We had as a place to stay a so-called villa tropical, directly at the pool with pool bar. The villa is very spacious on 2 floors. The up to the bedrooms leading spiral staircase is for handicapped people not convenient. Downstairs is a separate toilet, a living room with a door to the terrace, as well as a kitchen with small facilities. For large menus it is not enough, but little things go. Is however actually also superfluous in all-inclusive. Above, as mentioned, double bedroom, one of them with a balcony and the bathroom. The mountings in the bathroom, and ... even in the kitchen, are not more so great and are quite heavy and wobbly/loose. Everything is otherwise clean and tidy. Towels plentiful, there is also at the front desk beach towels free of charge against bail. The save room in your suitcase. read more

    As already above mentioned, we had all-inclusive. I myself am a difficult eater, dairy products and fish with me not at all. Full i am but nevertheless. You always find something. And what i found, was very good. Also my family left very often the word ' delicious' hear. Be improved have table service. Everywhere times chipped colors on walls, and so on, but it should be a relaxing vacation no harm. In the hotel there are many free current peacocks, cats and other birds. This leave is logically somewhere their business. But not every day poured out, but it is quite also times 3-4 days. I believe, the staff would also not at all follow. If you have something bad had problems, should no hotel with open land chickens are ... animals book. When we were there, had especially german, mainly french, and english. We were 1 week in this hotel. Our kids has particularly the club under care by animator Anna very much. Also the weather was except for 1 day summer warm. Particular emphasis should be on the many germans staff at the reception, bar, restaurant and children's entertainment. Also the food was varied and tasty the rooms are big spacious and very clean. Except saturday there is a reglmäßige animation above all in the evening entertainment with a lot of variation and entertaining, lovingly is specified. However a few small things are us noticed. The hotel is his time to look ... at. There are so many tiles in the outdoor area broken or missing, also the whole hotel area a new coat of paint, the palms a new friesur (old vertocknete sheets didn't look so nice) and the extremente the many peacocks the in the outdoor area of the hotel be more often times cleared away. The condition the infrastructural conditions is unacceptable! The gastronomy is more than acceptable! The staff are basically uninterested and seemed always annoyed. A exception: the evening shows were professional and not basing on the lächerlichmachen of guests. That was really good! But you select no hotel because of the evening 45 minute shows. The, which compensated, is the beach, for the this hotel but nothing can. The beach is heavenly! Jandia, morro Jable, is recommendable, but not in this hotel. And never Stella Paradise! read more

    Distance to the beach approximately 600 meters and easy to create, there is in between also which to see. Shops enough available with a long promenade. The area is large and was very nice, however these times probably already a while past. A whole part is still not one more time used and looks as if he simply left themselves. Also in the used areas the complex very many flaws. The floor tiles were loose or cracked, the cleaner and the paint leaves from, to the palm trees, the dry Fronds the last 2 years, in the pool lack everywhere the mosaic tiles had already been broken off, the small train by the complex go has months a broken axle and is right in the entrance. ... The fact is really some. We stayed in one of the colorful Villas. These are still very nice and above all large, however because of its spiral staircase rather nothing for seniors or families with very small children suited. The food was for me well, however very much fish and seafood but little meat, so if you don't fish like is here rather bad. The cleanliness the entire area was rather poor.     The apartment on a level was big enough, very clean, everything worked ( air conditioning, and so on), new fridge, clean mattresses, good beds. For a 3 sterneanlage really reasonable. For self provider is the kitchen too few equipped. Value for money is very good.

    We were 5 persons and never had problem outside or inside to find a place (despite peak season). The food was sufficient, varied and the quality was good. Fresh salad, fish, meat, something for everyone. Also vegetarians come at their expense as long as you also fish food (one of our children). There are a lot of fish and seafood, delicious rice, local cuisine, but also typical central european dishes and a lot of sweet treats. Also here the staff is very hard and were also we had a lot of fun with Hassan and the east German waiter ( sorry, forgot the name). Unfortunately it is the staff not possible, all tables always immediately to clean (lack of staff ), but also here you are very hard to be of the guests at the latest. The atmosphere for the food is of course outside many beautiful. Unfortunately the area around the palm trees by the cats sometimes as a toilet use, which partly unpleasant geruchsbalästigung led. When we arrived, was our apartment not finished yet ( we were already the morning) and I could view pitchfork.     The shows are really great! The whole family loved it. Apart from that we have the entertainment program not used, what us, not on the program, the varied. The zoo, the on the edge the hotrelanlage is, there are some free-range birds, which we enjoyed. The captive animals we felt however, as in every other zoo, sorry. The beach is, as I have already mentioned, wonderful. Every day waves, depending on the tide for inexperienced like us with attention to enjoy. They are but also at the different beach sections different large. After overcoming of difficulties at the start we had a ball. For families with small children however less suitable. Umbrella and chairs on the beach we didn't use, since we our beach shell and everything necessary with had. Liked a great deal us, that after a couple of meters the liegestuhlreihen stopped and everyone a quiet spot for can be found.     Wonderful location! Since we won't have, was the way to the beach very short and after the lush food also appropriate. Additionally is the way varied Palms, salt marshes, everything possible animals). Shops and recreation are nearby. Consciously we had a complex on the edge of the town choice, as there were quiet and the beach less and open is. We advise to take a rental car ( streets very good and on the main routes newly ), to discover the island, because the interior of the island and also the different beaches ( dunes, black sand) very good. Also, a day trip to Lanzarote ( timanfaya national park) with the ferry from Corralejo is recommendable.

The cleanliness was quite properly (which for the few staff certainly very difficult to manage was). They were all a lot of effort, but were completely overburdened!     Actually we are in Germany when booking assumed, that we got a villa. But, if you are over schuinsland bay then one gets apparently the appartenents. What on the day of arrival with us also for light confusion and super much gaps made. We could and the villas will and itself entscheidn. At the front desk one had however already pointed out, that the villas but mostly very worn and we prefer to stay in the apartment should remain! In fact, the villas from the outside very ailing however from the inside also, the furniture was relatively no matter to us. The apartment against are new and renovated. You have however too few place with 4 personne on the balcony. Well and if the air conditioning and the telephone have worked, it would be even better!

    At the start our vacation we had (noisy statement a waiter) about 1200 guests just a restaurant, in the second week were it then 1600! Only were still far from enough waiter and it was also used not a restaurant opened, no far from it, all ahaben in a squeezed. The waiters really in every corner churned! We must really big praise pronounce! Also the chefs really tried hard bit nice to conjure up. It is a very rustic spanish ( canarian) kitchen, where surely something for everyone is. Finger away of the grilled meat, that is always like a sole, however the fish was not bad. The cleanliness and hygiene left much to be desired. Where do I start, in the restaurant it was too full, too loud, too hot, to musty, sticky floor... The vacationers could itself beer tap, which the most however did not succeed. Therefore infinitely leckbier and buried glasses. If you a employees stand would... Outside you could very well sit, if you have a place. However if you see the gullies and garbage bins keep away, otherwise you have the whole evening hundreds of flies around! Apart from that was the atmosphere very nice and full of palm trees and lights. On some days was also a schmuckstand in the adjoining bar area.     Mostly the staff were very friendly and tried to help! But we were also super often ridiculed, you're now the 100 ste guests this or that didn't bother... Well the staff were also the hands. It was almost all speak German and also various other languages. However the pools were all were broken (the whole missing tiles rows), where several children the legs and feet augeschnitten had. Partly they had even sewn are! However the evening animation we found excellent! Since may the really entry for take. But it will be probably of all totally praised... Also the barkeepers were always very good mood and very nice. The chairs and screens you had to at the beach expensive pay (12, -for 2 loungers and a umbrella, on the day) in 4 persons... We have to the great great beach and it was lovely! Showers are also available.

    The wonderful beach is relatively easy to reach (800 to 1000 meters). As we were in the apartments stayed, we had a hike of 800 meters. Stations for lifeguards, red cross and tourist information are still available, but by Sparerei not occupied anymore. Baden is by some currents in the Atlantic is very dangerous. read more

We wanted in a heartbeat the hotel Villas Stella Paradise leave again, our disappointment the dirty hotel complex and the bad renovierbedürftige room was us face written. The bathroom totally out of date, dirty and unhygienic no hairdryer available, the toilet the corner squeezed. We had booked all inclusive but not all drinks free were also in the room only an empty fridge. The food wasn't more than enough and bad, on drinks machine there was a dead cockroach. The staff were not very friendly and stressed the vacation atmosphere not positive improve. Hotel lift and evening agenda was not ... bad, we have but also already much better experienced. If we booked villa (4 stars), instead of a chalet (three stars) could we would have been happier. Neither by hotel management still local travel guide was support for cleanup this fact has been granted. This situation, as you through the complaint line at the local travel guide could see, seemed usual practice to be. Chalet's are for 3 stars satisfactory. Disadvantage: evenings only a bar for all (2400 beds) guests (45 minutes on a drink is Tagsenordnung ) Tables for 5 people difficult to find (5 round tables for more than 4 persons). Tables collecting was not gladly seen ... ( especially in the 4 stars restaurant) Tip: stay at the three stars restaurant eat out ( the same food). There are waiters faster and nice, restaurant atmosphere quiet. Wonderful beach after about 1 kilometer. Train on the complex unfortunately broken. read more

Since we regular guests of the resort are, I shortened form of the review elected. If you are over small faults faults in the Stella Canaris a dream vacation spend. Straight for children here always something offered. Sad, that in children's park nothing more to eat gives. Still under dunas there was always a lunchtime snack take. The complex is all around well maintained. Constantly charwomen and gardener in use. The trips with the daily driving mini TREN were for the whole family an experience. We had all-inclusive and were always happy with the food. The offer is excellent. There ... is nothing to complain about there! The Stella Canaris has a guest service recalibrated. This takes every guest, no matter what nationality at, and always has a open ear for all your requirements! Straight through the area of the villas and life many peacocks. For our son as always also a highlight! We have some hour before peacocks spent, it wheel suggested. Wen at night Pfauenrufe disturb, should be in a other part of the complex live. We have this never bothered us, but uS anytime again illustrates, how nice it is, in the middle of the animals and the glorious nature to live! The villas are beautiful, however ageing. A painting of the villas from the outside in its original bright colors would be desirable, as well as the renovation the furniture in the villas. Also would be the commissioning of the water fountain in the villas pool terrific. Despite these points of criticism we have a dream vacation in the Stella and look forward to our next stay in the Stella Canaris. read more

The hotel complex is already getting a bit old. Especially the many defects tiles noticed ( risk of injury given). The Peacocks in the garden are at night sometimes disturbing. The garden is however a feast for the eyes, very nicely arranged and really well done. The food is clearly in need of improvement, especially the temperature regards. Otherwise, the price-performance Verhöältnis completely reasonable. For relaxing and maximize days with extended walks on the beach suitable. For Active vacation in March not really. read more
