The hotel has approximately 120 rooms. Our room on the 4. floor had the size of about 20 square meter, the bathroom including shower room about 8 square meter and the beach only 3 square meter level. Separated from bathroom was the toilet with bidet (about 5 square meter). Everything very nice with marble slabs beams. The hotel is first since 2010 opened, very tidy and clean. I had only booked accomodation and breakfast. The breakfast buffet was more than ample in quantity and selection. For example scrambled eggs, in addition bacon or sausages or fried potato disks or as ... well as coleslaw. The cold breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired. In addition fruits and compotes. On the final day our stay we took in the evening the half-board menu to Euro 20,-/person. It was really plentiful and very good quality. Since off-season, the hotel was only one-third was occupied.     As already described above is the size of the room very comfortable. In the room is a fridge with 4 bottles of mineral water (2 and 2 without gas). This is free and is daily from the room service restocked or exchanged. A pot to prepare from hot water is also available. With lots of different tea and nescafée -bags. The room is otherwise very modern furnished.

    2 restaurants with lots of space. The kitchen is perhaps not 3-star category, but all meals were in quality and quantity good! Cleanliness of the restaurant leaves nothing to the imagination. The kitchen style is for international public good (italian with internally. Touch). We felt very good.

    The service is in this house excellent. The staff at reception greeted us as if we were 'old' regular guests. Since we didn't speak italian, we came with english good enough. The waiters in the restaurant is friendly and helpful with special requests. The room service worked perfectly. There was no reason to complaints.

    The pool we 2 half days used and enjoyed. The access to the internet is in the room free, if you have a laptop. Since we only with light luggage (without laptop) were traveling, used the hotel computer next to the reception, also we stayed at the reception a code and a password for the entire length of stay had.

    The hotel is located in a free area alone. To the beach there is a shuttle service (circa 2 kilometer ) the center from Olbia is in 10 minutes on foot to reach. The airport (also there is a shuttle bus) is about 6 kilometers away from the hotel. Because we a rental car during our entire stay available had, we could regardless of public transportation the island explore.

We found when it got dark only very heavily with the rental car the hotel. The Signage from the airport is miserable. The hotel lies somewhat decentralized, is however new with good parking spaces. We stayed n a upper floor very calm and pleasant air-conditioned. The bed was a bit narrow but with decent mattress. Bathroom OK. Breakfast also fine, with however little space and slow service. I m hotel restaurant it is worthwhile itself to eat, as in the surroundings no restaurants to find. read more

I was together with my friend in Olbia and the rooms were really nice, great view from the balcony on the mountains. Also the bathroom was very plush, with marble tiles and walls and in particular very clean. We booked half board and were unfortunately very disappointed the food. At the breakfast buffet there were only one type of ham and a cheese, very liquid scrambled egg, toast, canned fruit (with 9 nights only once fresh fruits), butter, jams and so on the coffee you had to extra order, however always wait for a very long time (10 to 15 ... minutes). The food in the evening was not commendable, the fish was all right, but the all was really awful! Everything very dry without sauce and many a time cold. Despite complaint was not amended. All in all a great hotel the only with breakfast bays should! read more

    The all the half board was awful, very dry, without sauce and partly cold. The appetizer ( every day noodles) were ok. The desserts you could eat however everything was very, very sweetly there was only cakes, fruit or cream. The fish was ok, however were all main courses almost always without supplement arranged, only a piece of fish or a piece of meat, everything very dearless and nothing for the eye!

    There is a small fitness room but we didn't use it. The pool is huge however peeling color by the pool in many places from. By the pool floor was also always dirt and sand to see, the water was actually very clean. For a cool down ok. We recommend however rather at the beach to go!

The hotel is out of the way from Olbis -city on the edge of the industrial zone. Environment nothing special. Definitely hired car at the airport take, apart from that one is from the city and coast zeimleich far away. On foot to the center, Corso Umberto or market day on saturday, it is 20 minutes path. Hotel itself is very beautifully built, room with large covered balcony are pleasantly and approximately 20 meters² large. Bathroom approximately 6 meters². TV programs are not for German occupied, only 3 Austrian channels. Breakfast within sight the large pools is wonderful with a ... big selection of egg, cheese, ham, Wüstl, jams, fruit, yoghurt, cakes and much more Even the Italian coffee tasted good. Costa Smeralda in 30 kilometer reachable and the South to San Teodoro is definitely to visit. The nicest experience is the sea water in really clean quality and türkisfabenen waves. Karibik in Europa! read more

Very clean, new hotel, with a nice pool and extremely friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is great and also the à la carte dishes in the restaurant have a excellent quality. For Sardinia and the access to the wonderful Bays is generally a rental car recommendable, therefore you also not at all, that the hotel not directly in the center of Olbia is located. It is very quiet! I was already twice and the hotel can absolutely recommendable! read more

We will visit this hotel again. It tuned everything. The hotel is somewhat off the beaten track, so you should a rental car book. Our room, the food, the staff and the cleanliness were to our complete satisfaction. read more

Unfortunately being fully-or entitiled very neglected opposite à la carte guests. The menu choice is very limited and recalls Krankenhausküche, especially in comparison to the Gerichen the one à la carte to order. Also a food in the open we were denied, only guests the figures were by the pool food, we must 2 weeks in the dining room dine! The breakfast is really a battle, no places and full tables! 2 weeks long the same ham and cheese, constantly everything was and was also not so quickly after, on coffee the served we often do. The pool had only ... four places in the shade! Additional umbrella did not give it and with 35-40 °! So once again a fight for the space on a all inclusive Temple is. You need definitely a rented car so one of the secluded hotel from into town or at the beach drive, towels must however not to be taken, even if you by the pool no spot has! The rooms were very nice and maintained, but unfortunately you spend the vacation not in the room! read more

Beautiful hotel in a central location, about 10 minutes away by car from the airport. Is located at the port from Olbia. To for instance at the wonderful beaches Sardiniens to come, you need definitely a rental car. Rooms were super, very spacious. We had a suite and a double room. Here you can get for little money super room. Hotel and room very tidy and clean. Room were cleaned every day and the towels were changed. Only drawback, the breakfast buffet. Were 7 days and had every day the same to choose from, but the choice was not varied ... was, just missed the variety. Eggs gave it only on extra order. As a part of our half board there were evenings 3 courses. Was OK. However for a four-star hotel there is in any case extreme to catch up. Service was also OK. But also this could be improved. Who only breakfast bay, can nearby ( but also only by car) some restaurants reach. In short for this hotel - value for money great. Recommend to anyone this hotel recommend, provided you can for the food with drawbacks life. read more

I was completely satisfied with this hotel. Everything was very clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and always tried, to help. The rooms are spacious and bright, also the bathroom has a pleasant size. The beds were comfortable, the rooms and the area quiet. You heard absolutely nothing. I slept so well, how long not more. A special mention also go to the restaurant. The service was very friendly, the compilation of the meal very diverse and very tasty. I felt pampered and come in any case gladly again. The only negative was the relative long check in ..., but as I otherwise nothing to complain about had, the not really matter. read more

Great hotel, very friendly service. The breakfast does not correspond to the me friends Hilton-standard. Breakfast meats only Klebeschinken, no salami. Scrambled eggs and bacon to three days cold! At the front desk Mr Murat very friendly, accomplishes great service. read more

Great Base to the north of the dreamlike Island explore. Definitely rental car for the whole length of a hat. Free parking is abundant! We ( couple 25. 26) were from 17.-20. June 2012 in this hotel with overnight stay with breakfast. The hotel is brand new ( partially structurally not completely finished yet, what no impairment is ), very clean and inside and outside top equipped. The food is very good and varied and the staff are very nice and too many competent ( that means some speak really good German and English and the other understand almost no English respectively cannot speak English ). To the beach there was a shuttle bus from the hotel from (you should announce oneself one ... day before ). Free parking space both in covered, gated hotel parking, as well as at the street in front of the hotel. Area seemed unfortunately somewhat undeveloped and barren, therefore rental car is recommendable. read more

For our purposes ( rental car required ) very nice and clean hotel. You could also by the hour by the pool relaxation. Also apart from that all around recommendable. Evenings old town possibly also to reach on foot. read more

We were the 3. time in a row in this hotel and would book it again any time. It has a ideal location for day trips-provided you have a (rental) car On foot everything is rather inconvenient to reach. With vehicle however very good. There are enough free parking available. The hotel is very clean, trendy and comfortable, as one of Hilton is used. German speaking staff available. The 4 stars are rightly awarded - everything very modern and clean. Room very big and very good beds, Bathroom was very nice and everything was clean. Breakfast buffet - part improve - for example not 8 days glkeichen Schinekn and cheese - if article out Immediately fill up. ( sparkling wine was not restocked) only 1 day rolls. read more

In the low season we were welcomed in a friendly manner. Received upgrade for the room. The staff were durchgänglich very friendly. The hotel lies somewhat off the beaten track, but it weighs good value for money by far on. Getting to Know the island a superstarting point. read more

Hotel is a bit out of civilization, only with rental car was a good idea. Otherwise everything was in order, food and drink very good Generally you should Sardinia only during the season from May to September, otherwise visit is in one of the many small solve the light, sometimes is no food or drink. read more
