The hotel is conveniently located. We were lucky, that in february the disco negenan not yet open was, otherwise we would have probably at night a wink. The rooms are very small and quite worn, had to be urgently renovated. read more

The hotel said is like the majority of hotels in Mallorca let's say of mature ages, in a condition which we as a great call. Of course the furniture and the furnishing older, but everything very clean, maintained, and without wackeleien and wear phenomena. We had all inclusive with everything which the heart desire can. Wireless internet in the entrance and the bar (and also in the 2. floor in our room) free usable. The age of the guests is in the spring, of course, rather higher, but quite also 'younger' couples in the hotel were. But a pleasant, pleasant ... and more upscale clientele, with almost exclusively german guests. At the weekend were also some spanish families in the hotel, but all nice and pleasant. read more

    We had a room the pool side in the 2. floor, which big enough and furnished nicely was. The furniture are older, but in very good condition. The tv device somewhat older, however more than adequate. In the closet was the safe and the balcony furniture was newer. For us there was no complaint concerning the furnishing of the room and bath. In the bathroom was a bathtub with a shower curtain, such as the construction period of the hotel usual, the whole in good condition and clean.

    We enjoyed the food every time simply super good and we found the diversity at the buffet great. The quality of the food and the cleanliness was great. Only small (personal) drawback was, that it simple boiled rice only with the gala diner gave (which we 2 times to experience was allowed). But it is a purely personal preference. Otherwise we can on the wealth, diversity, quality and the presentation of the meals only inspired reports. The atmosphere was not least because of the nice, friendly service and the rather more set public always pleasant.

    in the dining room everyone gets on the first evening the fixed table, mostly are the 4. tables, which for us not a problem was, since you either nice people to chat with (as we), or without any problems didn't like the meals from the way to go. The must everyone for itself off. The food was the beverages every time fix and nicely served and all in the dining room were very pleasant and in a good mood. In the bar were the waiters also very friendly, attentive and all drinks were fast and always with a nice saying serves. We had as all inclusive guests never the impression, that half board (because of eventual tip) were preferred. The cleaning of the rooms was always good and everything was clean. The cleaning maids to 2. and in a good mood. A short problem with the flush toilet the next morning fast repaired. For us was the whole service overall upscale and nice.

    The swimming pool and the pool (because of the early travel time from february ) we didn't use, found the grounds but well maintained and in good repair. As one of the few hotels in Cala Millor has the hotel said a beautiful garden with plants, grass and great palm trees in the pool area. The way to the beach is some minutes-about 150 meters away and in the summer not a problem. If i the hotel beech, i know yes, that it is not right at the sandy beach is. The loungers etc. Were a perfect condition. The entertainer Carlos made his job in our opinion perfect. He was always funny and friendly and perfect for the audience too our time due. In the evening was 3 times live music, the we liked and once the sketch 'Dinner for One' from Carlos and a lady from the tourist crowd demonstrations, which just enthusiastic. It was great and the lady for the rest of the week the ' star ' of the hotel.

    The hotel is not directly at the beach, in town Cala Millor and is about 50 minutes away from airport. Overall everything is of shopping, night life and restaurant in abundance-in the high season. Now in february was as good as everything was still in the winter season (for us was not a problem, we knew in the book), but due to the selection of the appointment note. Every day however, more shops and hotels in Cala Millor open.

A big hotel for 500 guests. Rooms, the small and worn are with only 1 outlet which is in the bathroom. The carpets in the hallways are stained and partly duchlöchert. The ladies try by the cleanliness and the friendliness everything to make up for. The building could with other 4 star houses can't compete. The food has maximum 2.5 stars. The age of the guests is between 2 and 90 years, many germans a few british and very lots of spaniards. read more

    The room was small and clean. The furniture were very old and totally scuffed. The tv was new and spotless, the balcony nice and clean. The heater work will soon be well. A huge shortcoming was, the room even had no outlet, so that you were forced, his cell phone or accumulator the camera in the bathroom right at the sink to store, because there was only one plug socket. On the first evening there was the usual fresh vegetables, potato salad 2 curried mixed salads, a few salad dressings, a meat dish, a fish dish two side, brussel sprouts and with the show cooking chicken breast, sole and grilled liver. The breakfast through its brotvielfalt and its many sausages and cheeses surprised. The lunch was a abblid of the dinner from the night before. The dessert buffet would be better smaller and less canned fruit. Over the dinner i can go neglect, frozen vegetables, frozen meat balls in finished sauce, in 9 days 5 days liver, 6 days sole and 9 days grilled chicken breast salads, soups and desserts, as well as large parts of the show cooking, there was both lunch and dinner. Mashed potatoes with water and without any seasoning prepared and the grilled prawns i have given the rest. During cutting, it turned out, they had the intestine and the was well stocked (my plate the gifts and my napkin were then useless) The advertised gala dinner found in the first week not take place and was also rather under the term wanted but somehow not accomplished.

    The language skills of the staff were good. The staff was friendly and the cleaning of the rooms good. However a hotel, what all-inclusive offers should the vacationers not in class divide. The hotel is clean the bathrooms rather in need of renovation. Definitely ensure that you a room To the pool side bay otherwise to the street side very noisy, as a beer garden opposite is and the music very noisy. Selection of dishes was rich and the quality was good. The waiters are very friendly and speedy. Staff at the Front desk is also very friendly. read more

Already on the day of arrival, the 21-10-2012 we learned from other guests, the already several times their Vacation there spent, that the hotel said from 31-10-2012 to 01-02-2013 closed And that one the impression have, that the services specially in the restaurant of day Day poor would. Since this is our first stay in the hotel said was, we could us to This time no allow judgment and were actually to 26-10-2012 with the Catering. From the 27-10-2012 however we had to find out, that neither animation nor evening agenda and that the dishes in the restaurant lunch, as ... well as evenings from reheated leftovers ( for example 4 sometimes duck) of bygone days and finished products such as ravioli, tortellinis, Chicken nuggets, cordon bleu, dosenwürstchen and so on existed. Even the cakes at the dessert buffet was partly unthawed finished product. All in all a lovely hotel with great rich and changing buffet. The rooms are rather small- are missing outlets and the furniture is already partially worn out. But otherwise everything super! read more

The hotel was good, the staff pleasant and accommodating, everything very clean. You could the hotel say, that it once one of the best houses was. Unfortunately it is probably missed the hotel times 'beautify'. You can tell the hotel in spite of every effort the years, what a great vacation no harm. A disco/ beer bar in the neighborhood exaggerates it somewhat with the volume. The double rooms are too small! My opinion for longer stay not suitable, only for sleeping this is okay. read more

You feel very much at ease here and you as a guest treated. Especially the staff are very nice and accommodating. All in all a great vacation. The rooms are a bit small and the furnishings getting a bit old, but really clean. read more

The hotel invites guests from the outside to stay a while. It is quite large and very well maintained. You could every day in and around the hotel watch how everything well maintained and cleaned. Even lamps and lanterns were of the cleaning ladies cleaned. At the front desk one was very friendly front desk. The complete staff speaks good German and is always friendly and accommodating. Frequented the hotel very many German all age groups. We had only very few children in the hotel. You feel right after the check in very probably, the relaxation factor was very good. ...     The double rooms are not so big, but for 2 persons more than enough. Every room has a balcony with a table and chairs, as well as a stand for hanging wet towels and co. The most rooms are equipped with view of the sea, only few rooms are on the page correctly. The furniture in the room are a bit outdated but they are well maintained. A safe is in the closet available. In the closet one got problem-free all clothes under. In the bathroom a shower with shower curtain.

    Over the gastronomy we can only swarm. The quality and selection of the food is excellent, it was actually not at all possible to try everything. Also after a week the food was yet always diverse, here simply found for everyone.     All of the staff are so friendly and helpful! Everyone always had a smile on the lips, that one experienced very rarely. In the restaurant were very fast the plates and the table cloths were changed. The serving staff with drinks served, and as soon as the glass was empty someone came and asked for, if you want. In the restaurant everything is very well organized, everyone gets its firm capacity, which we really great found, one could come when you wanted you had it always an assigned table. The cleaning of the rooms cleaned daily, we can't say anything negative. The maid service was as all of the staff very nice. If the sign please do not disturb hanged was the cleaning lady just came.

    The pool is not quite as large but very clean. Loungers one could always exactly like beach chair mattresses. But we the sea preferred. At the beach you can chairs and umbrellas rent. You get but also right on the waterfront air mattresses, umbrella and toys at fair prices. Directly at the beach you can jet ski, paddle boat, banana and ride speedboat. The beach is very clean and well maintained.

    The drive from the airport took about an hour and a half, the still some other hotels on the route. The beach is less than 200 meters away. In the street bottom hotel you are right in the huge shopping area, in the everything was, from the supermarket on each quantity souvenireläden to restaurants bars and co.     The entertainment is varied, as far as we saw. We didn't take part, since we were always traveling. Next to the hotel it has a Ballermann disco. We have in the room from this however heard nothing, because they are on the other side is. The' Banana' bar, circa 100. Great beach vacation. The hotel lies nearby the pedestrian precinct and proximity to the beach. The service was good and friendly, the gastronomy very diverse and good. Pool area was very spacious and there were enough sunbeds to choose from, animation is available, but never obtrusive, evenings is always a program offered. Who this hotel bay for a normal large room definitely with a pool view, since the other room to the lateral road location and the view is not good ( disco, night clubs). Who a larger room must book a suite. We loved it here and we can ... only recommend the hotel. read more

    Our room was very small and in the closet lacked storage space. A few clothes hangers and three drawers. It lacked shelf space. The beds are comfortable, the tv modern. The balcony is large enough for 2a 4 persons. The air conditioning is not too loud and worked perfectly. A mini bar or cooling function is unfortunately not available. The furniture could be renewed.

The plates were quickly cleared away, so that on the tables no tellerstapel form. In the bar there are until o'clock cocktails and co. We recommend this all inclusive to book. One of the few hotels in which all inclusive really worth it, as there is no cheap hooch is.

    A big praise to the entertainers and actor the evening shows. We have rearly seen such great made and entertaining shows experienced. Apart from that there is obviously as usual water aerobics, darts and co. Here are the entertainers not pushy, a no was immediately accepted. The pool is with palm trees nicely laid out. There is always enough chairs and covers, as well as umbrella. An early get up to the reserve here is absolutely not necessary. At the beach we were not, since we unfortunately a little bad luck with the weather and it the sand too windy.

    To the beach one runs a maximum of 5 minutes, purchase- and entertainment possibilities lie between hotel and beach. Are can be reached very quickly and nevertheless the hotel is peaceful located. You have however a room to the page it is from beer garden until o'clock a bit noisy, afterwards is the music there only in the disco played. By bus to Palma färt you for 15 Euro there and back, the journey takes about one and a half hour.
