We have no better choice The great service went on from the front desk to do, we were very pleasant and everything was just described. Even the boss took for a short welcome time.     Our suite with 2 bedrooms, had pool view (quiet pool), was more than large and everything was always very clean. Each bedroom had a private terrace, one of them was from the living room to. In the Hotel Saraya palms is a small complex with about 100 apartments. We have been for the 1. time there and will definitely return again soon spend our vacation there. In this hotel everything is just right. The service in all areas is on a really high standard. All employees are very friendly and attentive, without pushy or seem fake. The friendliness is not dependent on tips. It is also at the beach and at the pool served. Not only drinks, depending on the time of day of fruit cakes everything. There was a relax (quiet pool) and an ... active pool. Complaints are taken care of immediately. We had a broken water heater in the bathroom a noisy pipes caused. We have it in the morning at the front desk reported and in the same evening was the noise not more discernible. The food was varied and very tasty. Also on the beach there was every day a dish, pizza, salad and much more. We had no problems with the stomach or other. The rooms are huge and clean. We had 4. an apartment with about 150 square meters, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a extra toilet, two living rooms and a big balcony. Belongs to the hotel a water park, you can use free of charge. Also there everything is all-inclusive. Beach and sea are super, the water clear and while snorkeling you could fish and corals observe well. We had two week a wonderful vacation.     The rooms are huge, are equipped with air conditioning, free safe, kettle, flat-screen tv with german channels, bathroom with toiletries and hair dryer. Everything was cleaned thoroughly every day and the towels were changed. Wifi is unfortunately and in many areas the hotel not.

    The hotel is about 30 minutes away from Hurghada airport. The hotel offers a shuttle to Hurghada for 6 Euro per person. There one has then about 3 hours for strolling. The beach is in about 10 minutes walking distance easy to reach. On the way there is a supermarket, a bank and plentiful shopping for souvenirs. Act is however duty. It drives but also every half hour a minibus from the hotel to the beach.

The hotel is very new (2012) and approximately 100 rooms. The individual houses are 3-geschossig and orientation to the two pool areas. Centrally located you find the restaurant including the terraces and the lounge bar. Particularly positive the barrier-free facilities noticed. Even at the beach there are couch places, the with the scooter distance. During our stay were almost only german guests there. Therefore we could also no east europeans unpleasant crumb.     Positive was the short transfer from Hurghada airport (circa 30 minutes). The hotel is not directly at the beach, it is the entire area but spacious, beautifully decorated and is located very quiet on the edge the extensive golf course. The beach section of the iberohotels one reaches after about 10 minutes walk. In all-inclusive-food does so but very good ☺. Walks the other resorts and go for kilometer long walk at the beach are possible without any problem. The offered excursions and the aquapark we didn't use, so we can this comment.

The complex was originally built as apartment complex planned, the power in my opinion but the charm of the area. Opened in may 2012 everything is still very new and not worn. Everything is very clean and also the gardens are very well-kept. The types of people were during our stay almost exclusively german of all ages. We have the peace and quiet in all areas the hotel enjoyed. No crowded restaurant, no reservers (as also at all not necessary - there were always free chairs available). Wifi is unfortunately and only in the lobby, in the restaurants, by the ... pool ( but already very weak) and if you were lucky also in your rooms (with us just as in the living room) costs 1 week 31,- €, 2 days 12,- €, the prices for the stundenpakete i have no more in the head. Here, i see with 5 stars quite potential for optimization. read more

    We had booked a suite. Our consisted of a separate bedroom and a large room with a kitchen, living and dining room. The furniture is very stylish and the lounge was very comfortable. There is a kettle and every day a bottle of water inclusive the mini bar is liable to pay the costs (is however veranstalterabhängig ). The satellite tv had three german channels (ZDF, RTL and RTL II). A small point of minus is unfortunately the water in the bathroom. Here one has often with partly strong smells from the discharge to do. We have in Egypt not yet seen.

    We found the location of the hotel than perfect. Transfer time to the airport about 30 minutes. Distance to the annoying strandtrubel approximately 800 meters and about 10-15 minutes on foot.     The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff we couldn't work and it is also without which one the people only a little bit, (relation to other opinions here).     We can only the pool rate. There are 2, a quiet pool and an activities pool, which was heated. Both were in a good state, the loungers great. The hotel is located in a large complex, in which it lots of possibilities there is amongst others the aquapark, of the services is included. Outside the hotel there is nothing except desert. The shuttle from the airport took about 45 minutes depending on the hotels.

For the 14. time vacation in Makadi Bay, and it was the best! Brilliant: the quiescent pool, the noisiest was the singing of the birds, no noisy from the neighboring hotel pool entertainment. The pool boy spoiled with small touches such as fresh obsthäppchen and drinks in the chair getting. The food was really delicious, we know that also differently. The hotel is located not at the beach, but there is a bus - or golf caddy regularly there, the advantage is that the fäkalgerüche which one evening to the closer unfortunately is exposed, it does not have. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The distance to the beach is a bit far away, but the shuttle bus goes very often, also the water. The hotel complex is not so huge, therefore easy to navigate. While we were there, there were mostly german guests there. We will come back without fail, if the political situation permits. read more

Like were 11 days in the hotel and had have fun. The entertainment team is brilliant and the friendliness the staff (pool bar/restaurant) outstanding. You can tell, that the hotel not very was open. It is in some places still a bit hakelig. Does the relaxing and enjoying however not detract from our stay. It is absolutely a recommendable hotel. read more

Extremly polite and friendly staff in all departments. Respond to requests, or complaints will be charged. You will also of the receptionist (Jasmin), almost daily asked, wether everything is okay. Unfortunately, there was at the start too few smoker tables on the terrace - here you had to for the space struggle. After talking with the manager, was immediately also the 2. terrace is open. The activities pool was too warm-almost 30 degrees, but it was the quiet pool too cold-approximately 19 degrees. Besides that very nice, well-kept complex. Our room with 2 bedrooms, was huge and tastefully decorated. Big ... balcony with a view of the animation pool. Disturbing it was only in the late afternoon loud music. This hotel would be a perfect adults only hotel, as you get really relax could.     We are not in the hotel, for entertainment, but wanted as much time with the children spend. That's why we found the was positive, that the entertainment pool ' only music runs and all the half hour water polo, Boccia or Volleyball is invited. Who duration fun wishes, is perhaps better in the (of russian tourists overcrowded) sister -Hotel Saraya resort for you. The kids club in principle could be a bit longer, but was more than adequate for our kids (if you ever go there are). The bathroom is equipped with a large shower, toilet, hair dryer, make-up mirror and large washbasin. The taste of the food was very taste of the german guests. Everything is constantly freshly prepared and only in small portions on the buffet provided.

    We had a huge suite with a kitchen, living room, very großenn bathroom with very good and large shower, and a bedroom with a very comfortable and clean bed with great mattresses! I am particularly pleased, that a proper ceiling and not we usually only one sheet! The condition the interiors was very good and tastefully decorated. With complaints about the cleaning was immediately repaired! Great! Three german channels. This could possibly still be improved. We were not go on vacation, so it didn't bother us.

As already mentioned, is the staff in the restaurant very friendly! Our tip: to change to the buffet the different theme restaurants for a small additional cost! The # 1 all egyptian bartender works at the entertainment pool. Soliman you're great! Although the employees also without tips very friendly and helpful are, you should not save!     Transfer time to the airport circa 30 minutes (in the hotel no aircraft noise). Makadi is a very nice and very well maintained area with several hotels. The saraya palms lies directly on the beautiful designed golf course. To the beach it is about 15 -minute walk or one used the hotel's free shuttle bus, the regularly drives. In the vicinity of the hotel are several shops, a discotheque, café, theatre, speciality restaurants and many more who gladly next to the hotel's daily evening entertainment (Bauchtanz...) Further shows to experience would like, can free the public theater outside of the hotel visit (is worthwhile, around 10 minutes away on foot). Very recommendable are to change to the buffet in the hotel the various specialty restaurants.

My stay at the saraya palms. Wonderful. I have peace and this in a wonderful ambience intact. My stress was immediately forget and i could get away from it all very good. My son (6 years) and i have in any case felt very comfortable. The hotel is very nicely arranged and very neat. The suite, which we inhabited, was very tastefully decorated. I now miss the view of the quiet pool and on the golf course. We felt safe and felt very much at ease. All were always very friendly, fond of children and very accommodating. The entertainment and ... the kids club (thank you Chantal. You'll miss it \u263a ) were very pleasant, not intrusive. The food was of a good quality and diverse. My little miss the Delicious waffles, which completely fresh for breakfast prepareth were. A big thank you to all, and there were a lot of, the us such a wonderful time for.
