Premium room very big and - 42 meters², mini bar was every day freshly refilled (is at the level included). Very clean

Because of the small number of visitors was our main restaurant the à la carte restaurant indigo where we were from 3 courses our menu could choose it was always very tasty, the buffet restaurant casa Azul we only used it once, but when we a bit disappointed were different dishes were lukewarm or cold, except for the things from the showcooking. Since we at the level had checked in we could us whole of the afternoon demand in the lounge bar serve, cafe, tea, water and different snacks

Very friendly staff, with foreign languages we have not a problem we are D, fr, Lux, narrow and a little spanish and English, we were well gotten away, internet (72 €) and parking (42 €) are overpriced. My wife was once in the lift stuck in the evening was in the room a letter of apology and a box of chocolates.

At the level area it was very quiet, nearly like at home on its own pool, Loungers were more than enough, towel service was very good

Clean very well maintained facilities with village feeling

Far enough away from getuemmel of the city benidorm with its skyscrapers and noise. However also not to far away from the beaches 5 to minutes by car the same to the shops. We were by car arrived.
