Booked the plunge -pool room. Unfortunately this was a disappointment. The room ( number a105) seemed quite dark and felt quite cramped. It felt like you were in a cave. Because we a couple of days rain had had we vorzeitg into the room and it was really depressing. You had a flat screen -tv in the room however was the reception a catastrophe. Unfortunately I can the room not recommend. The standard -room recommend or you for still more money a hydro pool room out.

The breakfast was ok on the whole however no comparison the new star. Which us not at all much was the prices by the pool. Of course I know that the prices in the hotel höher than outside on the street. Unfortunately are the portions however a joke. You get the bill with 3 various additional fees included tip and then they should be again tip. Here the comparison the new star, you get a lunch offered for thb 80, -without fees. Lunch in the Pavillon spaghetti and a salad lay over thb 800, -.

The staff are very friendly as usual in Thailand even if we have a cleaning of the rooms problem had. The rooms are however cleaned every day however we had in the plunge -pool room always the feeling it was dirty.

The pool in the Pavillon is not the real. This could also times a small renervierung use. Quite old and the quality of the water was also nothing. The beach at the beach were ok, the pool chairs were better. Wi-fi password is right at the beginning at the check in. As mentioned, the section at the beach great.

We were a week earlier in the new star beach Resort and compared to the Pavillon the whole about € 400,- more cost must I unfortunately to say we were a bit disappointed from the Pavillon. It is certainly not a bad resort however is the new star in the comparison clear front. The Pavillon was booked with breakfast included. The complex seemed quite manageable in comparison to new star. We had a plunge -pool room and were a bit disappointed. The complex seemed quite clean nevertheless it stinks many a time quite strongly after purification plant. What absolutely for the resort is the beach area. Here at the Lamai in my opinion the best section. The resort was visited by D, A, I, E, F, cn and so on.

The location speaks clear for the resort. One is about minutes at the airport and in a couple of minutes on foot in the middle of Lamai. Taxi to the airport cost thb 600, -. The beach is top and clear weather also very pleasant for swimming. Excursions as well as everywhere I would also not here in the resort book, but in one of the many travel agencies around the corner.

We had a jacuzzi -room with a large jacuzzi, the great work and after a long sunbathing a chte delight is. This rooms are ( for 2 persons) big enough, massive bed, apart from that everything available: mini bar, 2 small bottles of water per day free of charge, tv-flat screen ( with however only 2 German channels -Deutsche Welle and Eurosport), safe, telephone. Room very clean and tidy, however it is recommended, a mosquito net: thai -mosquitos are quite smart and hard to get, and with each use slips time a purely, the German tourists to try.

One could say, that all the food, whether in the restaurant or at the pool bar, of good quality and well presented, however also are quite expensive. Usually 1 dinner (4 course) free included. Because of the numerous restaurants outside recommends but, only with breakfast to book. Breakfast is good and well stocked. Unfortunately switch the offer only between 2 variants, so a bit monotonous in the long run. Cleanliness-exemplary, cuisine, to european and asian. The atmosphere is quiet dignified and very pleasant.

Staff is very friendly and hard-working, however one must sometimes inform oneself with hands and feet, since some insufficient speak English. Very sweet, the manager- ladyboys - very nice and helpful. Cleaning of the rooms great. Recommendable the laundries outside of the hotel, as you can for about 1 Euro per kilo of the laundry wash and 'iron' I, is usually within 5 to 8 hours finished. In the hotel per item usage, is comparatively more expensive. Complaints are generally immediately dealt with, for example drop of the airconditioning was within 1 hour fixed. The staff are for all wishes and complaints open and very friendly.

Beach and pool, both are very nice and never crowded. The pool is a bit small, but sufficient to swim and cool off. Loungers and protection from the sun sufficiently available. Internet: Wi-Fi free of charge and with appropriate periphery also in the hotel room to receive. Furthermore there is a library/internet area with 2 new Apple-computers for free surfing.

The Pavillon is very well situated on the Lamai beach; you can say, the brochure -photos are in accordance with the reality. The complex is manageable, so no crowds of guests, the breakfast buffet thump. The beautiful the small size of the hotel is, that the guests on beach, pool and enterprises spread, so always loungers for sunbathing are free. The hygiene is exemplary, no leftovers previous guests or similar Overall condition of the hotel: not new, but well maintained. The guest structure limited mainly on european guests ( D/it/esp/aus/fr), average age about 30 years

Directly at the beach, well maintained beach ( served every morning from staff 'smoothed'). No scattered rubbish or similar About half an hour away from the airport. Purchase-and entertainment possibilities abound, the hotel lies directly at a shopping with clothes, pharmacies ( all 50 meters), supermarkets, bars, etc. Many excursions over hotel or travel guide bookable (more-see tips)

The hydropool villa is getting very old with lots of small defects and drawbacks ( abplatzenden paint and plaster). The however most poignant that is, two villas are reciprocally, however without any sound-proofing. As a result, that every conversation, worse however every toilet and showers of the 'neighboring room' almost live rhythm. Exactly may then the villanachbar the own badaufenthalte hear. The privacy is right nothing. The hotel has this fact for us redissolved, in the during our stay the nachbarvilla not given. The couple, that nachbarvilla stayed at, is because of shortcomings in a larger Villa moved.

The prices in restaurant and bar were all overpriced (12 to 20 euros per person and food), but the usual framework of the hotels there. The beach along there are cheaper and better possibilities to eat. It will be up to 4 nights in the week with themengestaltung and buffet (Seafood-barbecue, pasta, steak, thai) a little variety created. Also these buffet are all overpriced. The breakfast buffet is large and it tries all standards to meet, but not always manage. The pastry included the croissants /cakes is hard enjoyable. There is fresh fruits (bananas, watermelons, pineapple ), as well as different juice concentrates, however no freshly squeezed juices. Eggs and a kind of pancakes (roti) are freshly prepared. Pineapple and erdbeermarmeladen, as well as honey and butter, there was only in packaged form. Sausage and cheese are rather decoration, the english breakfast was very greasily and not well (which it often is, it is but also better).

The staff, from the front desk to to the restaurant was always accommodating and the thai art accordingly friendly and tried hard. Fluent in english spoken. In the rooms is only cleaned, which is directly accessible, suitcase but also small, light backpack will not to side cleared around behind to wipe. The laundry service is typical of a hotel expensive, it was cheaper's next door for just €0.90/kg laundry. Two small bottles water are every day free to get, as well as, coffee/tea (kettle in the room)

The complex offers pool area, beach bar, a tiny spa, a library/internet area. All together the hotel is clean and reasonably maintained. The pool you can confidently as ageing designate. He was clean and tidy but nevertheless very small. Possibilities for playing for smaller children there was always no.

The hotel tried than five-star facilities, is this claim however not fair. Overall the hotel is clean and it tries to some extent in to. The guests are mainly french, russian and german nationality and mostly from 35 +.

The hotel is located at northern end of has Lamai (Lamai Beach). In Lamai there are a lot of restaurant, massageshops and bars, most of the however with rather poor quality. The next seven eleven, as well as atm is only a few hundred meters away. Caution : Lamai and Chaweng are rather with the Ballermann comparable, who evenings peace looks for is in the wrong place here. At the beach along there are good, reasonably priced restaurants the mostly to small bungalows attached.

We had de-luxe. Jacuzzi -room and got a free upgrade to a hydro -pool-villa with approximately 60 meters², private sun terrace with a small pool (2,5 time 4 meters) and were thrilled. Decor was modern thai style-everything was very new.

We had only breakfast, this was however best of all 4 hotels our 3 wöchigigen vacation trip (koh tao, koh phangan and koh samui).

Beautiful pool close to the beach. Unfortunately were the reservierungsprofis for beach and pool are very active. Through our private pool-villa with private loungers we had a fallback procedure. From the beach we were a bit disappointed - only the hotel beach was reasonably clean, apart from that a lot of trash and cloudy water (perhaps we were a little from koh phangan undko tao spoiled).

Beautiful boutique -hotel by the beach and only a couple of steps to the center from Lamai. We were only the last 2 nights in front of the home there and were very surprised, that we had a complimentary upgrade to a hydro -pool-villa were given.

Right next to beach, in madrid and nevertheless peaceful!

We had a hydro -pool-villa with a large kingsize bed, lcd tv, dvd player, telephone, air conditioning, fan, fridge. Day bed. A bathroom with a toilet, shower, small clothe file, in-room safe, washbasin. Of the shower you could go through a door in the pool. If one from the bedroom door out, comes one on a small sun terrace.

There is a breakfast room, the evening with various theme nights (bbq, thai buffet, pasta-themed evening, and so on) lures. The prices are quite high. Because we only breakfast had, we are always eat out eat out. For everyone's budget the right. No matter wether eating house, McDonald's or lots of restaurants.

As all thais is also the staff very friendly. With english you on the whole island good. The hotel has a gym, a laundry service and if necessary a doctor.

There is a fitness room. Wifi is in the rooms free, and it is next to of the lobby a computer room with 2 computers. A mini market and several traders with handbags, t-shirts, schlas, shoes, and d. g. are in the immediate vicinity. The pool and the beach is very clean. It daily in the room beach towels offered. And at the beach you get again extra a large towel for the pool chair. The loungers and the sun shades are free. By the pool there are otherwise a pool bar also some snacks offers. Furthermore are at the beach many flying händerler on the way, not troubling work (since you are not officially on this beach section may hold), if you want something stay however are. There are fruit, frühlichsrollen, chicken and towels, sunglasses, and so on

We had a hydro -pool-villa, which i highly recommend. For breakfast there was a rich american buffet with fresh fruit, sausage, cheese, warm dishes, a chef fresh omelets prepared, as well as a chef for fresh pancakes. There were almost only couple present and a few families with children. The rooms and the pool were cleaned daily, and also on the complex you always industrious hands the everything was kept clean.

To the airport it was about 20 minutes. The resort has directly at the beach, that means from gemiensamen pool and the breakfast room were only 3 steps to the beach. For shopping there was a mini market nearby. Also there are enough bars and restaurants nearby. In around 5 to 10 minutes walk to a large square, other many bar (with dancing women at the bar) and a boxing ring in the middle, the saturdays from 22 o'clock thai boxing take place.

Very clean, tasteful and well-kept. The pool the hydro-villas, in the morning from 7:30 a. m. permanently with a continuous water dining and cleaned daily. Simply super! Room big enough, bathroom very nice, with a direct access of the shower in the pool or ungekehrt. Everything available: tea, coffee, mini bar, etc. However are the prices high, if you with the prices outside or supermarket compares.

The we didn't eat there, except for the booked breakfast - and it was perfect.

Extremely friendly staff. The owner, a thai, looks again and again even past and is suburb.

We didn't use the pool, as well as the spa area, as it left next door good possibilities to the massage there was.

Very nice, modern hotel, modern asian design hotel. We also were from the plunge -pool the hydro spa villa upgraded-which was brilliant! We have the pool at any time of the day used and enjoyed (see room)

we had a deluxe jacuzzi room and upgraded to the suite plunge pool. the room was very commodious and beautifully equipped. At the cleanliness there was nothing to complain about. solely the air conditioning was very noisy.

we had with breakfast booked. The choice and the quality was good. dinner we could only be used once taken. Also here was the food of good quality and very delicious. However they are prices especially for the price the drinks very high. if you are outside the main street or restaurants at the beach is, get good food reasonable prices.

all employees are very friendly and helpful. You got along with English without any problems navigate.

the pool is although really small, however the size of the area absolutely sufficient. beach chairs and sun screens are sufficient available. the only thing sport is a small fitness room. There is no entertainment, what but also very pleasant was.

it is a smaller hotel with only 70 rooms. The complex is really nice laid out with a lot of green. After returning from the lively Lamai is the hotel as an oasis of peace. The cleanliness in all areas is exemplary.

the hotel lies in the heart of lamai. Everything you need is in the immediate area. the beach in front of the hotel cleaned every day, however are walks on the beach no real pleasure. There was a lot of trash and many broken glass alluvium, so that one either with shoes or rather careful. so if you expect a dream, is disappointed to be.
