Big very clean hotel, well run and maintained, interesting packages in the week in the low season, for example 4 for 3 it had rather few guests mitte march 2013 - was very pleasant for us guests. We made especially wellness gymnastics fitness holidays, was great, we are fully on the bill came. The other guests were from the ages were seen well mixed and in the all in all friendly people. Also the staff was very friendly and courteous. The cuisine was excellent and diverse. read more

    We got, as requested, a very nice, enough large corner room without a balcony in the historic part of this hotel with a view of the sea, the mountains and hoteldorf Pertisau. The reservation was done half a year before the start of the holiday. Facilities and furniture in the bathroom and in the room new and very nice. Air conditioning and mini bar of course. Toilet and bath very clean.

    Very nice and with a lot of love prepared meals, imaginative On the plate selected and presented. Always tyrolean or austrian specialties to choose from. Always a fish and a vegetarian menu for the selection. Very fine homemade jams, cakes and tarts. Bread, meat/ charcuterie and vegetables from local suppliers. Hygienic flawless.

    Very rich nice, clean and good unterhaltener spa with a gym and fitness room, indoor and outdoor pool, jacuzzi and various saunas and showers. Quiet flooded relaxation rooms with view of the lake and the mountains. Partly also for reasonably sophisticated gymnastics exercises with the friendly, well-trained entertainers.

We are The public transportation arrived. Bus timetable the vvt is on the internet very legible and well arranged. The public bus from jenbach For us was free surprised us really.

We have been already several times in this hotel and always very satisfied, however leaves the quality of the food strong. At the breakfast is far from enough staff since, the tables not freshly set, one had to get oneself the mugs yourself. The selection of breads is poor and qualitatively bad, tasted rather as from the freezer. The dinner there were only as a buffet and in comparison to the last years meals were ok. But no more so canceled and cold. On saturday there was gala dinner, i was not clear, what it now gala was, there were ... just some dishes, the ever clashed have. It would also be desirable local staff. The prices in the spa were considerably increased, so that i had only a treatment have done. Reasonable value for money unfortunately not more, so that we are thinking about us another hotel look elsewhere, in spite of the dreamlike location by the sea! read more

Having stayed at this hotel around 20 years ago, before the rebuild we already had high expectations. However, the hotel was better than we expected in every respect. Compared with previously, the room was bigger, the quality of the food was better and the ameneties were greatly improved, and especially the pool and sauna facilities, which were first rate. Standards of cleanliness both in the room and in the hotel generally were very high. We are middle-aged and British and the a large proportion of the guests fell into the same age category although most were German or Austrian (which ... was no problem for us because we can speak some German and don't go on holiday to to socialise with otherBritish tourists). Children between the ages of 5 and 15 might find the hotel lacking in facilities, compared with what some other Tyrolean hotels offer. read more

    The quality of the food was excellent with a standard meal format of salad, starter, soup, main course and dessert. The wine list was broad and included a good range of European and New World. Cleanliness here was also high. The bar was large and comfortable.

    Staff were friendly and helpful and would reply in German if spoken to in German (and not force the conversation into English), but would speak English if spoken to in English. Cleaning staff were friendly and cleaned the room promptly if the "Please clean my room" sign was hung on the door.

    The pool and fitness areas were spacious, clean and well eqipped and furnished. We were not looking for a hotel with a disco or similar facilities and so we were well satisfied. Free internet access worked well but was rather slow.

    The hotel has a prime location by the Achensee with a good distance from other buildings and the main road. The area is ideal for outdoor activities, but if shopping is a high priority then Pertisau will fail to satisfy.

The recuperation already started at the welcome at the front desk! Pleasant atmosphere, more seductive fragrance in all premises, attractive, modern design, mile taussicht on the Achensee and the surrounding mountains is terrific. We liked the hotel very much, it is wonderful and definitely recommendable. The location is unique. Your bio sauna appeared to us however too dry and we arrived unfortunately not in the sweat, but this has the impression not diminished. The only negative was in the village of Pertisau the fact that though great cross-country ski runs and removed hiking trails are offered, however the right few benches all the snow were cleared (there are amongst others also older guests, gladly once breaks need or sun worshipper, those wishing to enjoy). This was very, very negative and for such a ... nice vacation destination like Pertisau quite disappointing! We wanted these at the tourist office specify, but there was on saturday unfortunately already at 12:00 o'clock closed (weekends). This reflects in our opinion a provincial grundverhalten again. read more

This is an excellent hotel in beautiful surroundings. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent, with a very impressive variety of food. We dined at the hotel for one evening meal, it was a slightly odd combination of buffet and table service, although again the choice and quality was very good. The spa area was huge, very well designed. The need to be naked was something of a shock to us English visitors! Our only quibbles were the 9 euro per day parking charge that we only discovered on our final bill. Also we did not receive ... a replacement shampoo for the whole week, meaning that we had to use the shower gel to wash our hair. Nevertheless, it was an excellent ski and spa stay that we would certainly recommend. read more

That was our 2. travel -charm-experience. And she was - as well as in the Kurhaus Binz - without exception positive. It was stay in Pertisau for a relaxing, four day long short break. The spa area of the hotel is exemplary, the kitchen offers variety for any taste, and the staff also showed outside of the high season not fatigue, but was motivated and helpful. Mini -point of criticism: the front-cooking seemed quite unspektakulär and was instead of 'cooking' more from the-admittedly masterful - occupancy and decoration the plate with pre-cooked products. read more

We two were so before the election fast times a couple of days to Egypt, soak up the sun, or wellness and relaxation in the prince-house on Achensee. After it in Egypt in january only about 22° and the arrival probably not without is, we for wellness and relaxation in Austria decided. In the prince-house on Achensee we had a double room with great lake view and balcony for 4 nights. Already the reception in the prince-house was very friendly. We felt immediately well, pampered and arrived. We really wanted to the days in the hotel so on relaxation and ... wellness, but the weather came in between. Blue skies, sunshine and all white. Therefore we are on the first day with the mountain railway to the ski slope himself and, well, also without the skis is the welcome break. Pure sun, wonderful views and mulled wine. Thanks to the front desk, great tip. On the 2. day, always sun, blue skies and snow. So go out. This time on the cross-country skiers. There is a great hut, thus welcome break, without the skis, the sun into the face seem to let, the cross-country skiers watch, and relaxation. On the 3. day was the weather so, that we are now finally the spa area explore wanted. Here we could have also easily visit the first two days Indoor and outdoor outside pool naturally heated, jacuzzi outside with lake view, saunas, sanarium, pleasant peace for relaxing. Against additional fee and previous notification massages, etc. Exactly we had imagined that. Total relaxation. And, we enjoyed it! A new hotel very nice, many rooms, very quiet and perfectly clean.. People are very kind, they helped us with our problem with gluten-free meal in a special way. Breakfast is great, and the Spa is very large and very nice. Just three minimal points: 1) the daily program of activities is only in german, no italian channels on tv, no one informed us at our arrival that the car parking costs 9 euros per night. read more

    Very very good, there is one restaurant, with three levels of seats so you can watch at the lake perfectly from every positions. Tipical austrian cooking in a romanthic atmosphere.

    A large Spa, not really very various but capabke of a large number of visitors. 3 saunas (warm, hot and very hot), a damphbath, a tropical rain and a cabin for biosauna. Very nice the whirlpool which is placed outside, it was about 40 degrees when it was snowing!

    A new hotel very nice, many rooms, very quiet and perfectly clean.. People are very kind, they helped us with our problem with gluten-free meal in a special way. Breakfast is great, and the Spa is very large and very nice. Just three minimal points: 1) the daily program of activities is only in german, no italian channels on tv, no one informed us at our arrival that the car parking costs 9 euros per night.

A wonderful hotel in a wonderful location! The food was great, wide choice, the cleanliness on the whole home was just great and above all friendliness is important here. Beautiful big room with a view of the Achensee or the surrounding mountains. A wellness hotel with lots of possibilities for recreation, %blank% in the winter, as well as in the summer. read more
