We were over new year's eve in the hotel Renaissance and have it in complete enjoyed. The rooms are modern and very good designed. The beds were very clean and the bedding looked like new.
A highlighzt was the very rich breakfast buffet, which one-if possible-directly book should, because the price for an all-american breakfast of 28,00 Euro is very steep. With the minibar sopllte also be careful, if you a drink pulls and not directly again purely represents, it is automatically collected by the begucht. Hints are available, but the left one always last. A reimbursement afterwards wasn't ... a problem. At the front desk was in english competent and friendly help. The staff are very friendly and helpful - in all areas. So was our new years eve trip in Amsterdam a wonderful experience! read more

The hotel is in a very good location, is in a side alley (quiet). Nearby the central station (about 10 minutes) and directly in town (actually right around the corner). Everything quickly and easily reachable on foot (restaurants, canals, shopping, supermarket, kifferläden, etc.). Unfortunately spoke the staff at the check-in desk no dutch or german \u263a we could then communicate in english. Very nice entrance area, restaurant with open kitchen (delicious food - dinner); the breakfast we skipped it, as we too expensive was, and this in a restaurant in the shopping street go back. Room very clean and ... tidy (in case extra bed is desired, this is not a problem, however is this only for small persons suitable, since quite small). We have in the hotel comfortable and would come again. read more

The Renaissance is our favorite hotel in Amsterdam. The location is perfect: only a short walk from the main railway station and right in the middle of the crazy and bustle of the city centre. The rooms are small, but nice. The service at the usual high Renaissance-standard. read more

The hotel is very central and therefore well suitable for tourists. Unfortunately it smelled quite musty in our rooms and the bed was a bit worn. The breakfast we have not taken advantage of due to the rather high prices. In the surroundings there are various cafes. read more

The bathroom seemed a five-star for exceptionally small. Although it is very heavy doors is, the rooms are very clairaudient from the corridor. The mattress was worn out. The mattresses after exchange for this class hotel would be a luxury. The bed frame made under every time you turn during the night noises. Very pleasant was the air conditioning. In the recreation area is a fitness room nothing was offered. read more

On our second trip to Amsterdam in heavenly beds we could. The transportation situation is for Central city hotel, only five minutes walking there from the train station. At breakfast the coffee machine and the support staff was a little overwhelmed. Nevertheless, I could imagine another stay in this house, I provided a cheap erwische offer. read more

The location of the hotel is very good, right in the center of the city. All attractions are within walking distance from the hotel to.
Unfortunately we were given a room right next to the staff room, so that in the morning it to seven hours was very loud and was unfortunately impossible to sleep in the. When cleaning the room are unfortunately soils and put towels in the bathroom had no toilet brush. Furthermore, the room was filled not with daylight on the first floor and you had to leave the light permanently. All in all it was still ... a nice stay despite the little things. read more

We had a room in the top floor and were rewarded with a really large room, with a slanted roof, the height in the but beautiful easy enough. Although something little natural light in the room, but still on the fashionable, friendly colour-facilities (Brown/green) very friendly & comfortable. Totally quiet, no noise from the street, in what in a room on the smaller the middle floors with view to the city center is very much can happen. Our room with twin beds, two armchairs, Murphy tables, desk, TV, dresser and nice lamps, downlights & matching decoration absolutely convincing. This attractive ... standard can convince also at breakfast.
Tip: rent a bike (the hotel is also) and the city ☺ read more

Very nice newly renovated hotel in the heart of the old town. We had a suite on the top floor with view to the inner courtyard. Small breakfast in a separate lounge. Room was very large and the beds are super comfortable. Shopping mall and restaurants, as well as the canals are to the corner. Staff was super nice. Hotel is ten minutes walk from the train to Amsterdam Centraal 'away'. read more

The hotel is very well located, so you can easily walk to the hotel from the train station. Lots of the downtown attractions are also without problem reached as well as a variety of restaurants and shops. If you can also make no catter, I found nothing really special. It is simply a solid performance. read more

The hotel is high standard. Everything was immaculate, new, clean, functional. 4 Star after such a Dutch. The remodel is completed in older contributions too loud. The hoarding you see at google maps. Guests come from everywhere. The hotel has its own "garage". Costs 50 , - (Fifty) Euro per 24 -hour period. Welcome to the Parkplatznotstandsgebiet Amsterdam. read more

We have a hotel in the middle of the city and close to the train station and have a very nice. Check-in and check-out worked without any problems. As the hotel was recently renovated all looked very nice and inviting. The rooms are a good size. Bathroom could have been a bit bigger, but was still nice and adequate. The cleanliness was very good. There is a nice large TV with the I think you could go into the internet at night but we enjoyed the 4 or 5 German channels was sufficient. Also in the closet to find a ... safe-deposit box, iron. We had booked the breakfast was very good and in addition the selection was fine. Tasty coffee, juice, cereal, bread,…. Everything the heart could desire. The staff was always very friendly. For shopping and to most attractions not far and everything is very easy to find. So, if you want to have a nice stay in Amsterdam is good hands in this hotel read more

The hotel was newly renovated in the last year and the rooms are very nice. The hotel is clean, the staff friendly to Weaves - just subject to depended. We booked with breakfast - it was in the special rate with integrated and per night in a double room superior 168€ paid. The room rate was for the double room without breakfast in the room with 450 Eur!!!! Advertised - crazy. The guests (Canada, USA, Dutch, German, English and Italian) was mixed and not intimidating. read more

A great hotel - as you would expect but unfortunately, the cleanness wasn't up to scratch. greeted by a pubic hair in the sink, Schokoladenreste on the Badeboden, all we also never used it filthy and Condensation, windows dirty and stains on the bedding. The hotel itself is very modern, is currently in the renovation - however, this should be a bit more thoroughly housekeeping! It is an option for 4.5 stars and one really didn't expect reasonable rate! read more

After the reservation via internet we were pleased about the successful last minute booking. On arrival was the first problem a parking space. The hotel entrance is a large Schlammpfütze in which a few europallet than "pier" placed. The car on unloading blocked the narrow one way street, which taxis busy. The attached parking garage is closed for construction. The cleanest area of the hotel is the reception! The rooms are small and the interior makes a consumed impression. In the bathroom and shower door were paper dispenser loose Well I think it should be craftsmen check. Noticeable was the ... smell in the hotel It smells strongly Teppichkleber. Our room was the view of the back of the Bauplane Baugerüstes Terrible. The beds are worn out and the air conditioning only hard to understand. Even the an exhaust fan in the bathroom was broken. Well Overall we had a night relatively quiet. Around 900 a.m. on Sundays we were greeted by a Saxon Handkreissäge woke us up. After that was not sleep longer think. I hope the hotel soon to its former glory aufersteht, because the what is offering was a disaster! 1 Night with double room = 179, - Parking costs per 24 hours between 40 and 45 Euro. Beware Do not pay on an hourly basis but thinned. 24 Hours and 10 minutes cost then 80 - 90 Euro I would enter the hotel from 2010 If ever! read more

Booked this hotel 6 weeks in advance. No parking garage at the hotel. Included services such as voucher upon check-in were not before. Hotel has extremely many stairs. Luggage must themselves. at night was Museumsgutschein zugeschobenen under the locks. Serves as Bearings for artisans. Saturday at 7 :00am in the maintenance start with construction. by drilling and hammer. call to front desk unsuccessful, security was the noise. No instant reparations. My complaint was as "necessary Komfortverbesserung" an apology. Was the worst hotel, I would recommend this property to anyone. read more
