The hotel Clarks shiraz is one of the older hotels in agra. It is quite close to the Taj Mahal and offers from numerous room the view of the dome. The old one sees the hotel but also in some spots. Breakfast is extremely rich and good. Early, is the value for money good. read more

A huge house of clarkskette with 237 rooms. Works from the outside rather sober. The changes immediately, if you are driving into force and views over the garden and the pool area raises. Everything very clean. We had as a part of our trip night with half board booked. Many groups in the house. The guest structure was international. The complex is certified by iso 9001/2008. During our stay fell several times the electricity from (always only a few seconds). We were once in the lift affected, not pleasant. read more

A good Clarks-hotel, room clean and in terms of size enough. Very recommendable a trip on foot (no feeding monkeys, become otherwise pushy!) Or small trains (a maximum of 1 kilometer) to the shopping street, purchase of souvenirs (however tacky) possible. Clothes shop went here however not, but spices. Many boys on the way, the stores want, so we have the gewürzverkauf found. But beware, it takes away too long, and very far 'off the beaten track', then better turn around.
Nice coffee a la Starbucks at an intersection and finally once again decent coffee enjoyed.
In the hotel there ... was a varied choice of meals, quality unfortunately not outstanding, but okay were. Beer (660 millilitre ) cost 370 inr.

The hotel lies slightly off the beaten track but central. Has a beautiful garden and large pool and made a clean, neat impression. A hotel in concrete style, that from the outside little attractive.
The lobby and the entrance area reconcile then something, without however to

The hotel is actually not bad: our room was clean, the bathroom relatively new and even with a rain water-shower equipped.
A small safe and a flat -tv were in the room as well as obligatory as a small mini bar. The comfortable double bed and a beautiful large windows gave us in the room suits well. Nevertheless everything works easily dustilyalthough everything perfect was clean.
The hotel is appeal of tours, so it is ... actually in the hotel always something going on.
A large plus point is, that the Taj Mahal within sight and, therefore, it was quickly reachable is.
The breakfast buffet was ok, the other meals and snacks in the restaurants also. read more

Our room 356 was quite spacious and the bathroom clean. Bad was, that the windows could not open, allegedly because of the affenüberfälle, but the once had at least air conditioning, which lots of hotels in India not had.
The living room had a green marble floor, of course, the floor not very warm feel left. The brown desk was long with his white writing desk. It was not tidy, only with a white table lamp, kettle, glasses and the folder. On the wall were there a double socket for english plug and a flat screen tv. The armchair had ... a geflochtene, white lehne. Before the brown curtains were two armchairs with a brown stelltisch with a white table top and even an ashtray.
The bed there was no double bed, but two single beds, next to each other. The mattress was very pleasant and i could sleep very well. For the night i had a wall lamp and bedside table as shelf and telephone.
The bathroom was small, but good. We had a bathtub with white tiles and a brown mosaikwand. Very important for me was the flexible shower hose. The sink was brown and had a small and white, round wash basin. The bathroom and kitchen faucet was convenient! The mirror was so large, that i no wall more looked.
We had the dinner with in the price. The restaurant have as always only for dinner and breakfast. There was the India-kitchen, everything very clean and appetizing, still i got diarrhea. In the evening there were six salads: sausage, tomatoes, egg mayo, beetroot, potatoes and indian. Two soups, six hot indian-made dishes like meatballs and rice or chicken. The room was large and rather bare, the waiters very friendly.
The breakfast was more international with cereal, sausage, cheese, pastries and a few indian relevant. read more

The location of the hotel is quiet and you can either with rickshaw, small train for cheap prices or on foot ( about 15 minutes ) the surrounding, absolutely Bali's place visit. The extra charges concerning drinks are high, especially for wine, the food is very tasty and well stocked. Wiki is offered, costs also relatively high (240 rupees/H). The complex in the hallways videosupervised. There are some shops in the area, which partly well stocked (kitsch up to higher quality things ) ..., a bank, various travel agencies, hairdresser, etc. are in the hotel available. read more

We recommend the hotel. The rooms are rather small, but comfortably furnished and were for the winter warm.
Very friendly staff served uS and in the bathroom there were hot water.
The dining room is very big, but well organized and the waiters are fast.
The pool is welcoming, there was beef and delicious Rake and the best selection in 15 hotels on the round trip.
The breakfast was likewise sufficient and tasted OK.
But please do not room 420 take, is located directly on the lift and the loudly around the hour. read more
