-'musty' atmosphere, smart the 70-80. years, feels like a nursing home.
- sauna tiny, swimming pool somehow ' crushed ', the loungers have hardly place, no real relaxation area, everything available, but since i have stayed in private houses have been bigger saunas seen.
- single room tiny, mattress old, rollade stuck (even 'fixed')
- bath ok, air ventilation super loud, toilet brush pins feast in counter, only ambidextrous detachably
- the entire hotel is very badly soundproofed
- half board 18 €: it was offered a joke! Scanty and the ' market vegetables' was from the can
- waiter ... evenings very neat and nice, for breakfast. To fear
In short: for 72, -€ (season-or ago!) Clear overpriced, in every area! read more

As English people, we found the facilities good and the staff very helpful. No language difficulties everyone could speak English. Being able to walk to the ski facilities in minutes was absolutely brilliant. Wish we had realised that we could also walk up to childrens play ground. Found out too late, but will know for next time. Returning to the hotel spa and swimming pool was lovely. Our only very tiny dissappointment was the only only warm food at breakfast was boiled eggs. Not a major problem, after all we were on the continent!!! Facilities in the town seemed great ... but we had such good skiing (snowed lots) there was no time in our short stay to see much. Lots of places to eat anything you might want! read more

The price of drinks (in the room) are in our opinion but not contemporary.

A beautiful start in our Radfahrurlaub at the Ruhr along. Peaceful location, great pool, very friendly staff.

I was only 1 night there, wellness offer was available and was also offered, I but we didn't make use of it.
The rooms were large enough, the bathroom for this category more than top.
Breakfast was fully sufficient and good.

Relaxation, wellness and just take a break from everyday life is just great. The building lies wonderful quiet, as it is located in a side street is. To the center it are about 10 minutes within walking distance. The area is very nice but also very hilly, what actually should be clear. In the town center there are very nice shops and simply beautiful and quaint pub. read more

We spent our men trip here for a short break in winterberg (four days) in winterberg and Andrea. The hotel is clean, the swimming pool is small but adequate, the sauna was okay. The hostess is correct and helpful, room was clean and big enough, also for longer stay, the breakfast was excellent, there was nothing missing. The Sauerland is well worth a visit. read more

Nice small hotel. Very recommendable for hikers and in the winter for ski drivers. Middle aged to older guests. Quiet, relaxing atmosphere. It offers a massage ., we have not used. Pool rather small, but clean and well maintained. Sauna every day for two hours free. Good location, one is in five minutes to get to the city without being in the hustle and bustle. read more

Our room (entire hotel) was very clean and characteristic furnished. The staff (the family) was very helpful for hiking and so on. The previous assessment, we can unfortunately only say who the guest information had desert that the staff was always on the phone is attainable if times none in the reception is.

We enjoyed our short stay at the hotel and we really enjoyed Andrea felt comfortable all around.
Menu in the evening was of course a changes, if early enough was told.
Buffet breakfast very generous and delicious.
Only with the cleaning of the bathroom should be a little more closely.
But other than that, as I have already said, everything was spick-and-span.
We love to stay there again. read more

The hotel is not recommendable. We have never seen such inflexible staff and were very disappointed! There was only 1 menu and must be taken 18-19 hours, otherwise you're lost! read more

Well located. Hotel-own possibility for parking is available. Close to the beach and to the ski area. To the ski area you need to walk about ten minutes. The beach is not. The train station is within walking distance. read more

Winterberg was a nice place, the highly recommended for a short break is.
We regret that we cannot say the same about the hotel Andrea not, therefore, we want to share our experience in this report:
We were looking forward to our short wellness holiday in a 'house' with three stars. When we arrived we saw a well-maintained house, made a good impression on us. At the beginning we were shown our room and we got the strong note, that the heating 'only if it really is very cold' on the highest level should be rotated. (A rare note for ... a paying guest).
We had booked half-board, we were informed about the next meal times. At 18 hours there is food and a choice of one dish, no buffet or selection option.
Shortly after six we sat together with other guests in the dining room of the house and waited for the service. It seemed a dark dreinblickende older woman, which our desires. We asked at the order for a meatless option, since my girlfriend is vegetarian. The reaction of the lady sloppy' vegetarian? It is bad!' you want but let's see. After a few minutes with the food, whereby the meat on the plates my my girlfriend was simply omitted. (without something else dazuzugeben we noticed then, that the other meat but quiet could bring. We had this in your face to judge but better not desired. The expression verfinsterte and we got a rate raunzt process, wrote, I would like to start, for us service history: 'the other I, if it is needed!'.
The lady had demonstrated a good premonition, because it is not needed, as the food tasted on level of service was.
In and around winterberg there are numerous hotels with good kitchen and friendly staff, so that there are numerous alternatives for a lovely getaway is. A stay at this property is not recommended. read more
