Hotel Augusta Lucilla Palace^{(4 stars)}

For four stars the room was a little small (503). The shower was pretty only away from further: Mould, bungled silicone work, Preispickerl, a file possibility for the showering gel and the mounting plate of the showering shower was not in such a manner loose that one had to hold the shower in order to shower. Further us not before said that one also domestic animals (ants) in the room and bath had. Were not a great many, there but they were!!

Although the Italians do not have breakfast as well as, the selection of the Frühstücksbuffet surprises. However this is to be enjoyed with caution. Coffee is as la la, juices artificial as orange, Mulivitamin,… tasting very. Scrambled eggs tasted after “Katzenpisse” and smelled. Croissants for Naschkatzen much too sweetly!!

The staff is very friendly. All speak English and some breaking German into.

Very good situation! Price achievement relationship of ok!! Hotel works from the outside badly, however the view surprises in the inside.

The situation is excellent. Some, to all (comes on the staying power on) objects of interest of Rome within walking distance. Only about 2 going minutes to the station terms, as well as to the Busshuttel station to the airports!!

Not particularly largely, the bathroom had with us hardly tray surface with the wash basin, with the room of our children was larger it and with tray surface. Beautiful maintained shower, hair dryer available, towels were changed for each day. High walls, the furnishing we felt as in good taste, everything were very cleanly, mini bar, safe and telephone present, small TV-equipment at the wall (only Italian transmitters + 2 English-language), good air conditioning system. Beds and mattress pleasantly, only a common cover, per person of 2 pads. Room very calmly, hardly noises from the adjoining rooms, of the road noise only with open window and there also not excessively, because no major road.

Rich Frühstücksbuffet for Italian conditions, quality okay, the juices (too thick and sweet) and the egg food did not taste us, sausage well, cheese only one sort fusion cheese, coffee in order, bread and pastry well (predominantly bright bread), several Cerealien, yogurt, unfortunately no fresh fruits (only compote), very good sweet pastry (Kipferl, Donuts,…. ). All in all we were content. The breakfast area was not particularly comfortably, small tables, quite close together and very cool by the air conditioning system. But for one city vacation in order.

Hotel from the outside inconspicuously, inside very maintained with reception, bar and breakfast area in the ground floor, room then with elevator over several floors distributes. Room rather small, but beautifully furnishes and very maintained, well working air conditioning system. We felt hotel as calm, although many guests (which we noticed only with the breakfast). If one has the window openly, there is noise of the road (that is not however in Rome to avoid), but of us not as bad was felt. Frühstücksbuffet very well (above all the sweet meals), selection well (except with the cheese), to receive tables with difficulty rather small for 4 persons and Doppeltische. Guest structure was totally mixed, many different nationalities.

Situation could not be better, 2 lanes of terms (station removed), there drives all metros, penalty, shuttle, Hop on/hop off penalty etc. way. Ideally for a city journey. In terms there are some business, in which hotel environment removes like everywhere souvenir shops, at not too far distance also shopping streets, supermarket about 7 min., some restaurant in direct hotel environment (partially with good price performance ratio).

One could run straight evenly still around the bed, the desk was tiny, and in the bath beleibte humans could clamp already times - however everything actually completely nicely.

Based on the Italy average rather better Frühstücksbüffet - one found also bread, cheese, sausage, various of the cow and Cerealien. As usual a disappointing coffee from the warm stops.

At the reception German was spoken. One strove to be helpful us.

Typical small middle class hotel, tiny, but nice rooms, after the needs of the international public endeavors extended breakfast in optimally central situation.

The hotel lies in a small side street, only 5 foot minutes far away from the undergrounds, penalties and courses of the central station “terms” lain north. Together with a week or a 3-Tages-Karte one orders thereby over the fastest and most favorable starting point for the investigation of the city. We had a room to the road - it was bearable loud. Within 10 foot minutes one finds Pubs and restaurants problem-free for the evening relaxation of the culture-satisfied daily work.

Our room to the backyard was rather small. It was very clean and the atmosphere was extravagant. The bathroom was spacious. There was air conditioning, it was rather loud unfortunately.

Breakfast was in a rather uncomfortable room, at that time construction work/expansion. Sounded very hollow and was loud. The breakfast was not very extensive, rather Italian.

The staff was helpful. Daily room cleaning, uncomplicated check-in.

There were several shopping possibilities and restaurants very near.

It was located very well, centrally. There was a connection to the airport and an interesting surrounding area near the station Termini.
