As already above mentioned, we had all-inclusive. I myself am a difficult eater, dairy products and fish with me not at all. Full i am but nevertheless. You always find something. And what i found, was very good. Also my family left very often the word ' delicious' hear. Be improved have table service. We had as a place to stay a so-called villa tropical, directly at the pool with pool bar. The villa is very spacious on 2 floors. The up to the bedrooms leading spiral staircase is for handicapped people not convenient. Downstairs is a separate toilet, a living room with a door to the terrace, as well as a kitchen with small facilities. For large menus it is not enough, but little things go. Is however actually also superfluous in all-inclusive. Above, as mentioned, double bedroom, one of them with a balcony and the bathroom. The mountings in the bathroom, and even in the kitchen, are not more so great and are quite heavy and wobbly/loose. Everything is otherwise clean and tidy. There is a restaurant for all the guests. One decides upon arrival, if you have dinner from 18-19,30 want to eat, or 19,45-21 hours. But precisely controlled the actually no. But in the main season completely different his. In the first days we could not understand, why so much scolded about the food was. But after 2 weeks, i had a little about. The breakfast is actually the best meal defendendo: there were rolls, bread, a toaster, scrambled eggs from vollei, as well as fried eggs after request only on one side was roasted. Otherwise there was just water, beer, and soft drinks. At the bars there were also many cocktails and spirits, in all-inclusive also mostly for free. And with alcohol, the mixtures actually never saved. Often it was 60% whisky and 40% Cola.

The employees are very friendly. In both receptions is very good speak german and understood. Not there are still english. Most other service staff also understood good german and try regularly to. Towel change is only 2 times the week, changing sheets 1 times. We gave the cleaning lady put down, but it has not recognised as such and leave. This is actually very nice and shows, that it is not secretly something thrust ☺ The bed linen wasn't so great, there was a thin cover for both, but the was very cold. Everywhere times chipped colors on walls, and so on, but it should be a relaxing vacation no harm. In the hotel there are many free current peacocks, cats and other birds. Nice, newly renovated, great location by the pool! Great for a family with children.

If i the other reviews read, you thought we would be in a different restaurant been, but that was not so:we found it actually really good and enjoyed all-inclusive! There was always enough choice, in our travel time was the restaurant not crowded, rather empty, straight ones at noon. Certainly one could not claim a four ranks dock, but it was delicious, always something for everyone, what you liked and always a wide selection of salads. The bars afrikano and paradise with the very dedicated waiters were good, the cocktails delicious.

The staff was friendly and eager to help, the waiters often a joke hung up on us, very pleasant. The cleaning of the rooms was every 2 days, ok, the sand you get just very difficult to 100% out...

The evening entertainment was musicalreif, really great great. Praise goes to the entertainers! There was a mini and maxiclub and from 14 years various sports facilities. The a lot of pools the huge grounds were in good condition with mostly the new beach chairs. Sure there was also single mosaic tiles, the missing, but that was not a security risk.

We were really happy, in a chalet, the was freshly renovated and directly at the pool. The complex is huge, there one needed only times a couple of days, to find your way. There were 2 receptions, that was at the start a bit confusing. As it has happened already times, the we contradictory information got. On the complex there was also a small zoo with tiershow, nice for children. The german anchorwoman the tiershow was however somewhat pushy and hung the spectators also inadvertently a snake around the neck. A little more tact would be good, because the interactive showidee is really good! Half entrance for guests the hotel and a ticket the 1 week validity had, really recommendable! The only downside is that the mini train the hotel broken, already longer, a minus...

The location is excellent! Right on the beach, only across the street and already one was at the kilometer-long really beautiful, clean sandy beach. Next to the hotel a main shopping street, bars and so on. Really nice for strolling. We had a rental car and we have explored the environment, since there is a lot to discover, it pleased us. So we arrived to lonely bays, where we without a car would not have come, and so on.

Everything a bit dated, the crumbling plaster in some spots. Furniture ok, although dated. Air-conditioning in most houses broken. Tv 4 channels. Safety deposit box for a fee. Wireless internet 8 Euro per day.

There are now only a restaurant and a bar on the complex, in weddings more than a thousand guests host must. Mass processing. Breakfast: here can even the worst hotel little go wrong. The selection is rather modest. One sort of cheese, three types of sausage, cereal, one or another jam / Nutella/ honey. If you have a freshly fried egg or a pancakes to have wants, must one already times up to 15 minutes in line. Sometimes bacon, sausages, scrambled eggs, beans, but everything was cold. Dinner: in principle everything cold, one is not able, the dishes to keep warm. Even warm would these however hardly edible. Of the food far god not picky, but the was not done. The plates were not flush properly, tablecloths dirty, staff in the restaurant totally overstrained and unfriendly.

Overall 4 pools, very pleasant laid out. Are missing some of the tiles in the and at the pool, children violated. Also little shade, hardly any umbrellas. Chairs enough available. Sports and entertainment we didn't use, therefore no rating. Mini club for children is very good.

It is a huge complex, from the more than 50% now is shut down and expires. The still operated section looks like a park (palms, tame peacocks, etc.) , in the different units integrated. Actually very pleasant. But also here seems like the ravages of time. We stayed in a chalet (two bedrooms on one level). The air conditioning worked not, as with almost all the houses. Otherwise was the chalet alright. The rooms are because of the blatant staff only every 2 days cleaned. 90% germans, the rest of british and spanish. We had the half board, more about that later. We were with a 14-year-old disabled there. No problems, everywhere ramps.

Directly at the beach from Jandia location. Man goes from the hotel and is right on the promenade and at the sea. Shops and restaurants are various available. Excursion possibilities were offered from the travel agent.

Clean always tidy and reasonable.

As already described we were 14 days very satisfied.

The service was reasonable and it was always make an effort us the vacation nice.

All together reasonable. Clean we were satisfied. It were enough chairs available and the nagging many not understand.

We have now been to 5'. In the Stella Canaris this time in the villas Stella Paradise The villa was clean and you know it if one the reviews read getting a bit old. The staff were very friendly and a small lack was after complaint immediately dealt with. I can not understand so much negative reports, if you 5 star wants then should we book and pay. Price-performance was totally in order the food was in Stella Paradise and was very good and something for everyone and the two weeks. The staff in the restaurant always friendly best eats outside there is Hassan the best. Thanks for that. So we were satisfied and the January again.

Distance to the beach approximately 600 meters and easy to create, there is in between also which to see. Shops enough available with a long promenade. At the best one drives times after morro Jable and it leaves culinarily home by taxi 3,-Euro the market is thursday but not recommendable all rule, there is also along the promenade and cheaper. Excursions are offered by the organizer but if you informed, you know the fuerte hardly excursions offers.

The apartment on a level was big enough, very clean, everything worked ( air conditioning, and so on), new fridge, clean mattresses, good beds. For a 3 sterneanlage really reasonable. For self provider is the kitchen too few equipped. Value for money is very good.

We were 5 persons and never had problem outside or inside to find a place (despite peak season). The food was sufficient, varied and the quality was good. Fresh salad, fish, meat, something for everyone. Also vegetarians come at their expense as long as you also fish food (one of our children). There are a lot of fish and seafood, delicious rice, local cuisine, but also typical central european dishes and a lot of sweet treats. Also here the staff is very hard and were also we had a lot of fun with Hassan and the east German waiter ( sorry, forgot the name). Unfortunately it is the staff not possible, all tables always immediately to clean (lack of staff ), but also here you are very hard to be of the guests at the latest. The atmosphere for the food is of course outside many beautiful. Unfortunately the area around the palm trees by the cats sometimes as a toilet use, which partly unpleasant geruchsbalästigung led. These we informed also at the front desk and hope to soon remedy, since these technically easy would be possible. Apart from that the cats didn't bother us, as they well maintained and unobtrusive. Very friendly service! From the front desk on the restaurant, the bars until the cleaning staff were everyone is very friendly and helpful. All our wishes were promptly fulfilled. No difficulties understanding with the staff. The cleaning of the rooms was very thorough. When we arrived, was our apartment not finished yet ( we were already the morning) and I could view pitchfork. The shows are really great! The whole family loved it. Apart from that we have the entertainment program not used, what us, not on the program, the varied. The zoo, the on the edge the hotrelanlage is, there are some free-range birds, which we enjoyed. The captive animals we felt however, as in every other zoo, sorry. The beach is, as I have already mentioned, wonderful. Every day waves, depending on the tide for inexperienced like us with attention to enjoy. They are but also at the different beach sections different large. After overcoming of difficulties at the start we had a ball. For families with small children however less suitable. Umbrella and chairs on the beach we didn't use, since we our beach shell and everything necessary with had. Liked a great deal us, that after a couple of meters the liegestuhlreihen stopped and everyone a quiet spot for can be found. And walk along the beach is in the morning until into the night beautiful, even our recent (11 years) pleased. Our daughter, the hotel specialist is, was on vacation with, and judged the complex for three stars country category ( according to the catalog schauins country travel) than adequate satisfactory. This hotel is also lots of people from Gran Canaria booked ( Spain) and is itself in Spain, why amazing way! Spanish there, which we the feeling saved in someone from germany colony to be. Who on vacation only German around itself to have would like, should at best at home. We have the internationality very much.

Wonderful location! Since we won't have, was the way to the beach very short and after the lush food also appropriate. Additionally is the way varied Palms, salt marshes, everything possible animals). Shops and recreation are nearby. Consciously we had a complex on the edge of the town choice, as there were quiet and the beach less and open is. We advise to take a rental car ( streets very good and on the main routes newly ), to discover the island, because the interior of the island and also the different beaches ( dunes, black sand) very good. Also, a day trip to Lanzarote ( timanfaya national park) with the ferry from Corralejo is recommendable.

The best... Every 2 days the same and the remainders were just on other day salad or simply irdentwas other offered. Got 3 days long diarrhea and nausea. Had all inclusive however in between there was nothing breakfast from 8-10,30 lunch 13:00-14,30 dinner from 1800-21.30... No drinks no snacks just at a tiny pool bar there were disgusting hamburgers and coffee you could not drink simply eklig \u263a

Forget it... This is a club complex as I don't know but something else

The purest choas. Could only in the afternoon check in then different rooms received. 2 front desks no front desk know what the other is not well maintained, unfriendly, room are 2 times per week not made, for everything must one inquire for example toilet paper and so on

The island itself is sparse and monotonous nothing special to look at. The only beautiful at this vacation was the sea a dream beach is white sand and turquoise water simply nicer as mentioned the beach everything else you can forget

Actually we are in Germany when booking assumed, that we got a villa. But, if you are over schuinsland bay then one gets apparently the appartenents. What on the day of arrival with us also for light confusion and super much gaps made. We could and the villas will and itself entscheidn. At the front desk one had however already pointed out, that the villas but mostly very worn and we prefer to stay in the apartment should remain! In fact, the villas from the outside very ailing however from the inside also, the furniture was relatively no matter to us. The apartment against are new and renovated. You have however too few place with 4 personne on the balcony. Well and if the air conditioning and the telephone have worked, it would be even better!

At the start our vacation we had (noisy statement a waiter) about 1200 guests just a restaurant, in the second week were it then 1600! Only were still far from enough waiter and it was also used not a restaurant opened, no far from it, all ahaben in a squeezed. The waiters really in every corner churned! We must really big praise pronounce! Also the chefs really tried hard bit nice to conjure up. It is a very rustic spanish ( canarian) kitchen, where surely something for everyone is. Finger away of the grilled meat, that is always like a sole, however the fish was not bad. The cleanliness and hygiene left much to be desired. Where do I start, in the restaurant it was too full, too loud, too hot, to musty, sticky floor... The vacationers could itself beer tap, which the most however did not succeed. Therefore infinitely leckbier and buried glasses. If you a employees stand would... Outside you could very well sit, if you have a place. However if you see the gullies and garbage bins keep away, otherwise you have the whole evening hundreds of flies around! Apart from that was the atmosphere very nice and full of palm trees and lights. On some days was also a schmuckstand in the adjoining bar area. If you all inclusive has gets one also a pool snacks, the really very unhygienic then clapping, respectively from the many tourists so tattered, that it really quite is disgusting.

Mostly the staff were very friendly and tried to help! But we were also super often ridiculed, you're now the 100 ste guests this or that didn't bother... Well the staff were also the hands. It was almost all speak German and also various other languages. The rooms were unfortunately no that very reliable cleaned, times it 'work' (as however also only the dirt from one corner to the next mopped, but that is also not possible otherwise, if you want a zeitauflage for the work gets...) and then again 2/ 3 days was nobody there. Also here an enormous staff lack! For this big hotel... Other services we didn't use. In our apartment went from the start the air conditioning not. On complaints we were 2 days comforted and could then the building change, but we did not want, as our kids the whole suitcase restructured had... A tip watches your door cards on, not to a mobile phone set (then they are unloading). Our telephone went unfortunately also not, despite repeated complaints... However therefor we could (at almost all colleagues ) at the front desk phone.

Which very beautiful we found, it was 6 pools on the complex and only on a light animation. However the pools were all were broken (the whole missing tiles rows), where several children the legs and feet augeschnitten had. Partly they had even sewn are! However the evening animation we found excellent! Since may the really entry for take. But it will be probably of all totally praised... Also the barkeepers were always very good mood and very nice. The chairs and screens you had to at the beach expensive pay (12, -for 2 loungers and a umbrella, on the day) in 4 persons... We have to the great great beach and it was lovely! Showers are also available.

Once all; you have this complex the feeling it will still 1a 2 years' ausgelutscht ', then they close! The owner this complex only a absolute exploiters are. It was everything really very the limit... The complex itself was certainly times beautiful (it is also which to see), but it is not very great well-kept. What you actually very many corners notice (and we are very definitely not meticulously). Everywhere set-aside areas and things the broken in the area bellhops. Often it is only details, but why the whole 14 days not even this stupid bahn? Why is in the entrance area a large road sweeper with plates tires? We don't really care, if as a lamp was broken or fleise is broken... But so easy to repair things weren't made! The cleanliness was quite properly (which for the few staff certainly very difficult to manage was). They were all a lot of effort, but were completely overburdened! You very much dutch, English, Poland, spanish and Italian but most German found. Mixed ages. In August were right many families there.

The wonderful beach is relatively easy to reach (800 to 1000 meters). As we were in the apartments stayed, we had a hike of 800 meters. He took us in the first half through a beautiful palms and then you could under the street or the street go further. Then roams a great conservation landscape with free-range chipmunk, parrots and other animals. Very nice... Not only for children. In front of the hotel is a strip up in the next place after morro Jable enough. Shops are abundant. Nice bars of course, plentiful. Excursions we could also make, but we didn't use it, since we too hot was and too expensive...
