an utterly unnecessary only annoying. type
The guys so just pity!
But nevertheless they have given a lot of effort and a lot of pleasure for them. We see y ☺

The hotel itself was clean and well-kept!
Also the excursions we did such as camel rides, Quad biking and on the pirate ship go were nice and well worth total total!
All in all it was a wonderful and fun vacation, we will never forget!
There it is worthwhile total to use it!

We were very pleased with everything. We had our room on the first floor facing the pool side. It was cleaned every day clean and nicely decorated. All were very nice even the waiters. The food is okay, you're not in Germany. There were also in the morning crepes which children liked. Medina it was about .5 minutes. You got with the taxi everywhere. About .5 minutes to the beach.
