We had our annual holiday booked, consciously in 'Hilton'. This hotel this name is rather a shame, again thanks to the great travel agency in Hamburg/ airport. The staff as manager, etc. Were tried after several complaints the stay to beautify, but after 12 days the same food and dissension what all inclusive meant we were glad to come home again home to come. If russian society, this is the place, if you kids want, eighth please be child russian, english or arabic speaks. We will not any more on the name 'Hilton' leaving. read hotel review

So, if you in Hurghada vacation and about this hotel complained, should Europa stay. Very large facility for egyptian standards and the price performance ratio very good. Also must have a clear, the Hurghada in russian. Similar Majorca and the german. But we had never negative experiences with them. à-la-carte-restaurant by russians mostly avoided. The pool area is very large and there are several. Food at the buffet is Hurghada styles. Offers everything what others offer. Service was extremely good. Here and there times a Dollar instead of Euro and everything is good. Our ocean view rooms has really deserved ... it. Large and absolutely clean. The bathrooms are just to be renovated. Is evenly also a tiresome topic in most hotels on site. Internet with 37 pounds an hour on the pc too expensive, but again a mail check takes not long. A bit more entertainment in the evening was not bad, however was our travel time in november and therefore rather in the quieter time. read hotel review

Actually I live in Cairo and went to this hotel as per friends recommendation with my wife and two daughters aged 10 and 7. It was up to my expectations as i stayed in the family building where the rooms are specially for families a big bed room and a separate parlor for my daughters just in front of the kids pool and Kids Club which was perfect for a family like us. Beach is nice and spacious with enough sun beds and umbrellas. Six pools available in the Resort. Food variety was fine some queues as restaurants are not ... up to hotel's size but in general our stay was relaxing. read hotel review

Agree with the previous review include. The so-called suites are situated in a catastrophic condition, especially the bathroom with a broken sink. Some of the houses are around 10 to 15 -minute walk from the main building and beach. In the lower restaurant you can't stop -the chairs are old and dirty, exactly like the dishes, the staff very unfriendly and the food not edible. Even the coffee didn't taste. To the guests i liked nothing say, all have the right to a vacation and the hotel has nothing for it. We were glad, that we the hotel to 2 ... days change (despite violent clashes with the manager.) Large thanks the tour guide! We didn't really high standards, but that was really not acceptable. Conclusion: if you a relaxing vacation search then please do not in this hotel! read hotel review

It has almost everything fit. Here nevertheless a few comments: The dishes were mostly varying. The desserts less. The most drinks were ok (we despite all inclusive no cocktails/drinks drink) but some one has the used not good water herausgeschmeckt (as at a few few dishes, vegetables in particular). The beach has no beautiful sand, for children little suitably. ' Hausriff' is only partially worth seeing. Service at front desk upon departure is not hospitable, since after 12 o'clock no possibilities there are around except in the lobby hang out. Because after this time the wristband, the rooms and towel cards must be delivered, otherwise must 30,00 Euro paid later will. Hilton Long Beach Resort! Arrival great, with welcome drink. Room super nice! I was really thrilled, nice large clean double room with a big balcony, view to the pool. Staff was also great polite and always nice. Safari tour (quad tour ) wasn't so great 30 minutes drive quad 10 minutes, 10 minutes the everything very planned! Snorkelling was mega the water just heavenly (you have to have experienced this)! Very many russians in the hotel were the first days i believe the only german. What i personally at all not recommend can is the bazaar in Hurghada, so bad ... i have never experienced something like that! No meters run without the you not penetrant is bequatscht mothers sit with sleeping children on the floor and beg (i were shocked)! Best in the hotel stay! On a great complex, great beach, wonderful staff! All very pleasant, we even had a suite with a view of the sea, although only a double room was booked. Unfortunately the bathroom quite dated. Another problem is, that the complex is huge. You need a viertelst. To the restaurants, at the front desk and so on. Pathetic was also the food! Every day there were theme evenings, times aisatisch, oriental, Seafood and so on. I don't know they have managed, but everything, but also really everything (!) Has gleichgeschmeckt. You can even say nothing had really taste! Everything looks good ... but that was all. Then there are the russians! There are definitely not 95%, but 97%. Correction. ☺ One is eventually became annoying. One has at least a trip to Egypt and not to Russia. read hotel review

We had a great stay! With Hilton hhonors gold card we received an upgrade to a great suite directly at the beach with 2 large rooms, large bathroom, guests-toilet and 2 balcony with a view of the sea. The paths in the hotel are long, however therefor there is a huge the offer for bars and ways to spend your free time. The food and drinks in all outlets good, in the à-la-carte restaurant podium absolutely great. With gold card also daily inclusive. There is a large pool area, like a river by the complex winds and in addition several pools across the complex ( shallow pool, quiet pool.). The fitness studio is very good equipped and around the hour open. The spa area very nicely furnished. We can gladly recommend the hotel. In particular, if you the value for money mitbewertet. Hello, we are currently in the Hilton Long Beach. Had some negative reviews read and was before departure somewhat confused. The everything was as soon as we arrived. It is really nice here. The hotel is massive, clean, big hotel, lots of pools, everything very clean and the staff are can't be beat friendly. Unfortunately lots of russians but this brings us clearly. Beach is directly at the hotel, very clean. Swimming was at this time of the year more in the pool possible since it at the beach very windy. Food is very good besides the breakfast. This could ... be a little better. Shopping right there. Many excursions like for instance boat trips, city tours, shopping, pyramids etc. Yesterday we were with our two-year son camel and horseback riding. What great. On the patio there was also monkeys, goats, cats, chickens, etc. He was very enthusiastic. We werdenndefinitiv again here again. read hotel review

The hotel has a beautiful garden-and pool area. Also the beach we really liked. The staff no matter in which area was very friendly and always cooperative. We felt really comfortable and good aufgehobenin this hotel. Also the food was very good particularly the breakfast in the restaurant Lotus. I was there two times. Hotel is still the best in Hurgada. Very nice and clean. Stuff is very very polite. Check in and check out - perfect. Room - excelent, luxury. But in summer 2012 it was much more better - I really liked the animation stuff there. But this time - they have changed it and its not good without ZIZO at all. Zizo was there in summer and he was there for young people and to make fun :) It was awesome :) Its sad there withou him. . . . . read hotel review
