Abgewöhntes hotel, the 5 stars are not worth more. The staff without a break of a site to the next run, which the quality impact. No improvements of the staff. Mostly egyptian guests, loudly and the attention of the waiters fully taking. The further hotel area is desert and cement plants in the distance. The beach is beautiful. The sun shades are however, since only with slats and spaces, primitive. Right cleanliness must not be expected, since the staff, although hard, to not any time. Very nice is the spa-area. Very nice is the separate restaurant. If you want something ... money darauflegt, can in this hotel feel good. The normal posting makes no special pleasure. read more

I would sure think twice before I book in this hotel. The hotel is for sure not 5 stars at all. Everything is either very poor or poor. In normal hotels things that are free of charge this hotel will charge you. The rooms & hotel need major renovation in all major parts rooms and the hotel in general. I made a complain and no one bother to call and check with me. The room rate is very expensive and you can get much better hotel in the same area with less money. read more

We have visited this hotel over Easter after a few days and were extremely satisfied Cairo. But you should know, what you're getting into. A real village, there was not. Therefore, you're limited to the hotel, which is also go on excursions can. So could a longer vacation there already sometimes dull. For our 4 days there was however optimal. The pool is the absolute Highlight. In fact, it is more a artificial lake one almost 100 meters in length. The beach is too directly at the hotel, a lot of beach chairs, clean beach towels. You can really great ... relaxation, the rooms are clean and spacious. The food is very diverse and there is something for everyone. There were also many families with small children, the visibly were satisfied. read more
