The standard of the hotel four seasons in Binz is a star hotel, under no circumstances can you four stars expect. Only, because we a special price booked, we saw a complaint from. The mirror the spiegelschranks were partly splintered-put on and with scotch tape (!) Zusmmengeklebt. The back partly broken. Dark streaks on the walls of the room. The bathroom very small with unsteady toilet seat then on the 2. day fully from the holder broke. The restaurant 'Orangerie' was always closed because of a major rebuilding the obvious even longer lasts for a while. Which is why the ... access to the bar closed. This was m offer not mentioned. The staff were very young and very friendly and hard-working, %blank% at the front desk, as well as in the restaurant. This is not only extremely positive. Nevertheless we have a 2., later right again canceled. read more

I spent a very relaxing and pleasant vacation at the four seasons in Binz. The hotel is very recommendable and the location in Binz just unbeatable. 5 minutes on foot and one is on the promenade. Hospitality, quality of the food and drinks, as well as the cleanliness of the rooms is the operators no foreign word. read more

Our summary after a week in Binz is clearly, a beautiful island however could the hotel not what it says on the tin. The hotel room was run-down and small, the bathroom was not a 4 star standard as advertised. To consultation with the front desk we received a different room, unfortunately were the mattresses circa 10 centimeter shorter than the bed, the tv was perforce ( because of the size of the room) on the desk and covering the view to the mirror. Otherwise it was ok, the cleaning of the rooms also- the ladies are very customer-oriented. The ... biggest annoyance was the high mediocre and not very tasty dinner buffet. After three attempts we left this experiment and visited surrounding restaurants. It was good, that the management apparently from may a gourmet chef has, this helps the visitors until then unfortunately not further. in the dining room the staff were constantly understaffed, other spaces fully overstaffed which showed, the staff evenings in the hotel bar celebrating and the alleged no-smoking hotel within a short time after nicotine smell. Unfortunately wins one fast the impression, it must be saved. Cheapest juices for breakfast, everything about the filter coffee beyond must be paid, definitely not delicious and partly cold dishes especially the state of the hotel much to be desired. %blank% in the wellness area, as well as in the dining room is not properly cleaned, to the mold many fensterdichtungen. You get the impression, it is the minimal principle acts and 4 stars and the name four seasons are no guarantee for a pleasant stay. We are just back from Binz back. I was with my friend at the four seasons hotel and we had great 4 days in Binz. We were for the first time in Rügen and will gladly come again. The staff are very friendly and helpful, no matter what any queries you. The rooms in the hotel was very stylishly furnished, we had the double room comfort. We had breakfast also in the hotel, the selection was varied and delicious. In the sauna area we have in the afternoon very nice relaxation can, everything was very clean and you have a ... choice various saunas. Evenings we stayed in the byntze a few small things and the ambience enjoyed. Completely it was an amazing vacation! read more

Wanted a extended weekends and relaxation. Unfortunately we were in different ways disappointed, so that it was a unsuccessful vacation was. The (seasonal?) In the restaurant Orangerie served dinner was for the eye nicely arranged and also the service knew too much; a meal time of more than two hours for three courses (with three occupied tables!) Strained but also the geduldigsten palate. The really small bathroom leaves a sober impression. But the 'best' is the furnishing of the rooms with precious of high quality parquet. I was with my friend over new year's eve at the four seasons. It was a wonderful stay in the hotel, the rooms were large enough, as well as the bathroom and it was cleaned daily. Although over new year's eve but quite well visited, a lot of these in the sauna and spa area not at all. We had a good time chosen, so that we really great relaxing could, the restaurant fish market is for all fish lovers very recommendable. Who the evening with a tasty wine wants, is in the byntze 1318, the right next to the ... entrance of the vjz is, just perfect. \u263a the appearance of fontaine burnett (https://www. We were over new year's eve with friends the 2. time there. The staff were completely überordert, since the staffing level more than thin. Therefor bad service and long waiting periods for the food. Furthermore, we had everyone tomorrow only cold shower. Bathrobes and towels for the wellnussbereich were not available, as according to the reception the laundry not delivered had. Orange juice on new year's eve were lack of supply (4 star hotel! ) Lack of supply was not offered, of a glass sparkling wine to completely to silence. The frequent complaints of the guests more than unfriendly taken ... up. All in all a more than unpleasant stay, the also our last was. read more

The staff at the reception were okay. But not more. For the parking wanted one per night also 10 Euro kanta. The bottle of water in the room on the way there should 3.50 Euro costs. In other hotels these are things inclusive. The breakfast was ok. However definitely not 4,5 stars. The beds were the purest disaster. We had a double room. If one times together wanted, are the beds constantly auseinandergerutscht :-) We like to travel again to Binz, but will surely another hotel book. read more

We had a 2-room apartment, about 200 meters away from the main hotel vier jahreszeiten. The hotel, as well as the apartments have a very central location, what a real plus point is. Also the cleanliness of the hotel/apartment is very good, like the friendliness of the staff. The breakfast there were in the hotel and in addition we could the wellness area use ( swimming pool, sauna, fitness room). Two things may in our opinion be improved. In the fitness room missing a additional exercise bike and to the other there is criticism for breakfast. It happened, that not ... replenished or very late. Here should be more cooperation on it respected. Apart from that we were all in all really happy. read more

If you are on a direct view of the see can do without, this is a good place. The various restaurants we could not to test, since in the low season but some were closed.     The dining room is on the first glance ok. You will have a look but look you discover broken furniture, cobwebs on the bar (the bars are about the food), singed on the lamp shades... The quality of the dishes with a four star hotel nothing to do many of the dishes are as frozen foods from supermarket again. Much finished products, little freshly prepared dishes. The presentation of the dishes reminds most of a cafeteria. If you not to point 18 hours (meal times 18: hours until: o'clock) for the food is gets some of the dishes not any more, because the staff too lazy is empty dishes again to put. The staff were not very friendly, unmotivated-even lazy, because often is not no detectable. Our work has been from the staff very noisy done, loud tellerklappern etc. Was the norm. Any kind of requests was the staff annoying. Only after long discussions and with reluctance is then been met. The hotel captivates with its quiet and central location, as well as the friendliness of the staff. Great service at the check-in, very helpful staff, quick requirement with the breakfast. The room is very nicely furnished and clean. In a few minutes you are at the beach, at the health resort, at the bridge over the lake and a bus station. In short: gladly again and very recommendable. Only minus: the parking rates are really high with 10 Euro the night, but the car from a staff members in the underground car park dangers and back out in/out privileges. read more

Bad service orientation, belehrender tone of the Haumeisters, uninformierte staff in the restaurant Orangerie, bad time management in the food/ drinks Coordination, forgotten components at the main menu, staff in the breakfast area the bottlenecks with the guests discuss and the dishes loudly together rooms, disgusting towels (dirt stains in the material) for the wellness area, hard-working front desk employee, however unfortunately no adequate management of complaints, The Slogan... The vacation starts with arrival at the hotel true unfortunately not... Unfortunately for the money... Not recommendable! read more

Beautifully located hotel with proximity to promenade and to the beach. Since we had a few years ago vacation spend had, we were looking forward to the past - very good food. Unfortunately we were very disappointed. The quality the food we found than 2 steps lower. The meal times were from 18 to 21 o'clock. One came however after 19:00 o'clock, almost everything was empty eaten, refilled very hesitant to not at all. The breakfast whereas was very good and plentiful. The staff were very friendly. A free outdoor car park cost 12 € per day, as much ... as the underground parking. The pool is very small, also the spa area. read more

The booking 1 day before super fast worked well. The first impression from the outside and inside front desk and entrance were nice as well as the room and bathroom. But 10 Euro parking on the hotel parking pay that is unacceptable. read more

    Sunday.. We are in the room and were satisfied. Then we are and our things unpacked and we had to unpleasant things see! - blind in the bathroom defective (deviated) A few stains on the walls from small gemanschten insects. No screens. Cobwebs on chandeliers. - toilet from the inside below the rear in the corners black When we on the first evening in the room entered were 2 massive spiders in the room. On the final day have we seen, although we the windows only briefly had.

    We only booked with breakfast. Rolls sticky, cheese poor selection (there were only one type of cheese slices), seafood platter = everything was unappetizing on a plate thrown, fruit looked old, eggs from the inside brown, a kaffeeisolierkanne on the individual tables provided= coffee therefore not fresh, It was very carelessly prepared and laid out. At a four star hotel one should nevertheless much more to expect be able!

The cleanliness was generally reasonable. The room a general in need of renovation. The staff are was very on- Are ok. We booked half board and were able to see the Breakfast really reasonable is, following a building inconvenient the breakfast room reached. Not recommendable is half board to book, the food to 5 days repeated and the quality definitely not the price is. The types of people were very good in general. In short: ... to two-time stay I shall be forced on my Next vacation another hotel to book. read more
