Very nice hotel with wonderful staff everything always very clean all very friendly great food the beach is very beautiful what was not so good and be improved could is the internet in the lobby free but very slow, the internet in the room is very expensive 24 hours 14 Euro however 24 hours on item and not to the log gestückelt otherwise a ticket for 24 hours a week rich i very much hope that the improved is the sure most guests is a concern! read more

The palace as always gorgeous! The staff is äaßerst friendly and attentive. Anette and their crew (guest relation ladies) are always locally, every detail will be taken care of. A ' thank you very much ' to both. Also the front desk accomplishes Good work. The food was as always good. Also at the beach bar worked all excellent. Thanks to the gm. Ibrahim the the hotel the best, and always a friendly smile for their guests has. We will be back! read more

The Iberotel palace is beautifully protected in the bay. I'm only all-inclusive, as there is lots of extras offered. Like for example a free dinner in the italian restaurant tuscany. Food only from the best. Half free massage the i love to use. The ladies knead really good. The rooms in the massage area may but still tarting up. Laundry included. Of course, there are still many other extras. The hotel complex is spacious and beautifully laid out with many flowers and plants. Near this stay were many british people here. I think the average age was over 55-65 yrs. read more

    The loungers have a large distance to each other and therefore is not so close to the neighbors. Some the loungers with thick cushions. The pool had 28 °c. There was a light entertainment but not intrusive is. It should perhaps again more evening shows be ordered.

    The hotel complex is right at the beach only a few meters to the sea. The seashore the hotel the cleanest in this bay to find. Opposite from the hotel is the old market. The transfer to the airport takes around 20 minutes.

Very nice, weitflächig designed hotel area directly on a sandy beach with many water sports and beach volleyball area. My room(superior room) was huge, had a balcony with a pool-/the beach, a large bathroom and everything else, what you need. The buffet was delicious and diverse, i am as vegetarierin not too, everything both in the room, as well as restaurant very clean and tidy. There is also a small fitness room with good equipment. Sauna i found with 10 €the hour too expensive, but apart from that a great hotel with wohlfühlgarantie. Very recommendable! read more

We were unfortunately only a couple days in the Iberotel palace after the return from a cruise. ( the hotel is located just about 2 kilometers away from kreuzfahrtteminal ) it is a great complex. The beach is great. The water in the sea had 23 and the pool about 28 degrees. Everything is very clean and tidy. The food in the restaurant is varied and tasty. The guests came from Germany, England, Scandinavia and Russia. All have very considerate behavior. Lots of guests stay more than 4 weeks, and have come many years in the complex. The stadtmittelpunkt with ... the market and shops is close to at the hotel. We felt very good there. read more

For new year's we were in the Iberotel palace and were very satisfied. We had booked a suite. Size and facilities were okay. The laundry, the is included was perfect. In the morning and in the evening the things were brought back. From the guest structure were about 80% english, the rest are germans and swiss, a few russians.     From the airport to the hotel it was 20 minutes' drive. As well as to the old market. We found the visit exciting, although we also the verkaufsmentalität nevertheless somewhat strenuous found. As always a lovely vacation. Very good we found, that no children more in the hotel are. The staff are friendly and always anspechbar. The gram meter is in any case for a conversation ready. Animation and guest service are ok. Special praise for Nabil at the front desk and Mamdouh in the dining room. A disturbing factor is the extremely loud music in the evening on the terrace. The hotel in general is in good condition. Desk, garden, rooms an above all beach were good. Lots of guests came from the Switzerland and from Russia. Germans and italians came right behind. read more

    The rooms are not new but well maintained and nice. Bathroom with ebenerdiger shower great. Balkomöbel also super. No plastic chairs, but cozy 'armchair'. German tv channels there were however unfortunately only three. ARD, ZDF and RTL II. Here i would also with more and in Egypt much more.

    Drinks were great. Heineken or Stella beer, Coca Cola, Fanta, Sprite, schweppes. You always got a bottle of with glass. Great! Not any drinks from bottles on tap, as the a or other has been in existence. Coffee and Cappuccino were as well as drinks and cocktails excellent. Gibt'sauch not always. The food was ok. They grilled every evening. The taste was also everything okay. However the selection was limited. I think there are much better area which concerns.

    The service is in general good. But we had already better service, whereby you within the complex also distinguish must. Partly very good to well. Depending on where one straight funtioning. Room service was excellent.

    We didn't use the pool. Is something no but very well maintained and clean. But if you to Egypt fly would spend his days but rather at the beach. We didn't take advantage of the entertainment on offer, is however not pushy at all. That's how it should be. In the evening there at the bar every evening live music which was good. Besides various shows in the arena which we did not visit however. Therefore no judgment about.

    Here is the problem. Close proximity to airport was ideal. About 30 minutes transfer time. Can accordingly depending on what order you off or pick up. Aircraft noise is not serious. From time to time a flight. But just doesn't avoid, if you the airport be accommodated would like. Absolutely not disturbing we found. Close proximity to old market can be a bit annoying, as quite often and for a long time the muezzin (on beach very good) over loudspeakers to be heard. But you can but within a few meters away from the hotel in the turmoil of sharm el sheikh fall. Was not our cup of tea. But if you like it... What bothered me the most are various hotels and beach clubs in the immediate area the daily the whole book with very loud music beschallen. If you're really only peace and relaxation we are looking for should consider this. That unfortunately this hotel nothing, still schmälerd this condition the holiday pleasure.

A successful total package! The hotel's location is great, the staff very friendly. Relaxation factor perfect! Small complaints they reacted immediately and a solution found for complete satisfaction, The complex is really nice! Everything in the immediate area reachable. As a single female you feel very safe! The food was pretty good and creative alternately decorated. In one week almost every day another 'motto' The nearby coral reef for snorkeling is great. The boat shuttle there free and great. In short: a small paradise which is for a short stay ( or even longer) is and from which you after ... a week recuperated returns. I would to this hotel again and can recommend it unreservedly! If the spa area finished modernised the 5 star rating. Good value for money! read more
