This hotel is absolutely recommendable! We have a very lovely week in a room of the category C, the very spacious was, spent. Also a sofa with a table, a desk and a spacious bath were available. The staff were always very friendly and accommodating. We were much hiking and could swimming pool, sauna and in the quiet rooms always great relaxing. Also the breakfast left nothing to be desired. Had a small break for relaxing looking for. Is in this hotel totally successful. Were very warmly welcomed. Room and bathroom were very clean. After a nice walk along the moselle river promenade, we enjoyed our first evening with a glass of wine (gift of the hotel) on the balcony, with view of Mosel and the illuminated reichsburg castle. The breakfast buffet was very diverse, of all something. The service always looked after, whether everything was still there and worried immediately about supplies as soon as something was empty. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The spa area was ... very clean and for relaxing perfect. It was even my birthday not forget, which i am very pleased about. Thanks to the entire team, your friendliness and familiar way. Everything was absolutely perfect and we recovered super. read more

base of rating was a weekend in February with the lucky in the suite reside on. Starting with the friendliness and willingness to help of the staff on the quiet location and the very good facilities you can really recommend this hotel. The qualified massages in the spacious wellness area we very enjoyed. On the slightly the old fashioned fitness equipment in the sauna area we could smile and the condition of the actually beautiful pool write the winter break too. we were in the new part of the hotel is' Apollo House ' calls, about 80 rooms, size of the room was adequate, TV, minibar, safe, desk, a couch with table available, only the bath our room could have been a bit bigger. We had a special time with 3-5menu and champagne breakfast, the food was very tasty. Guests were German, Belgians and Dutch, age average about 50 read more

It was a nice stay. Friendly staff, good food and very clean bathroom. The rest of the room was dated and smelled. That was probably on the carpet, which even in the closet shelves. The store our clothing was not possible for us in the closet. We had one of the older rooms, which with the description on the website has nothing to do. As I said, everything was great, the room was only just shouldn't be. The hotel, however only, if a decent and newer rooms available. read more

In this hotel you can feel. It was mainly booked by Dutch we had the impression. All guests with good manners, which we noticed positive at the breakfast. The second cheapest room for 110 euro was completely okay, only the bathroom was extremely small, but for one night great. Exceptionally clean, nice pool, all the staff friendly and competent. Were in the new section. Room comfortable and brightly furnished in a country-house style. Four-poster bed with very good mattresses. Bathroom with shower modern. Balcony with view on the garden and the river. Indoor swimming pool to relax. At the breakfast buffet it was missing at nothing. Very nice and attentive staff. The centre of Cochen the best with the bike or public transport to reach. You can borrow bathrobes for seven Euro (entire stay). read more

The hotel is a bit out of Cochem, but quiet location. The city center is very good to Cochem walking distance. We had booked a double room/half board and the food can only praise. The offered dishes were varied and tasteful. read more

We had booked this hotel as a substitute in the short term.
Friendly staff met our group at the front desk.
The rooms are functional and clean.
We had booked with half board; and had to regret we did not.
The breakfast was plentiful, the dinner was absolutely okay and there was something for everyone.
The hotel is a little bit far from Cochem ' s city centre. For people, a walk, no problem, on the other, for example, taxi.
Unwind at the indoor swimming pool.

On the Internet and on holiday-check this hotel was recommended by many people.
In reality it looked unfortunately different inside and outside.
The front desk on the day of arrival was very impersonal, unfortunately we didn't bother probably at lunch.
The room and the furniture was in the style of the eighties, but not neglected. The bathroom only alone to enter. In the shower was even a person with 90 kilogram weight diagonally through, because the door was very small.
Since we had booked half board, we were surprised by the dinner sees. The chef and the food was very ... good. The atmosphere and furnishings in all salads were freshly prepared. Very good!
Interaction of the very many guests from Belgium. Always in a hurry and breakfast the stress.

This was our second time in panorama and we have felt ourselves very well again. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is very clean. The size of the room and bathroom were good. We spent four days in this beautiful hotel. Super delicious food, in all areas super nice service, nice rooms in the Hotel Apollo and a nice little wellness area have contributed to, that we had a really nice short break at this hotel could spend. Those who had something to complain here, couldn't be helped. We can recommend this hotel with a clear conscience. Price/performance was best we had a package with Neckermann. read more

The hotel is very good, the food, rooms, etc. Was good. Value for money but not, too expensive for what you get. Parking is in the season scarce, d. In July and August there is parking problems. The pool is nice - however, this was not water park! All in all, the hotel was ok, only for the price you could expect better. read more

Welcome, we know different. On arrival at reception our 1 year old daughter a short noisy Jauchzer to what the lady at the front desk at the rolled her eyes. The swimming pool is not suitable for kids since you don't dive, or better don't move, the advertised no "water park' but only "pool with resting area". Since the staff didn't kommunizierd together, arise mistake, the at the expense of the guests. D. H. unless you call and reserve something will be asked to write an e-mail briefly, please take care of the word unable to write down and especially ... with whom they made phone calls. We requested a by phone rooms for 2 adults and 4 children would prefer. They offered us a suite & asked us to send an e-mail but short. Directly after the phone call I emailed on behalf of my family and got an immediate response. The night should 250, - Euro half board cost. Already at the arrival twisted the lady at the front desk the eyes (4 children and one had a noisy say anything). And then the shock for us. You had the suite only for two adults. From children could it was written. We Denied and told them that we could call all taken care and in our mail but also with our family have written. We got in response: "you know how many staff actually we? As you couldn't expect to get every single ask whom he mentioned! " But also the argument that in a well run hotel, but on the same person from 15 minutes, with the we phoned the mail also worked at the front desk and they didn't know what they call would have said, brought not disturb us, as always said very many different employees work very short time to get to the front desk. In the bath were pinkie or fingernails hairs and in the shower. The pillows smelled strongly of the previous guests, as they were not aired. We left the pay Bonus Card of the hotels where you supposed to be a 5 % bonus on all hotel and Restaurantumsätze answers to the price list. We were given 5 % of course not granted because we had a gift card. What is the difference is whether our parents pay there and give us a voucher on site, or we pay? Even on the sum on site at 2pm we had to, was the discount not be granted. The town Cochem is a very nice and lovely town. The Reichsburg highly recommended. But please never again this hotel. read more

Room was very small and dingy. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. After the first heavy allergic reactions against eliminate dog hair all over it and dust we were offered another room. Here it was not much better - so we at five for an hour in the fresh air to leave. Change of rooms was however without any problem. Breakfast room should be visited early as about 30 minutes before the end of the breakfast included the most of was cleared. Service staff at dinner was very friendly and competent, breakfast dismissive. Zimmerfotos on the website are not ... provided ones. May have been renovated only a part of the hotel and this may be used for the advertising. read more

The new part of the hotel (Hotel Apollo) is wonderful. It is a little bit back, not right on the road and is surrounded by the decor and comfort in any case recommendable. The building is situated on the road and doesn't look very inviting value from the outside. We had a room of the category B room with balcony (in the Hotel Apollo) and were very pleased. Size and cleanliness of the room was a four star hotel. Parking around the hotel sufficiently available. Breakfast and dinner are in any case recommendable. The service, the friendliness and the quality ... of the food corresponded to a four star hotel. But not recommendable was the Spa area, in which to relax is difficult. It is small, dirty and poorly decorated. The pool is so small that you almost got claustrophobia for four people. The weiterern you had to ask for each session to the reception, that you want to use the Spa area, the saunas were only turned on at all. The steam sauna steam needed at all ages to develop. A shame! All in all but due to the friendliness of the staff, the good food and the comfort of the rooms a very recommendable Hotel. read more
