The bungalow complex is very nice directly at the beach( approximately 50 meters). The Zugangngswege are long and the paths to the bungalows are roughly plastered and very bad for suitcase with wheels. Superficially seen the rooms are clean. In the bathrooms the size is in the Nasszonen considerable Schimmelbelag. During the 2 weeks my time the bed linen not changed, towels on demand, also clean some stains directions. The cooler required a complete cleaning. The furnishing simple and functional, no flaws. All doors were stuck and difficult to close. My bungalow could only the terrace be entered, since the ... key not available was, furthermore there was no second key, follgedessen I always my key with the maids had to change. The staff except for English only your language, also somewhat French. For information or questions to get a little bit. The staff were rather reserved for expressed wishes, not very helpful. Short in short:
The hotel should the 3. star diminished get. In general, Boa Vista not recommendable. There is little shops. You are on the hotel angeiesen, which is also on the prices impact. For example a cup coffee 3 €; a bottle of 1l of water 2 Euro. Mittagbzw. Dinner on average around 12 to 18 Euro. I can this hotel not recommend. read more

the hotel lies direct at the beach and has about 80 beds. The complex is really nice, unfortunately only partly well maintained. The rooms are very small but adequate. The cleanliness the room was for African proportions good. Every room features a bedroom, bathroom and a small balcony.
breakfast was unfortunately insufficient.
in the hotel are a lot of French people, Italian and German. read more

Very nice bungalows with view of the sea. Small sun terrace with sun beds. Unfortunately, the cushions for the pool chairs a bit getting old and should be renewed. The staff at the bar and the restaurant was missing unfortunately motivation (except for one). There is one more bits plates. There are no bars or restaurants nearby. Unfortunately the taxis in the next town (SAL Rei or rabil) very expensive. That is why it is worth it, a rental car to take. read more

the complex looks at first glance clean, but on closer Look is everywhere Garbage, garbage bin in vain, not once in the room there is a Recycle Bin. Before our bungalow there was a pile of broken chairs. in the pool swam black indefinable things around. The tiles around the pool were partly loose and a tripping hazard. The beach chair mattresses are disgusting, dirty and torn. The safe is not as advertised for free, it will be 2,50 euros daily read more

From this hotel there could be a lot of, if the will was there. But unfortunately missing here any Motivation. Raised complaints over the food, which really was worthless, ignored. I had half board, the breakfast is a catastrophe, the food evenings there is an à la Carte menu, but it was always the same and it tasted always the same bad. furthermore it is often cold. I and many other guests had diarrhea and lasting pains. The travel guide (i had over booked) knows the problems, but on my request, why this hotel still offered, there was only the ... obtained a simple answer, there was also guests, which like, the anytime again come. I only met, the the food catastrophic found. I could really only discourage, this hotel to book. furthermore it is so remote, that you always needed a taxi for 10 euros per drive to Sal Rei, the next Location, in the you can eat. read more

It is extremely unfortunate, that the management of this hotel is so completely drinking options near the hotel. The beach is simply amazing. Our room was really clean (thanks, to our room maid). The rest of the hotel was unfortunately very neglected. Neither was the hotel beach regularly cleaned or inspected are still loose tiles away by the pool. Broken beach chairs and beach chairs at the hotel beach mats are unacceptable, dirty, torn apart-a shame that provide its customers. The food in the hotel was also modest to poor (twice I was with diarrhea flat). The handling of complaints ... was worth to experience: we spoke with the manager of the hotel on the above mentioned deficiencies. But unfortunately this 'had ' in the middle of a conversation Mr us and on the phone. He could not get back. After a few minutes we gave in. They speak with a staff of the hotels is tiresome. A typical smile, no eye contact, and rarely remedy. Furthermore, one had to constantly the feeling, that you had a request. On the whole this hotel is not recommendable. We have several unsuccessful attempts with the manager of the hotel to speak. You could make a lot from this hotel, but the management will not be. We will definitely not go back. read more
